The roof tore free and blasted into the sky.
A streak of yellow light shot upward—
And chasing it was a massive afterimage.
"What a ridiculous monster…"
"Yasakani no Magatama!"
With civilians already evacuated, Kizaru no longer needed restraint. His mission was simple: stall Roldy.
Dense light bullets filled the sky, forming countless cross-shaped flashes. Though it was broad daylight, the heavens glittered like a field of stars. In the next instant, the barrage rained down upon Roldy.
"Co on. Don't embarrass yourself with party tricks like that."
A crimson gleam flickered in Roldy's eyes.
His Observation Haki surged to its limit.
With Future Sight extending nearly fifteen seconds ahead, he moved like a dancer suspended in midair. The storm of light bullets fell like rain—yet none so much as brushed his coat.
Explosions thundered across the ground. Even the farthest groves felt the tremors. Smoke billowed skyward.
Kizaru didn't dare ease up.
But his attacks were futile.
Roldywas leagues stronger than the last ti they t.
"Future Sight really is troubleso…"
As Roldysaid, Yasakani no Magatama was useless against him.
Still—
A Marine Admiral was not so easily dismissed.
"Then I suppose I'll have to use numbers~"
The light bullets froze midair.
Then—
They began reshaping into humanoid forms.
One after another—
They beca Kizaru.
"Oh? You've developed the Pika Pika no Mi to this level? Interesting."
For the first ti, Roldy's eyes sparked with excitent.
Even with his Observation Haki, he could detect no flaws. Each light construct felt genuine.
In other words—
Every single one was Kizaru.
But when one's strength reaches a certain level—
Thinking becos optional.
If you can't find the real one—
Destroy them all.
"RAAAH!"
With a roar, Roldy's fur erupted outward. His Mink bloodline activated fully. Blue lightning crackled along his claws—Minks were masters of Electro, and Roldywas no exception.
The towering man transford into a living war machine.
Each swipe, each blow, erased multiple light bodies.
The clones' attacks struck him—
And failed even to pierce his skin.
Naturally.
If every clone possessed the full power of the original, the Marines would need no army. Kizaru alone could suppress the seas.
"Bloodline power, huh? Quite the tough hide…"
Thousands of Kizarus spoke at once.
The smug tone multiplied by thousands was deeply irritating.
"In that case… Ama no Murakumo!"
Blinding radiance erupted from each clone's palm.
Long, cross-shaped blades of light ford instantly.
Now ard, the Kizarus changed in presence. Light could warm—
But it could also annihilate.
As a genuine Great Swordsman combined with the Pika Pika no Mi, Kizaru's versatility thrilled Roldy.
"Good!"
Roldy's expression turned feral.
He clenched both fists—
The air itself burst under the pressure.
Conqueror's Haki exploded outward.
Black-and-red lightning ravaged the sky.
The sheer intensity was suffocating. Even Kizaru broke into a cold sweat.
Under that monstrous aura, the light clones disintegrated rapidly.
Cloud fragnts overhead were obliterated by sheer will.
Cracks spiderwebbed across the ground below.
Roldy's Conqueror's Haki had reached a terrifying realm.
The aura of an Asura radiated outward.
Within a hundred-mile radius, all living beings felt the pressure of a king.
Fish surfaced belly-up.
Even Sea Kings were affected.
The Conqueror's Haki condensed—
Compressed—
Forged into sothing razor-thin and impossibly dense.
A jet-black spear of will shot toward Kizaru's true body.
"That level of spirit…?!"
Kizaru was fast.
But Roldy's will was faster.
The impact froze him in place.
His blood slowed.
His limbs stiffened.
And in his vision—
A pitch-black fist expanded rapidly.
BOOM.
Blood sprayed.
Kizaru's treasured sunglasses shattered.
His nose bent sideways.
His face warped grotesquely as he was launched thousands of ters away, tearing a colorless shockwave through the air.
"And I'm not done yet!"
Roldyripped off the heavy gold necklace from his neck—a massive diamond-shaped chain of solid gold.
Without hesitation—
He hurled it.
"Moa Moa: Sixtyfold Amplification — Golden Rain!"
The necklace shattered midair.
Each diamond-shaped piece multiplied sixty tis in size—
Becoming colossal golden projectiles.
Their edges glead with Armant Haki.
"Extravagant, aren't we…"
Kizaru's vision briefly went white.
The sting on his face was nothing compared to the shrieking air behind him.
When he turned and saw the enormous golden blades—
His expression twitched.
He dispersed into light, evading the barrage.
Physically?
The attack wouldn't severely wound an Admiral.
ntally?
It was devastating.
Who could remain calm when gold larger than themselves hurtled past?
In one throw—
Roldyhad tossed away roughly ten years of Kizaru's salary.
If that wasn't a ntal crit—
What was?
Kizaru steadied himself in midair through light refraction.
Though blasted kiloters away, he could still sense Roldy—smirking and beckoning from Sabaody.
"You're strong. Truly strong, Roldy."
"But…"
He wiped blood from his lip.
"My reinforcents have arrived."
Behind him—
The sea churned.
Dozens of massive Marine warships approached in formation.
At the front stood two figures.
Marine Admiral — Sakazuki, codena "Akainu."
Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral — "Hero" Monkey D. Garp.
Three Admiral-tier combatants.
"Well then… how will you respond this ti, Roldy?"
