The setting sun sank into the sea, dyeing the waves layer after layer of crimson.
Seagulls skimd across the glowing water as the fading sunlight spread over the shore, warming the sand and footprints beneath it.
Near the pool, the Straw Hat Pirates were grilling at.
Before long, the aroma attracted a huge crowd.
People from the Galley-La Company, mbers of the Franky Family, the giants Oimo and Kashii, and even the massive Sea Bulls Sodom and Gomorrah gathered around.
Soon smoke rose into the air.
The banquet had begun.
Luffy sat cross-legged on a wine barrel, his mouth stuffed with freshly grilled sea-beast at. He raised a wooden mug and shouted "Cheers!" with his mouth full.
Behind him, Zoro and Franky were competing in a drinking contest. Zoro's green hair tips were already soaked with alcohol, yet he didn't even notice.
Sanji bustled around a makeshift kitchen, grilling at nonstop. The sizzling of barbecue mixed with laughter and the clinking of bottles, weaving a lively atmosphere in the sea breeze.
No one ntioned the fierce battle at Enies Lobby.
At this mont there was only the aroma of roasted at, the sweetness of wine, and the relief and trust hidden in everyone's eyes.
This was a victor's banquet.
Robin leaned against a wall holding a glass of wine, quietly enjoying the cheerful atmosphere.
A mont later—
She suddenly burst out laughing.
Because Luffy had stuck two long chopsticks into his nostrils and balanced them against his chin.
Apparently he did this almost every ti there was a feast.
"Hey, hey! Luffy, behave yourself!"
Nami walked over and tried to pull the chopsticks out.
Robin giggled and ran over.
"Should I try it too?"
"Co on, Robin!" Luffy encouraged.
"Robin, please don't!" soone cried desperately.
Holy Land Mary Geoise
At the top of the Red Line stood the magnificent city of Mary Geoise.
Huge castles rose into the sky. Forests surrounded them, rivers flowed peacefully, and beneath the blue sky it looked like a paradise.
Inside a luxurious conference hall lit by rare gemstones, the Five Elders sat on expensive sofas as the atmosphere grew heavy.
"The mission failed. I never expected our five-year infiltration plan to collapse like this."
Saint Saturn spoke calmly, his tone revealing nothing.
"It doesn't matter," said Saint Warcury, brewing tea at the table.
"The Pluton Blueprints are not that useful to us. Too many of the technologies are lost. Even though Pluton has existed for centuries, only a single one has ever existed."
"What we should really pay attention to," said Saint Nusjuro, adjusting his glasses, "is that brat from the Monkey D. family. According to our speculation, he may have eaten that legendary fruit."
"No need to worry," Saturn said dismissively.
"For eight hundred years, that fruit has been eaten by countless people. Not a single one awakened it."
"That boy may have talent, but he is still just another wave in the tide of the era."
"But we still need to finalize his bounty."
"Sengoku suggested 1.8 billion Berries."
"That's too high. It would make the World Governnt look incompetent."
"We must lower it."
"Agreed."
"Agreed."
Seven Days Later — Water 7
For seven whole days, the Straw Hats enjoyed themselves in Water 7.
Late at night, while the crew slept—
Work continued on Scrapyard Island.
Iceburg and Franky looked at the newly improved Going rry with satisfied smiles.
"The Straw Hat kid's ship is finally upgraded," Iceburg said with a laugh. "Though it's almost unrecognizable now."
"And that big ship we're building is nearly finished too. The design is astonishing, Franky."
Franky grinned.
"Yeah… it's just a sha we didn't have ti to install so powerful weapons."
"Otherwise it would've been even stronger."
"Hahaha!" Iceburg patted Franky's shoulder.
"It couldn't be helped. We were on a tight schedule."
"We can keep improving it later."
Nearby, Kokoro drank happily while watching the two work together.
So they're finally cooperating…
Tom, you'd be proud.
Soon the workers of Galley-La Company collapsed from exhaustion.
Only the two apprentices of Tom's Workers continued hamring.
"Iceburg, don't push yourself. Go sleep."
"You should be the one sleeping."
"Too bad. I'm wide awake."
"Sorry, but so am I."
They looked at each other and laughed.
Slowly, dawn began to appear in the east.
The Next Morning
Inside the apartnt—
Nami looked at the Log Pose, which had finally finished storing magnetic energy.
Her face lit up.
"The log is set! It's pointing to the next island!"
"All we need now is our ship."
Luffy walked in.
"Franky said the rry's upgrades are done! He told us to co check it out!"
Everyone smiled.
The pirates' adventure was about to begin again.
Just then, Kokoro suddenly pointed at the Log Pose.
"Do you know where you're going next?"
Everyone looked.
The needle was pointing… downward.
"Huh? Where does that lead?" Nami wondered.
After their experience with Skypiea, she no longer doubted strange directions.
"The next island is an underwater paradise."
Fish-Man Island.
Everyone froze.
Only Sanji reacted differently—
His eyes turned into hearts.
"F-F-Fish-Man Island?! We're finally going there?!"
"Anyway, let's go see the ship!" Luffy said, dragging the daydreaming Sanji outside.
But the mont they stepped out—
A mber of the Franky Family ca running toward them.
"Bad news! Have you seen the new bounty posters?!"
"Your bounty is insane, Straw Hat!"
"And everyone else is wanted too!"
He handed Luffy a stack of posters.
The crew crowded around.
