Looking at the massive figure standing before him, Trafalgar Law's eyes sharpened.
"A Seven Warlord of the Sea, Bartholow Kuma… that's quite a big shot."
"Bepo, Penguin, Shachi—attack!"
The three martial artists instantly rushed toward Kuma.
Unfortunately… their bodies were far too fragile.
Bepo delivered a kick straight into Kuma's body—only to fall to the ground himself from the recoil.
"ROOM."
Law pressed his palm downward. A transparent spatial field spread out instantly.
In a flash, the stones beneath Kuma's feet swapped places with Jean Bart beside Law.
Kuma and Jean Bart both raised their hands at the sa mont.
Their palms collided.
Boom!
The air exploded with a thunderous sound. Their strength was actually evenly matched.
"Heh! Didn't expect you to get stopped here, Law!"
Eustass Kid charged in from the side. His arms extended into magnetic constructs as he slamd them down on Kuma.
BOOM!!
Kuma crashed into a large tree, knocking it over—but in the very next second, he stood back up.
"Tch!"
Kid was about to repeat the attack.
But Kuma suddenly removed his gloves.
On his palms were not paw pads—but sothing resembling laser emitters.
Beep—!
Golden beams fired instantly toward Kid.
He couldn't even react in ti and could only widen his eyes.
A massive explosion rang through the sky.
Yet when the smoke cleared, Kid stood unhard—Law was in front of him, palm facing downward.
"The enemy's strong, Captain Kid. Looks like we should form an alliance."
Kid's expression remained fierce, but he didn't refuse the suggestion.
On top of a nearby building stood a chubby man holding a giant axe, his tone full of dissatisfaction.
"Honestly… what is Uncle Kizaru doing? Why hasn't he contacted yet?"
"If this drags on any longer, those rookies are going to be wiped out by the Pacifista…"
anwhile, the Straw Hat Pirates were in the middle of an ergency retreat.
"Man, we should've docked the Thousand Sunny at Grove 13… or just had Luffy store it sowhere! It's way too far!"
Usopp complained while running.
At that mont, a figure appeared not far ahead.
"I'll handle it!"
Luffy clenched his fists.
"Wait!"
Sanji imdiately stopped him and spoke seriously.
"The Admiral is still here. We can't let you waste your strength here."
Everyone nodded at those words.
Only Luffy looked confused.
It's just one punch… what stamina would I be wasting?
Zoro and Sanji exchanged sharp looks.
They nodded at each other in perfect understanding.
Kuma removed his gloves, revealing two laser emitters. At the sa ti, his mouth opened.
Three beams of light shot toward the Straw Hats.
"Lasers? What's going on?"
The two of them were puzzled, but their reactions weren't slow.
Their leg muscles tightened as they launched forward like arrows from a bow—
And instantly shattered the beams.
"Diable Jambe!"
"Three Sword Style: Tiger Hunt!"
Their attacks struck Kuma simultaneously.
BOOM!
The body exploded into pieces.
In the blazing firelight, everyone looked confused.
"Did this Warlord… get weaker or sothing?"
Zoro and Sanji were the first to regain their senses.
Sanji took a drag of his cigarette.
"That probably wasn't the real Warlord. The strength doesn't match at all."
"If I had to guess… these are probably copies of Kuma."
Not far away, Sentomaru looked even more bewildered.
"The Pacifista… was destroyed just like that?!"
Elsewhere—
X Drake had transford into a Tyrannosaurus and was fighting Kuma—and he was even gaining the upper hand.
"Rear Admiral Drake… how frightening."
A leisurely voice sounded right beside Drake's ear.
The next instant—
Drake was blasted away.
At the sa ti, Basil Hawkins was knocked down by a single kick.
Admiral Kizaru stood there with both hands in his pockets, his Marine justice coat fluttering behind him, completely spotless.
"Oooh… scary. These Supernovas are really terrifying."
Buru buru—
"Hm?"
Kizaru began patting his pockets and finally pulled out a Den Den Mushi.
"Mosimoshi. This is Borsalino speaking."
"Old man! Didn't you bring the Den Den Mushi with you? …Anyway, that's not the point!"
"The Straw Hat Pirates defeated the Pacifista very easily! Law and Kid are probably about to escape too!"
"Oh? I know all about that."
Hearing Sentomaru's anxious voice, Kizaru still sounded completely relaxed.
But his body suddenly transford into particles of light, instantly crossing several groves.
Sanji was casually smoking when—
Suddenly, the world seed to freeze.

Sanji's Observation Haki rang wildly like an out-of-control alarm.

Kizaru's foot was already inches from Sanji's head.
At that mont—
A hand suddenly grabbed Sanji and threw him aside.
Another hand rose up.
A layer of jet-black Armant Haki covered it.
BOOM!
The mont Kizaru's kick struck Luffy's arm, the impact blasted outward, shaking the air with a thunderous explosion.
Luffy knocked Kizaru's leg away.
His right fist clenched.
Armant Haki coated it—lightning crackled around it.
BOOM!
Golden light tore through the air and smashed straight through a giant mangrove tree.
Kizaru spun midair and landed, his feet carving two long trenches into the grass.
The mont he stabilized—
He kicked again.
Golden light erupted.
In front of him—
Blue lightning flashed.
Luffy kicked out as well.
CRACK!
Lightning and light intertwined as two powerful Armant Haki attacks collided.
The shockwave obliterated everything around them.
"Oooh… scary, Straw Hat boy."
"You even managed to injure ."
Kizaru's expression was irritatingly smug.
Judging from the fact that his hands were still in his pockets, he was clearly fighting with ease.
Who are you trying to fool?
Luffy kicked again—
But his foot passed straight through Kizaru's body.
A red glow flashed in Kizaru's eyes.
In the next instant—
He appeared ten thousand ters away.
High in the sky—
Lightning and light clashed, shaking the heavens.
The clear blue sky quickly beca covered in dark clouds.
The entire Sabaody Archipelago fell under an oppressive atmosphere.
Everyone still alive on the island couldn't help but look up—
Watching the battle of monsters above.

"Who's fighting Admiral Kizaru?! One of the Four Emperors?!"
The Marines felt utterly absurd.

Even though he couldn't clearly see the two figures in the sky—
Who else besides that one-billion-berry monster could possibly hold back an Admiral?
Anyone with half a brain could figure it out.
Kid simply didn't want to believe it.

Law made up his mind.
Even if it ant dying—
He would protect Luffy.
Above the clouds—
Blue lightning and golden light collided, stirring the winds.
The spectacle was imnse.
But both of them knew—
This was only a warm-up.
Now it would co down to whose trump cards were greater.
