The black lightning of destruction compressed to its limit, tightly coiling around Luffy's arm.
Luffy leapt high into the air.
Above his fist, a massive black cross-shaped mark flickered, the overwhelming power causing the surrounding space to tremble.

His punch crashed downward.
A beam of ultimate black light shot through the floor. The ground—constructed from incredibly durable Seastone—began to disintegrate, grinding into powder.

Prisoners across Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 all witnessed the terrifying sight.
Buggy, Mr. 3, Bon Clay, and countless others stared in shock.
A black pillar of light hundreds of ters wide descended from above.
It pierced through the desert of Level 3, blasted through the magma of Level 4, and shook the frozen wasteland of Level 5.
It was like divine punishnt descending from the heavens.
The entire Impel Down trembled.
Luffy's face turned pale, sweat covering his forehead.
Still pushing it a little too far…
Looking at the enormous pit stretching from Level 2 down to Level 5, it was clear the floor of Level 5 was far tougher.
The Seastone purity there was absurdly high.
Without hesitation, Luffy jumped straight down.

Kizaru stood calmly in front of Douglas Bullet.
Behind his amber glasses, his eyes couldn't be seen.

The prisoners were no longer arrogant.
They no longer dread of defeating Whitebeard or claiming the One Piece.
Kizaru's technique—

—had forced them to face reality.

Kizaru looked troubled.
Bullet wasn't as easy to deal with as the previous two.
Bullet was in his pri, his monstrous body strong enough that even months without food wouldn't weaken him much.
After thinking for a mont—
Kizaru suddenly turned around.
"Pew."
A laser pierced the heart of "Heavy Drinker" Vasco Shot.
Then—
A lightspeed kick obliterated the enormous body of Sanjuan Wolf, the "Colossal Battleship."
The Marine Admiral continued slaughtering the prisoners of Eternal Hell.
"Admiral Kizaru…"
A tall man with a broad jaw stepped forward, a cigar hanging from his mouth.
He wore a uniform marked with skull insignias.
A twisted grin spread across his face.
"Could you perhaps let out?"
"I also enjoy the thrill of killing!"
It was Shiryu of the Rain.
This was the first ti he had encountered an Admiral.
He felt like he had found a kindred spirit.
"Oh? Chief Warden Shiryu?"
Kizaru paused.
Shiryu's eyes lit up with excitent.
But the next second—
Pew!
A laser shot straight toward his heart.
"—AH!"
Shiryu clutched his shoulder in agony.
Fortunately, as the forr Chief Warden of Impel Down, his reflexes were exceptional. Even in chains and without his sword, he had barely avoided a fatal blow.
"W-Why… Admiral Kizaru?!"
Shiryu stared at him in disbelief.

More lasers rained down.

Kizaru stopped attacking.
Instead, he looked toward the entrance with a faint smile.

The massive gate slowly opened.
A large group rushed inside.
At the front stood Sabo, Emporio Ivankov, and Inazuma.
Everyone froze.
The once-dark floor was now covered in blood.
Corpses filled the cells.
And standing atop the sea of bodies—
Kizaru remained spotless, his white Justice coat billowing behind him.
The scene delivered an overwhelming visual impact.
Sabo quickly snapped out of it.
His gaze scanned the area—
Until it landed on a young man standing near the elevator with his head lowered.
"Ace!!"
Sabo rushed forward without hesitation, completely ignoring Kizaru beside him.
Kizaru's eyes flashed with golden light.
Then he paused.
Interesting… what a shocking revelation.
He didn't stop Sabo.
Instead, he turned his gaze toward Ivankov.
"So the Revolutionary Army wants to get involved too?"
Ivankov and the revolutionaries tensed instantly.
Magellan alone already dominated Impel Down.
And now—
A Marine Admiral had appeared as well.
anwhile, Sabo knocked aside the guards and ran to Ace.
His eyes were filled with excitent and relief.
Ace slowly raised his head.
Their eyes t.
His hoarse voice trembled.
"You… you are…?!"
Sabo gently removed his top hat.
Golden hair fluttered in the air.
A burn scar over his left eye was clearly visible.
He smiled warmly.
"Ace… it's ."
"You—!"
Ace froze.
The familiar face… the familiar voice…
Even after so many years—
He recognized his brother instantly.
Drip… drip…
Ace suddenly hugged Sabo tightly.
"Sabo… you're alive…!"
"That's… that's really great!!"
Tears poured down like broken pearls.
They weren't tears of fear for his own execution—
But tears of joy from being reunited with family.
But suddenly—
Ace pushed Sabo away violently.
"Why are you here?!"
"Leave! Get out of here right now!"
"Sabo! Help us!"
Ivankov shouted desperately.
"This Kizaru guy is insane!"
"Oh? Why all the shouting?"
A glowing golden shoe smashed into Ivankov's massive face.
BOOM!
Ivankov flew backward, smashing a deep crater into the Seastone wall.
Instantly knocked out.
Honestly… ruining my show.
Kizaru stood there casually with his hands in his pockets.
To him—
This wasn't Impel Down.
And these people weren't powerful figures.
Just minor characters.
Sabo stared at Kizaru.
His grip on the steel pipe tightened.
His legs coiled like springs.
He shot forward like an arrow.
Both hands gripping the pipe, Armant Haki coating it.
The strike tore through the air.
"I will save my brother!!"
Sabo roared.
But Kizaru simply extended his long hand—
And instantly caught the pipe.
SHRRK!
A powerful shockwave erupted from the two of them.
"Scary… so scary."
Kizaru sighed lazily.
His fingers tightened.
CRACK!
The steel pipe twisted—
Then shattered.
Sabo froze in shock.
Only when the golden-glowing kick filled his vision did he truly understand the weight behind the title—
Admiral.
BOOM!
Without surprise—
Sabo followed Ivankov's fate.
Knocked out instantly.
Kizaru walked straight to Ace.
Grabbing the devastated prisoner, he stepped toward the elevator.
"Sabo… you were alive…"
Ace murmured weakly.
"So why did you co here to die…?"
"Father… Sabo… Marco…"
"I'm nothing but bad luck."
Inside the elevator—
Hannyabal asked in confusion:
"Admiral… why didn't you finish them off?"
"You defeated them. Why not kill them?"
"Because…"
Kizaru stared at the massive gate of Level 6.
"…there's no ti."
The mont he finished speaking—
BOOM!!!
A thunderous explosion shook the prison.
Everyone's ears rang violently.
For a mont, it felt like they had gone deaf.
CRACK… CRACK…
The gigantic gate—dozens of ters tall and incredibly thick—
Was blown apart.
Fragnts scattered everywhere.
The pirates inside had been completely wiped out.
At the entrance stood a man.
Only 1.8 ters tall, yet standing before a gate over 30 ters high, creating a shocking contrast.
Luffy.
Dark red lightning wrapped around his body like chains.
His eyes locked onto the elevator doors that were slowly closing.
His gaze sharpened.
Black-red lightning surged forward like a tidal wave.
Luffy's phantom-like figure followed imdiately behind.
His fist—filled with destructive power—expanded rapidly in Kizaru's vision.
But Kizaru had already been charging power.
His long, powerful leg shone with blinding light.
Burning.
Destructive.
Deadly.
"I WILL save Ace!!"
Thunder Bone Fist!!
Kizaru responded calmly:
"It won't be that easy."
Extre — Lightspeed Kick!!

Lightning and light collided violently.
The originally dark prison instantly turned as bright as daylight.
Shockwaves tore across the ground.
The entire Impel Down shook violently.
Prisoners stumbled in dizziness.
When the impact faded—
Luffy was still standing.
But the only sound remaining—
Was the elevator ascending.
