Every ti Asher Land’s na was ntioned, an inexplicable pain would arise in her heart, yet Nolan Davis just seed eager to watch her in agony. It wasn’t enough for him to ntion Asher Land in front of her; he even disregarded her wishes and forcibly took her into the car to attend his engagent party.

Sophie Smith looked at Nolan Davis sowhat bewildered. What was going on with him?
To be honest, her first impression of Nolan Davis wasn’t a good one. When she first t him at the casino, wasn’t he entangled with a sexy woman? Then the second encounter was at Irene Morton’s birthday party, where he took her back to the Davis Family, ’detained’ her for three days, and the third ti, he went to the Land Family, bought her from Nathan Land at a nad price...
So now this man asks, ’If I just want to be kind to you, would you believe ?’
Her answer was uncertain.
Nolan Davis, seeing her remain silent, said nothing more, just instructed the driver to start the car.
"Mr. Davis, do you think taking out like this won’t make you lose face?"
She was wearing a simple, unadorned white T-shirt, a pair of fitted jeans, and flip-flops...
The weather was getting cooler, why was she still wearing so little?
Sophie Smith saw him frown, thinking he disliked her appearance, so she spoke up.
"Mr. Davis, if you’ve regretted it, just let out of the car. I don’t want to embarrass you either."
"Did I say you’ve embarrassed ?"
A face as stunning as hers, even without makeup, would not embarrass him. On the contrary, taking her out would be quite impressive.
"To 34 West Street," he said to the driver.
"Understood, Mr. Davis." The driver replied and then turned the car around.
Sophie Smith was bewildered, unable to guess his intentions. She leaned her head against the window, closed her eyes to rest, but as soon as she closed her eyes, she seed to see Irene Morton holding Asher Land’s arm, smiling sweetly.
She shook her head, trying to drive those images out of her mind.

The car stopped at 34 West Street. It turned out Nolan Davis brought her here to buy a dress.
The store clerk enthusiastically approached Nolan Davis, asking what style he wanted. Of course, the clerks knew the dress was ant for her, but it seed her opinion was irrelevant.
"Pick one that’s eye-catching, sothing that can overshadow everyone else."
"I don’t want it." Sophie Smith directly pointed to a silver dress with a modest design and a subdued color.
"Then sir..." Even though she had pointed out the dress she wanted, the clerk still asked Nolan Davis for his opinion.
Sophie Smith glanced impatiently at Nolan Davis, who picked up the dress for a look.
"Alright, we’ll take this one." Naturally, he would follow her choice.
Sophie Smith went to the fitting room to change into the dress.
"Should I put on so makeup?" She looked up at him and asked.
"No need, you’re beautiful even without it," he truthfully replied.
"Alright, it is indeed getting late, let’s go." He wrapped an arm around her waist, and Sophie Smith instinctively moved away.
Nolan Davis shrugged, looking indifferent.
