Perospero, beads of sweat trickling down his forehead, raised his cane. "Candy Prison...!" he hissed, his voice thick with desperation as he manipulated massive amounts of candy. The ground trembled as candy pillars erupted around Big Mom, towering like monoliths and twisting upward to wrap around her monstrous limbs. The candy hardened instantly, glowing with the ominous sheen of armant haki as it attempted to bind her arms and legs.
Candy tendrils snaked around her chest, while thick candy chains lashed at her wrists, pulling her back with all the force Perospero could muster. But despite the intricate trap, Big Mom’s overwhelming presence made the surroundings feel like they were buckling under the weight of her fury.
"Zues! Napoleon! Protheus!" Big Mom’s thunderous voice echoed across the island. But no answer ca. Her glowing eyes widened in shock and fury as the truth dawned on her—her beloved homies were gone, their souls sacrificed during the deadly clash with the Ancient Weapon. They had fused with her; their essence burned out to save her life.
Her shock quickly turned to rage. "How dare they abandon !" Her conqueror’s haki exploded from her body, causing the ground to splinter beneath her feet as the candy pillars trembled and cracked. Perospero, despite infusing his creation with his own haki, felt utterly powerless as Big Mom’s strength overwheld him.
"She’s... she’s going to break free!" He whispered in terror, as a violent tremor surged through the candy.
Big Mom roared in frustration, her haki spiraling like a tempest. With a terrifying scream, she flexed her arms, and the candy prison shattered as if it were made of brittle glass. The force of the explosion sent Perospero stumbling back, gasping for breath. The ground rippled from the blast, cracking under her sheer power.
"PRETZEL!" Cracker’s voice bellowed from behind, his massive sword aid straight at his rampaging mother. He lunged, his blade gleaming, hoping to land a decisive strike. But even as he surged forward, a sense of futility washed over him. This wasn’t an enemy—it was his own mother, a monster born of raw power and rage.
Big Mom didn’t even flinch. Her eyes glinted with madness as she caught Cracker’s sword with her bare hand, her grip so tight the blade groaned under the pressure. "You think a toy like this can stop ?" she sneered.
Cracker’s eyes widened. Before he could react, Big Mom’s free hand, coated in the dense black sheen of armant haki, smashed into his chest with the force of a cannonball.
"RAIKEI!" Her attack sent a shockwave through the air as Cracker was hurled backward, his body crashing through several candy walls. His hardened biscuit soldiers crumbled like dust under the impact, leaving him sprawled, coughing up blood.
Perospero quickly erected another candy barrier, but Big Mom obliterated it with a single punch, the shockwave blowing him off his feet. "Did you all think I would never wake up? That you could steal from ?!"
Her eyes blazed with fury. She could feel it now—Smoothie, Cracker, even Perospero—they had all taken sothing from her, sothing sacred. Her lineage, her monstrous strength, it had been passed to them while she lay dormant. That realization only fueled her wrath.
"You stole what’s MINE!"
Just as she prepared to unleash another devastating blow on the injured Cracker, a fist—powered by a swirling vortex of liquid—slamd into her face with a sickening thud. The punch was so forceful it staggered Big Mom, sending her reeling back.
Smoothie, her face streaked with blood and dirt, glared defiantly, her giant arm still coated in the liquid power of her Devil Fruit.
Big Mom snarled, her eyes narrowing like a predator locking onto prey. She moved in a blur, the sheer speed of her massive body making the ground quake beneath her feet. "You think you can stop , Smoothie?!"
Her punch landed like a hamr, smashing into Smoothie’s defensive stance with a resounding boom. The impact sent shockwaves rippling through the air, shattering the ground beneath them.
Smoothie, despite coating her arm in armant haki, felt her bones crack under the blow. She grunted in pain, flying backward, crashing through the facility walls, her body barely able to withstand the monstrous force.
Big Mom, now filled with bloodlust, towered over her daughter’s prone body, her face twisted in unbridled fury. She stomped down on Smoothie’s chest, pinning her to the ground like an insect.
"Mamama...!" Big Mom’s cruel laughter filled the air. "You thought you could steal from , didn’t you? My power, my strength! Let’s see how you like it when I rip you limb from limb! Maybe I’ll eat your soul... or bash your skull in... slowly!"
As she raised her arm, infusing it with a deadly combination of conqueror’s and armant haki, ready to deliver the final blow, a sudden explosion of mochi filled the room. It flowed like a tidal wave, enveloping Big Mom’s arm, restraining her movents in an instant. Her eyes widened in disbelief as the mochi hardened, stopping her fist re inches from Smoothie’s face.
"What?!"
An oppressive wave of conqueror’s haki crashed against Big Mom’s own, and for the first ti in years, she felt resistance—true resistance. Slowly, the mochi solidified further, rooting her in place. Big Mom struggled, but this ti the mochi didn’t crumble.
A figure erged from the shattered pod, stepping forward with calm determination. His eyes, glowing with a nacing scarlet light, t Big Mom’s furious gaze. Katakuri’s hulking form stood tall, his presence radiating power. The red numbers on the pod still blinked at 100%, signaling his transformation was complete.
"Enough, Mama." Katakuri’s voice was like steel, cold, and commanding. "I will not let you harm my siblings anymore."
The room fell silent, the air crackling with tension. Even Big Mom, for a brief mont, looked at her son with sothing between shock and fury. She could sense it. Katakuri was different now. His haki—no, his entire presence—was a match for hers. He had crossed into the realm of emperors.
"Katakuri...!" Big Mom’s voice trembled with rage. "You dare defy ?!"
But Katakuri’s glowing eyes didn’t waver. His haki surged, clashing with Big Mom’s in a thunderous wave that shook the entire island. He stood tall, his presence commanding, and for the first ti, Big Mom hesitated.
This wasn’t the son she knew. This was a new emperor.

Agana’s breath ca in ragged gasps, her body trembling as she struggled to remain on her feet. Blood dripped from her mouth as she gripped her blade tightly, glaring at with a mixture of hatred and disbelief.
"You... draw your blade," she demanded, her voice quivering with exhaustion and fury. Her pride wouldn’t allow her to acknowledge how utterly overmatched she was. Despite the blood coating her armor and the pain radiating from her shattered ribs, she refused to back down. She was desperate to prove herself.
But I simply stood there, arms crossed, my expression calm and taunting. "Let ask you, Agana—are you worthy of drawing a blade against you?"
The question was like a slap to her face. Humiliation burned in her chest, worse than the physical agony wracking her body. A brat, soone she had nearly killed back in Marineford, now stood before her, mocking her with effortless superiority.
How could this be possible? Despite all the relentless training, the years of honing her skills and the best resources at her disposal, she had barely surpassed the level of an Admiral. Yet I—soone she once thought beneath her—was now toying with her as if I were a god playing with an insect.
Before she could respond, I was already in front of her. My fist drove into her gut with brutal force, the impact echoing like a thunderclap. Agana’s eyes bulged as the breath left her in a harsh gasp, her ribs groaning under the pressure. She could feel them crack and shatter, pain exploding in her abdon. Blood spewed from her mouth, and she crumbled to her knees, barely holding herself upright with her sword as a crutch.
I looked down at her, a smirk playing at the corner of my lips. "Can you afford to be distracted while fighting , Agana? Tell , are you regretting not killing back at Marineford? That was your one and only chance."
My chuckle was cold, mocking, as I reappeared a dozen ters away, giving her space to wallow in her failure. Behind , the coast of the Kano Kingdom lay in ruins, reshaped by the sheer force of our battle. The land bore witness to the devastation, parts of the shoreline having collapsed into the sea from the shockwaves of our clash. And yet, I was only toying with her.
Agana’s face twisted in fury. Her pride refused to let her accept this, refused to admit defeat. With a scream of rage, her entire body began to tremble. Blood flowed from her wounds, but instead of weakening her, it obeyed her will. She unleashed her power, summoning the true extent of her Logia abilities.
"Crimson Lotus...!!" she roared, her blood congealing and expanding into a swirling mass of blades. The ground beneath her cracked and splintered, forming a massive crater from the pressure of her unleashed power.
Blood-red tendrils surged forward, slicing through the air like whips. Her blade, coated in armant haki, glead ominously as she launched herself at , determined to strike down with all her remaining strength.
But I was already prepared. "Raijin..." I whispered softly, my body becoming encased in an armor of black lightning. The air around crackled with electricity, and the dark energy surged through my veins. The black lightning danced across my form, rging with my haki, amplifying my every movent. My advanced observation haki read her intentions as if she were moving in slow motion—nothing escaped my notice.
She closed the distance, her blade whistling through the air as she swung with all her might. The power behind her strike could have split a mountain in two, but I didn’t flinch.
"Crimson teor!" she scread, pouring all of her bloodlust and fury into the attack. The force of her blow sent a shockwave through the air, colliding with my lightning-infused fist.
For a brief mont, it seed as if our powers were evenly matched. The sky darkened, and the ground trembled as if the very earth itself was recoiling from our clash. But that mont passed as quickly as it ca.
With a flick of my wrist, I shattered the force of her attack. The impact sent Agana flying backward like a broken doll, her body careening through the air uncontrollably. She coughed up blood, her limbs flailing helplessly. But before she could even comprehend what had happened, I was already upon her.
Moving faster than her eyes could track, I appeared above her, my fist crackling with lightning and haki. The black lightning around intensified as I infused even more conqueror’s haki into my next strike. A dark halo ford around my fist, absorbing the very light from the surrounding area as the skies seed to grow darker in anticipation of the coming devastation.
"Black Hole...!" I roared, my fist crashing down into Agana’s spine mid-air.
The sheer force of the blow was beyond anything she could have prepared for. Her body arched unnaturally as the attack drilled her into the earth, a shockwave rippling out in all directions. The very coastline shattered under the pressure, the land itself giving way as a massive crater hundreds of ters wide was torn open from the impact.
Agana’s body slamd into the ground with earth-shattering force, the crater stretching deep into the earth. Dust and debris filled the air, the ground trembling under the weight of destruction. Her body was battered, beaten beyond recognition, but sohow, she had managed to put up a defense at the last second. It wasn’t enough to stop my attack, but it was enough to keep her alive—barely.
I landed softly on the edge of the crater, looking down at the bloody ss that was once a proud warrior. Her pride, her arrogance, and her power—all shattered. Agana lay at the bottom of the crater, her body twitching, her eyes glazed over as she tried and failed to move.
"Pathetic," I muttered, turning away from her. Despite the devastation, despite her overwhelming defeat, there was no satisfaction in this victory. She wasn’t a challenge. She never had been.
The mont my observation Haki flared, I knew sothing was wrong—no, catastrophic. Without hesitation, I left Agana crumpled in the crater and transford into black lightning, streaking across the sky in the direction of the ship.
Onboard, Dora sprawled lazily on the deck, rolling her eyes with boredom. "How long are they going to keep fighting? It’s been more than six hours... I’m bored!" She stretched, but her sense of calm was short-lived. Her eyes snapped open, pupils dilating in terror.
Far above, a massive tallic spear was plumting toward the ship, glinting in the sunlight as it accelerated at a terrifying speed. The spear, the size of a warship’s mast, was not only falling—it was being drawn down by so unseen force, powered by gravity itself. The air seed to vibrate as it hurtled toward them, ready to obliterate the entire vessel.
Dora, wide-eyed with instinctual terror, felt every fiber of her body scream to move. She wanted to leap, grab Robin and the dwarves, and throw them into the safety of the ocean. But before she could react, a force seized her.
She froze, her body refusing to respond as though invisible chains were wrapped around her. It wasn’t just any energy—every piece of tal on her body, her greaves, her armor, her belt—everything tallic seed to turn against her, pinning her down with a force she couldn’t resist.
She struggled, panic rising in her chest as she scanned the skies, desperate for an explanation. Then she saw her—a tiny silhouette against the blazing sun, floating effortlessly. A woman with a bionic arm, her lips curling into a twisted, unsettling smile.
"Achilles..." the woman whispered, her voice carried on the wind, as though the sea itself whispered it into Dora’s ears. The spear picked up speed, tearing through the sky, threatening to annihilate everything.
But in that mont, I arrived. Lightning crackled across the sky as I appeared atop the ship’s mast, both of my swords, Akatsuki and Shusui, drawn.
"Twin Sword Style: Dark Dragon’s Ascent!" I roared.
From the sea, two colossal forms of ethereal black lightning dragons surged upward. Their sinuous bodies writhed in the air, climbing the heavens to et the descending spear head-on. The dragons clashed with the spear in a blinding explosion of energy.
"Boom...!!"
The shockwave was cataclysmic. The seas below churned violently, erupting into a massive tsunami that sent the ship rocking perilously from side to side. The sky split open with a thunderous crack, lightning dancing through the air as the force of the collision sent ripples of raw energy into the atmosphere. The very fabric of reality seed to tremble as the spear shattered in midair, torn apart by the dragon’s relentless power.
High above, the woman—Scarlett—floated, her bionic arm outstretched as if she had thrown the spear herself. Her eyes glinted with amusent as she chuckled, clearly unfazed by the destruction her attack had caused.
"So, you’re Garp’s protégé..." she mused, her voice barely audible over the roar of the sea. Her lips curled into a predatory smile. But she wasn’t done.
With a flick of her tallic fingers, I felt a familiar pull. The entire ship groaned as if alive, the wood creaking as the magnetic pull of her Magnet-Magnet Fruit began to take hold. The massive warship started to lift off the water, rising into the air as though it were being plucked by an invisible hand.
Her manipulation of the battlefield was perfect, precise. Her abilities reminded of a certain character from my old world—Magneto. But I pushed the thought aside, knowing the real threat before .
A surge of Conqueror’s Haki rippled through my body, exploding outward in a powerful wave. The air crackled as my will clashed with her magnetic force. I focused, pouring my will into the very fabric of the ship, pushing against her power.
"Enough of this," I growled, my Haki flaring brighter than before.
The ship stopped rising, its ascent halted by the sheer force of my Haki. It groaned once more before slamming back into the water with a deafening splash, sending waves crashing against its sides. Dora gasped in relief, finally released from the horrifying grip of Scarlett’s magnetic control.
Scarlett’s eyes widened for a brief mont, genuinely surprised that I had countered her power. Her amusent grew as her smirk returned, more dangerous than before.
"Impressive," she said, her voice dripping with curiosity. "Your Haki is strong—stronger than I expected. It even rivals so of the strongest in the seas."
She landed lightly on the deck, her bionic arm humming with energy as it began to glow. Her presence was suffocating, her aura carrying the weight of soone who had once clashed with legends like Rocks D. Xebec and Monkey D. Garp. Her laughter echoed across the deck as if this entire clash was nothing more than a ga to her.
But I could sense it. Her eyes weren’t filled with malice—they were filled with interest. She wanted to see just how far I could go, just how powerful I had beco. And I wasn’t about to disappoint her.
With a step forward, the air around crackled with black lightning, and I locked eyes with the woman who had once stood on equal footing with the greatest legends of the past. Her smirk deepened as if she saw the challenge in my gaze.
Scarlett’s lips curled into a mocking smile, but her eyes remained cold, sharp as steel. "Not bad... not bad at all," she said, her voice smooth yet carrying a weight that only ca with decades of battle experience.
"Garp sure knows how to pick his seedlings. Back then it was Bogard, and now..." she paused, her smirk deepening, "soone even more exaggerated."
Her words echoed in the still air, and despite her casual tone, I could feel the tension rising. Every fiber of my being scread to stay on high alert. There was no room for mistakes here. The woman standing before wasn’t just any pirate or enemy.
This was ’Bloodsteel’ Scarlett Lachlan, a na that once sent shivers down the spine of even the most seasoned warriors.
Rumors of her feats were whispered across the seas, often dismissed as legend. She had stood toe-to-toe with the infamous Rocks D. Xebec during his reign of terror. Though she had lost that battle, the fact that she had survived and walked away was sothing no ordinary pirate could claim.
To face Xebec in his pri was to face a living nightmare, and yet this woman had not only lived through it but had carved out her own fearso reputation in the aftermath.
I narrowed my eyes, every muscle in my body coiled, ready for whatever ca next. Scarlett’s re presence was suffocating, as if the air around us was bending under the weight of her aura. The sea itself seed to hold its breath, as though acknowledging the danger she presented.
She was sizing up, her gaze sweeping over with an amused glint, but there was sothing else beneath it—calculation. She wasn’t just toying with ; she was studying , asuring my strength. And I knew why. She didn’t see as an opponent yet. She saw as a challenge, a puzzle she was eager to solve.
But I wasn’t going to be another piece on her board.
"Scarlett Lachlan," I said, my voice steady, though the weight of her na made the air seem heavier. "Your reputation precedes you. But I won’t let you toy with as you did with those before."
She chuckled softly, a sound that sent a chill down my spine. "Oh, so you know about ? Good. It saves the trouble of explaining why you should be on your knees, boy." Her bionic arm crackled with a faint hum, the energy within it building with each passing second.
"Do you think your na is enough to intimidate ?" I shot back, my grip on my swords tightening. "You may have fought Xebec, but that was another era. This is my ti."
Her eyes flashed with sothing darker—annoyance, or perhaps excitent. "Bold words for a child," she sneered, her voice dropping an octave. "But words won’t save you when the blood starts spilling."
She flicked her wrist, and her Magnet-Magnet Fruit powers surged to life again. The deck of the ship began to groan, tal creaking as if being wrenched apart by invisible hands. Nails popped out of the wood, and the tallic fixtures twisted and warped under her influence. The ship’s structure trembled as if it were alive, bending to Scarlett’s will.
I could feel the pull of her power even through the air, but I countered with my Conqueror’s Haki, flooding the area with my willpower. The ship buckled under the clash of our auras, the sea roiling in response. My Haki pressed back against hers, a forceful rejection of her control.
The clash wasn’t just physical—it was a battle of wills. The sky darkened overhead as our energies collided, crackling with black lightning, and for a mont, it felt like the very heavens might tear open. Every gust of wind that howled across the ship felt like it carried the weight of a storm, the atmosphere charged with raw, destructive power.
Scarlett’s eyes narrowed, and for the first ti, I saw the glint of sothing dangerous—respect. She could feel the pushback, the equal force I was exerting. "Interesting," she murmured, more to herself than to . "You’ve got strength, boy. Enough to make even curious."
Then, in a blur of motion, she was gone. One mont she stood atop the deck, and the next she was airborne, leaping with the grace of a predator. In an instant, she was upon , her bionic arm hurtling forward like a piston. I managed to parry with both of my swords, the impact sending a shockwave through the ship, splintering wood and cracking the deck beneath my feet.
"Is this the extent of your strength?" she taunted, pressing down harder. Her bionic arm glowed with a fierce, crimson light as she infused it with Haki. "You’ll have to do better than that if you want to survive!"
"Don’t worry," I growled through gritted teeth, pushing back with everything I had. The black lightning around surged as I poured more Haki into my swords. "I’m just getting started."
With a sharp twist, I broke free from her hold, leaping backward and spinning in mid-air. The twin swords in my hands crackled with black lightning as I prepared my next move.
"Raijin’s Fang!" I roared, slashing both blades forward. Twin arcs of concentrated lightning shot forth, carving through the air toward Scarlett with terrifying speed.
She laughed, not out of fear, but pure exhilaration. "Yes! Show what you’ve got!" She raised her bionic arm, and with a pulse of her magnetic power, the tal from the ship twisted and swirled, forming a makeshift shield.
My lightning attacks crashed into it with an earth-shattering boom, tearing through layers of steel and wood, but Scarlett erged unscathed, her body enveloped in a shimring layer of Armant Haki.
"You’re not bad, Rosinante," she said, her voice now laced with true excitent. "But let’s see how you handle this!"
She thrust her arm toward again, but this ti it wasn’t just one spear—dozens of jagged shards of tal lifted from the ship, all under her control, and launched toward like a swarm of guided missiles.
I stood my ground, lightning roaring in response to the incoming storm of tal. My eyes sharpened, my mind focused.
This wasn’t just a battle. This was a test—a test to see if I had what it took to face monsters like her.
