She paused for a mont, as if she had rembered sothing, and then quickly said, "Oh, Sister Sophie, I’m just ’borrowing’ Brother Asher for three days, I won’t play any tricks or do anything inappropriate, believe ..."
Irene raised her hand to swear.
"I didn’t an that." Sophie Smith interrupted Irene, "Hope you have fun today."
Irene was taken aback by Sophie’s words, lost in thought for a while before snapping back to reality.
"Alright then, we’re heading out now."
Asher Land, who unbeknownst to everyone had already co downstairs, walked up behind Irene. Irene said a word to Sophie and then prepared to leave with him.
Asher’s gaze lingered on Sophie, as if conveying so dissatisfaction, as if he had heard what she just said.
The two locked eyes for a mont, but in the end, he said nothing more and turned around to walk out, with Irene jogging to catch up with his long strides.
Sophie watched the direction they left in, lost in thought for a long ti, and Nanny Garcia noticed sothing was off, approaching Sophie.
"Miss Smith, what’s going on with you? Standing here, not moving for so long..."
"Oh, it’s nothing." Sophie awkwardly pulled a slight smile, trying to cover sothing up.
"Sigh, actually, Miss Smith, even though you don’t say it, I can see it." Nanny Garcia took Sophie’s hand, speaking earnestly, "You’re just too kind, how could you agree to let the young master go out with Miss Irene?"
Nanny Garcia had witnessed all the wrongs Irene had done to Sophie before. Although she had pampered Irene in the past, by now, her young master and Sophie already had a complete family, and she really didn’t want Irene to cause any more trouble.
"It’s okay, I believe in Asher Land, and I believe in Irene." Sophie reassured Nanny Garcia, "They’ll have boundaries, Irene has already changed for the better,..."
Sophie recalled all the heavy burdens Irene had faced recently, rehab, suicide, and almost falling into depression, ups and downs, honestly, she felt sorry for her...
Irene was withdrawn, even a psychologist was at a loss, but Asher Land was different, just a word from him could guide Irene’s emotions.
So, allowing Asher to spend more ti with Irene until she recovers, she had no objections.

"Have you been watching for a long ti?" Asher Land, who had been driving the whole ti, suddenly turned to look at Irene and spoke, slightly unnerved today, ever since getting in the car, Irene had been staring at him for a long ti.
"Oh." Irene withdrew her gaze, a helpless smile tugging at her lips.
The weather wasn’t particularly good today, but Irene didn’t care about that. As long as she could quietly be with him, she felt happy.
"Brother Asher, what do you usually do when you go on dates with Sister Sophie?" Irene asked with curiosity. Actually, she just called Asher like this without any preparation on what to do. She had no experience when it ca to relationships or dating, so she had to ask Asher for advice.
"Nothing much." Asher replied coldly. Indeed, he and Sophie rarely had any formal dates, their official dates could probably be counted on one hand. Their way of being together was simply to constantly be around each other, without deliberately doing anything.
This was their relationship, their marriage.
