"Hurry up and get dressed, otherwise I don’t mind finishing what we’re doing and then going to pick him up," Asher Land’s gaze fell on her slightly heaving, snow-white softness, with a hint of desire flashing in his eyes.
"Oh, give a mont, I’ll be quick."
Her original clothes were no longer wearable, so she quickly ran to her room to change into a new outfit.
The two walked downstairs together, with Asher Land driving and Sophie Smith sitting quietly beside him. The thought of the father and son eting seed to make her happier and more excited than anyone else.
By the ti Sophie Smith arrived at Alexander’s school, it was already past six o’clock in the evening. Normally, school was out at four, so Alexander had already been waiting for her for more than two hours, which made Sophie feel a bit guilty.
As soon as the car stopped, Sophie couldn’t wait to open the door and walked a few steps before realizing Asher Land hadn’t followed.
She chuckled softly and shook her head.
"Let’s go," Sophie said as she unbuckled his seatbelt, "Asher Land, don’t tell you’re afraid? Your son is only five, you’re afraid of him?"
She challenged.
Sure enough, upon hearing this, Big Boss Land took long strides and walked ahead of her.
"Hey..." Sophie was at a loss for words; did he really plan to keep walking straight ahead? Did he know where his son was? Did he know what his son looked like?
He successfully avoided eting his son for the first ti in four years.
Alexander was actually standing at the school gate, accompanied by Teacher Lee, waiting for her to pick him up, but Asher Land breezed past the gate and walked inside.
Left with no choice, Sophie had to make a phone call to bring him back.
Soon, a tall and handso figure returned, walking up to her.
"Why did you walk so quickly? He was right in front of you, and you didn’t see him," Sophie tried to suppress the smile at the corner of her mouth.
"Where?" Asher Land looked around, seemingly not seeing the miniature version of himself.
"Here," Sophie said, lowering her head and pointing at the little guy standing beside her.
Luke Land also followed her hand’s direction and looked down...
He was a spitting image of himself.
Alexander lifted his head high, his cute eyebrows furrowed together. He blinked his clear eyes, gazing at the man in front of him, as tall as a mountain.
"Mommy, who is he?"
"Well, he is..." Sophie hesitated, then looked at Asher Land, "Do you want to introduce yourself?"
For a long ti, Asher Land said nothing.
"Forget it; if he doesn’t want to speak, let’s not force him," Alexander tugged on Sophie’s sleeve and shook his head, "Anyway, I’m not really interested in who he is."
"..." Asher Land twitched the corner of his mouth, trying to suppress the fury inside. This little guy dared to talk to him like that?
Sophie saw soone’s expression and knew it was a sign that he was about to explode.
"Sophie, it seems like your family upbringing isn’t very good," Asher Land gritted his teeth and said.
"Alexander, how can you speak like this?" Sophie seed eager to restore a bit of her dignity, "Didn’t Mommy always teach you to be polite? What you said just now was a bit impolite..."
"Was it?" Alexander crossed his arms, "It was this uncle who ignored first."
Uncle?
"Alexander, he is your..."
"Uncle Davis is back!" Sophie hadn’t finished speaking when Alexander interrupted her with an excited shout.
