Looking at the man in front of her, burning with rage, she no longer had many scruples.

She wrapped her arms around his neck, her red lips just about to press down on him, but he turned his face to avoid her.
"Change the terms of the deal." He pushed Irene off him and said in a deep voice.
Off balance, she fell onto the soft carpet.
She curled her lips self-mockingly, was he rather die than be with her?
She got up from the ground, her soft body continued to fall on him.
"There’s only one term, Brother Asher, are you really sure you don’t want to agree?"
Her small hand undid his tie, and conveniently undid two of his shirt buttons, her small hand reaching in, gently stroking his chest.
"Irene, are you sure you want to be so cheap?" He sneered, his eyes full of disdain.
"Yes, I’m being so cheap, for you, I’ve fed all my dignity to the dogs."
She knew she had changed, really changed, for a man.
But he changed first, didn’t he?
Her mory returned to long ago, back then, she was just a little girl, following him around all day, calling him Brother Asher again and again, and he spoiled her, almost giving her whatever she wanted.
As a little girl, she wasn’t afraid of pain or death, taking whippings for him.
Because at that ti, her father had said that she could marry him, beco his woman, so she thought, what’s wrong with taking the whip for her future man?
She wholeheartedly hoped she could grow up faster, soday, to rightfully beco his woman.
But now, she had grown up, and he had changed.
