His white "Justice" coat fluttered in the wind as he gazed toward the massive prison.
"Well, this is unexpected…" he said lazily.
"The warships originally deployed to guard against Whitebeard… have now beco transport ships for prisoners."
At the gates of Impel Down, Vice Warden Hannyabal greeted him with a flattering smile.
"Welco, Admiral Kizaru, to Impel Down!"
Although Marine Headquarters, Impel Down, and Enies Lobby were all under the World Governnt, and technically held equal standing—
No one actually believed that.
Compared with the bright future of serving at Marine Headquarters, working at Impel Down felt more like being exiled to the frontier.
The guards lived in darkness year-round, surviving on limited monthly rations of at and alcohol. Over ti, many of them developed the habit of torturing prisoners.
As long as it didn't go too far, the higher-ups simply looked the other way.

"That could be arranged," Kizaru replied with a faint smile.
"Really?!" Hannyabal instantly sprang back to his feet.

"Don't worry, Admiral!" Hannyabal said confidently, puffing out his chest.

Behind his tinted glasses, Kizaru's eyes flashed with golden light.
Unfortunately… things might not be as you expect.
The elevator slowly descended.
Its destination—
Level 6: Eternal Hell.

"Sabo, why are you here at Impel Down?" a woman asked.
"Did the Revolutionary Army's leader give you an order?"
She had fluffy purple hair, exaggerated eyelashes, bright red lipstick, and a tall, slender figure wrapped in a tight outfit. A skull ornant hung on her chest.
She was Emporio Ivankov.
"No," Sabo replied calmly.
"My coming here has nothing to do with the Revolutionary Army."
"I'm here to save my brother."
He slowly recounted the story of his childhood with Luffy and Ace.
"So… I need your help. But I'm not asking you to risk your lives for ."
"I just want to see Ace."
Ivankov and Inazuma fell silent.
At this point—
How could they refuse?
One was the son of Monkey D. Dragon, the other the future No.2 of the Revolutionary Army.

They would risk everything.

The guards following Kizaru—including Hannyabal—turned pale.
They all dropped to one knee, gasping for breath.
"Hahaha… Kizaru."
"What brings you here?"
The overwhelming aura created a powerful gust of wind.
"Scary, scary," Kizaru said casually, raising his hands.
"I ca here for two reasons."
"First—"
"To escort 'Fire Fist' Ace to Marineford for execution."
As he finished speaking, Hannyabal and several pale-faced guards dragged Portgas D. Ace out of his cell.
"And second…"
Kizaru's glasses glinted with golden light.
"To ensure that scum like you—who threaten the world—remain here forever."
The prisoners reacted differently.
Fear. Doubt. Disdain. Acceptance.
But regardless of their feelings—

Kizaru's body gradually transford into golden light as he rose into the air.

After several minutes of bombardnt, Kizaru flashed deeper into the prison.
There, three massive cells stood.
Each contained a single prisoner.
An old man.
A middle-aged man.
And a man frozen inside a block of ice.
Kizaru raised his finger.
A terrifying beam of light gathered.
"Pew."
The laser pierced the ice—
And triggered a massive explosion.
Forr "World Destroyer" — Byrnndi World.
Dead.
Kizaru turned his head toward the skeletal old man in the next cell.
"Hm… it seems the food at Impel Down isn't very good."
In truth, prisoners here barely received one bowl of food per month—just enough to keep them alive.
Aside from special cases like Jinbe, Ace, Crocodile, or uniquely powerful individuals like Douglas Bullet, most prisoners were reduced to skin and bones.
To prevent escapes, the World Governnt used every possible thod.
Otherwise, even a legendary pirate like Golden Lion Shiki would never have endured the humiliation of cutting off his own legs.
Kizaru raised his hand again.
Golden light gathered.
"'Red Count' — Bartholow… no, Patrick Redfield."
"Do you have any last words?"
Redfield slowly opened his cloudy eyes.
They still held a terrifying aura.

He sighed softly.
