"This is the craziest news I've seen in my entire life!"

"Print more—no, double it! Add another twenty million copies! I want everyone on this sea to see this explosive headline!"

"What do you an we're out of funds?! Damn it! Get Du Feld on the line! I did him a favor last ti—now it's his turn to repay the debt!"

Inside the airship, Morgans was nearly manic.

His live Den Den Mushi had been knocked unconscious the mont Roldy unleashed his Conqueror's Haki, but even so, the broadcast had already seized the attention of the entire world.

If enough newspapers were printed right now, the sales would be unprecedented.

Then—

A black pistol pressed against his head.

"Please stop, President Morgans."

The voice was familiar.

Morgans turned.

It was one of the young n he had personally nurtured for over twenty years—an orphan he had raised himself. Talented, capable, deeply trusted. After the death of his forr right-hand man, Bell, this young man had the potential to beco his next chief aide.

"Rio… what are you doing?"

"Put the gun down!"

"Have you lost your mind?! He's the one who raised you!"

"Have you forgotten our dream?! You're going to stop a headline like this from reaching the world?!"

The newsroom erupted in outrage.

"Can you tell why, my child?"

Morgans' tone was unexpectedly calm. His brown, avian eyes softened as he looked at Rio—the child he had raised with his own hands.

Rio's eyes were red with tears. His lips trembled. His hands shook as he held the pistol.

From that expression alone, Morgans—veteran king of the underworld—understood everything.

"…Is it the World Governnt?"

The room fell silent.

Then fury exploded among the reporters.

So that was it.

The mysterious disruptions to major reports in recent years—

There had been a mole among them.

"Please stop, President Morgans… If you publish this, disaster will fall on you."

Rio's voice broke, almost pleading.

He could not forget the man who had raised him.

But the pressure from the World Governnt was sothing he could not withstand.

"If you must, then pull the trigger," Morgans said evenly. "But once a journalist's hands are stained with blood, the words he writes will never taste the sa again."

Even in the face of death, Morgans remained composed—worthy of his title as one of the Underworld Emperors.

He continued issuing orders as though nothing were happening.

Rio's hands trembled harder.

Suddenly—

He broke.

With a hoarse cry, he swung the pistol toward his own temple and pulled the trigger—

Slash!

A razor-sharp feather sliced through the air, cleaving the black pistol clean in two.

"My dear child," Morgans said gently, placing a wing over Rio's head, "I saved your life once. It wasn't so you could throw it away here."

Rio collapsed, sobbing.

The will to die left him.

"I'm sorry… President… I…"

"There's nothing to explain," Morgans replied with a faint smile. "I believe you'll beco the greatest journalist of all."

But as he turned away, the warmth vanished from his face.

His eyes grew cold.

"To make my child shed tears like this…"

He snorted.

"Ink and paper. I'll write this one myself."

Sotis—

Words are sharper than any blade.

Sabaody ArchipelagoGrove 29

Most civilians had already been evacuated—thanks to the Marines.

Sheen and the others rushed toward the spot where Roldy had crashed, only to find that he had already pulled himself out of the crater.

There wasn't a single visible wound on him.

Only his upper garnts had been shredded beyond recognition.

With a laugh, Roldy tore the remnants off entirely. His upper body was now bare, save for the string of round beads around his wrist.

"Gahahaha! Now that's what I call a fight! You lot better not steal my opponents later!"

His eyes were bloodshot—not Observation Haki, but true blood vessels bursting red from sheer battle frenzy.

Sheen, who knew him well, nodded imdiately.

The others did the sa.

Truthfully—

Only a battle addict like Roldy would want to face Marine Admirals head-on.

High damage.

Incredible durability.

Utterly relentless.

In monts, Garp and the two Admirals landed on the island.

Through Observation Haki, Roldi's location was unmistakable.

Sakazuki's lower body transford into blazing magma, surging forward like a volcanic dragon. Mid-charge, he plunged into the earth, tunneling beneath the battlefield.

Garp and Borsalino leapt into the sky.

Borsalino ford a gesture with his hands—

Dense beams of light rained down like a storm.

As for Garp—

Crimson Conqueror's Haki surged from his body, radiating overwhelming ferocity.

A cross-shaped flare gathered around his right fist.

"Gahahaha! Starting with a finishing move already? You're not holding back at all, Garp!"

Roldy roared in excitent.

His muscles swelled visibly, expanding in size as though inflated.

His fra grew larger—

Giant Bloodline Awakening activated.

Above him—

Garp's fist descended from the heavens.
