Eva Miller was even more annoyed by what Luke Land said.
"Do you dare to say you don’t want to sleep with ?" Why is he pretending to be a gentleman here?
"Want to, of course I want to, but would you let ?" Luke Land shrugged, pretending to be regretful.
"You!" Eva wanted to argue with him, but seeing Asher Land was still there, she held back.
...
The night deepened, and outside fell into silence. When Sophie Smith ca out of the bathroom, she found Alexander had fallen asleep, coaxed by Asher Land.
"It’s a rare thing, you can actually coax a child?" Sophie chuckled, giving him a look of admiration.
"It’s so late, and he’s still not asleep, isn’t it a nuisance?" He stared aningfully at her slightly heaving chest.
Sophie blushed; she realized he had no good intentions after all. She had thought he had improved.
He stretched out his long arm and pulled her body over.
Sophie, unprepared, couldn’t hold back and scread.
"Shh, keep it down..." He smiled devilishly and placed his index finger on her soft lips.
"How about trying sothing new tonight? Hmm?"
"Asher Land!" Sophie said seriously, "Can’t you be a bit more serious?"
"Serious?" He feigned thinking, his eyebrows showing a trace of difficulty, "I’ve already gotten bored with those serious positions, I want sothing exciting, will you cooperate?"
"..."
Even though Sophie was resisting in every way, she could not resist Asher Land’s high-spirited mood.
Restless all night.
...
Sophie Smith woke up very late, and when she walked towards the dining room with a sense of fatigue, all eyes fell on her, seemingly eager to see through her.
Asher Land, the culprit, was leisurely sitting by the table, bright-eyed and in high spirits.
Oscar Land, Luke Land, and Eva Miller were also there, all waiting for her to co down for breakfast. Sophie scanned the room and noticed only Irene Morton was missing.
But just as she sat down, Irene imdiately followed.
Irene pulled out a chair and sat next to Asher Land, with Sophie on one side and Irene on the other, honestly making Sophie feel quite uncomfortable.
The spacious and bright dining room, filled with handso n and beautiful won gathered for a al, was a pleasing sight.
However, this so-called pleasing sight didn’t last two minutes.
"Sister Sophie, you were too loud last night, I couldn’t sleep all night." Irene pouted, reaching for a bowl of vegetable porridge handed over by a servant, stirring it idly with a white spoon.
"I, ..." Sophie hesitated, not knowing how she had disturbed Irene.
Eva, sitting opposite Irene, couldn’t stand it. She had so impression of Irene, having seen her slap Sophie before when she visited Asher Land with Sophie during his severe cold.
"Are you trying to stir up trouble again early in the morning? Can’t sleep and bla it on others?" Eva said irritably.
"How could I sleep? She was so loud last night, the whole East Garden must have heard."
"Pfft..."
Luke Land couldn’t hold back and spat out his water ungracefully, drawing a look of disdain from everyone at the table.
"You an, last night Sophie and my third brother were intensely... disturbing you?"
With that, everyone at the table, and even the passing servants, fixed their gaze on Sophie.
