Marco looked at Vegapunk and reassured him, "Just do your best with this matter."
Vegapunk nodded slightly. As he glanced at Kaido and Big Mom, he understood that joining the Phoenix Pirates also ant standing within the influence of three Emperors. His scientific abilities would inevitably draw their attention.
With Vegapunk's situation settled, their focus shifted to Dragon.
Big Mom licked her lips as she examined him. "Mama mama, so this is the so called World's Most Dangerous Criminal, the leader of the Revolutionary Army, Dragon? Seeing him in person is quite interesting."
Dragon ignored her completely. Kaido, however, studied Dragon with a sharp gaze. As an Emperor, he could sense the imnse power radiating from him. Even without a fight, it was clear that Dragon was no ordinary opponent.
Marco silently activated his system to assess Dragon's strength.
Monkey D. Dragon, Logia type Hurricane Fruit, estimated strength, Strong Emperor Commander Level.
Marco's eyes narrowed slightly. A Logia ability. The original story had never confird Dragon's Devil Fruit, but now he had a clearer picture.
He had expected Dragon, as the leader of the Revolutionary Army, to already stand at the highest level. Yet he was still within the Strong Emperor Commander tier.
That level was a major threshold. Many of the world's strongest fighters, whether Marine Admirals or Emperors, reached that point and struggled to go further.
Only a rare few could surpass it and step into a higher realm entirely.
Marco stepped forward and spoke, "We can discuss everything else later. It seems you did not take the doctor. I thought you might try to use Vegapunk as leverage."
Dragon replied steadily, "Vegapunk is my friend. I would not treat him like a bargaining tool. Besides, the Revolutionary Army seeks to overthrow the World Governnt. In that regard, our goals align."
Marco gave a slight nod. "Then how do you intend to cooperate?"
Dragon's tone grew more serious. "Outside the New World, we have established bases across the Grand Line and the four seas. We can provide intelligence and disrupt the World Governnt from behind. If we coordinate properly, we have a real chance of bringing them down."
Kaido scoffed. "Just you? I know what your Revolutionary Army has been doing. Overthrowing a few kingdoms here and there. It looks impressive, but it ans nothing."
Dragon remained composed. "Revolution is not reckless action, it requires planning. Among the World Governnt's mber nations, many already carry the spark of rebellion. The Marines rely on these nations for soldiers, and the Celestial Dragons depend on them for tribute. If those nations fall, both their military strength and financial support will collapse."
Kaido listened, then gave a slight nod. "That approach has so rit. But you are overlooking one thing."
Dragon's gaze sharpened. "What is it?"
Kaido's voice turned cold. "Absolute power."
Sabo stepped forward, his voice firm. "Do not underestimate the will of the people. If the entire world rises against the World Governnt, they can be overthrown."
Kaido let out a mocking laugh. "Naive. Even if those weaklings find the courage to resist, what difference does it make? You clearly have not seen what true power looks like."
Big Mom nodded in agreent. "Exactly. The countries you have toppled are insignificant. They hold no real influence among the World Governnt's nations. Even if you overthrow all of them, it changes nothing. You do not understand the true strength of the World Governnt. The Five Elders, the God's Knights, and Imu, every one of them is a monster."
Sabo and Ivankov were visibly shaken. For soone like Big Mom to describe them that way, their strength had to be overwhelming.
Dragon's expression grew more focused. "You have faced the God's Knights, the Five Elders, and Imu. How do they compare to you?"
Kaido grinned, his eyes gleaming with excitent. "If you want to know, then find out yourself."
Vegapunk quickly stepped in. "Wait. Dragon is an ally, not an enemy."
Kaido dismissed him without a second thought. "If he wants to stand with us, he needs to prove he is not dead weight. He wants answers, so let him earn them. Fight , and I will show you."
Sabo stepped forward imdiately. "Then I will take that challenge. Let witness the strength of an Emperor."
Kaido looked at him with amusent. "You? You are still young. And you are connected to that foolish brat I know. If I had another daughter, I might have considered you."
Sabo ignored the remark, his focus sharp. "Forget that. I am more interested in seeing how strong an Emperor really is."
