Trafalgar Law spent his first full day aboard the Thousand Sunny trying to comprehend his allies. The previous night had been a series of loud, chaotic events that left him physically and ntally exhausted. Now that the morning sun was high, the Warlord decided to explore the ship to understand the crew he had allied with.
He stepped down from the main deck into the living quarters, expecting a standard pirate ship layout. Instead, he found a massive, multi-tiered structure that defied the external dinsions of the vessel. The wood was seamless, and the corridors felt more like a grand mansion than a sailing ship.
Law walked down a wide hallway and pushed open a heavy double door. He stopped on the threshold, his eyes widening. He was standing on a grassy path inside a room that stretched wider than the ship itself. Above him, a system of artificial lights simulated natural sunshine, casting warm beams over a thriving forest. Rivers flowed through the room, winding around strange plants and towering trees that rustled with life.
Law looked up into the branches of a particularly large tree. Luffy was sitting on a thick branch, holding a fruit that looked and slled exactly like a roasted leg of pork. The captain bit into the food, chewing happily, and waved a grease-covered hand down at him.
"Hey, Traffy! You should try these! The at-trees are in season!" Luffy shouted.
Law shook his head, closed the doors, and continued down the hall.
His next stop was the library. He opened the doors to find a hall that could rival the greatest collection of books in the world. Towering shelves stretched up to a vaulted ceiling, packed with thousands of leather-bound volus, ancient scrolls, and modern texts. During their two years of travel, Ben had systematically collected books from every kingdom they visited. The Revolutionary Army had also helped, scanning and duplicating their own vast historical archives to fill the shelves. Law ran a hand along the spines of dical texts he had never seen before, realizing the wealth of knowledge contained within this single room.
Further down, he entered the navigation room. It looked less like a cartographer's study and more like a naval command center. Holographic displays floated above a steel console, showing real-ti weather patterns, sea currents, and regional maps. The technology was more advanced than anything used by the Marine Headquarters.
In the adjoining workshop, the sound of heavy tal gears and hydraulic presses echoed. Law peered inside to see Franky operating a row of glowing, automated machinery. The cyborg was welding a massive piece of steel, completely absorbed in his work, surrounded by blue prints that detailed weapon designs far beyond standard engineering.
Law then visited the dical bay. Chopper was sitting at a desk, peering through a digital microscope while writing notes. Law walked around the room, inspecting the surgical tables, laser-guided diagnostic scanners, and state-of-the-art chemical synthesizers.
"These machines," Law muttered, touching the polished steel of an organic scanner. "They don't belong to this era. Where did you get this technology, Tony-ya?"
Chopper looked up, adjusting his goggles. "Ben made them for ! He said a great doctor needs tools that can see the smallest cells. I'm using them to study the DNA!"
Law stared at the glowing monitors, realizing that the dical capabilities of this ship surpassed the finest laboratories in Mariejois.
He left the dical bay and walked toward the sound of loud, echoing laughter. He opened a door labeled "Play Room" and found a mini amusent park built directly into the hull. A custom roller coaster track wound around the ceiling, and several small rides spin around. rry, Sunny, Momonosuke, and Bonney were currently screaming in joy as their cart flew down a steep wooden drop.
Law quickly shut the door, his temple twitching.
Finally, he approached a reinforced iron door at the lowest deck of the ship. A digital display on the wall showed a red warning light. Through the thick glass window, Law could see Zoro and the four Elbaf giants inside. Zoro was swinging a massive, weighted black blade, while Dorry and Brogy were clashing their heavy shields together.
Law turned the iron handle and stepped inside.
The mont his foot crossed the threshold, his knees buckled. A sudden, crushing force slamd into his shoulders, forcing him toward the floor. His breath caught in his throat as his heart hamred against his ribs.
Zoro didn't stop his swings. He rely glanced over his shoulder. "The gravity here is fifty tis normal right now. You should have checked the display, Warlord. You have to train your body to handle this pressure. Go to the training room next door first. It's set for beginners."
Law gritted his teeth, forced his legs to straighten, and stepped back out of the room, slamming the heavy door behind him. He stood in the corridor, panting heavily, his muscles aching from just a few seconds of exposure.
He walked to the adjacent training room Zoro had ntioned. The console on the wall had a dial. Law set the gravity to two tis normal and stepped inside. He felt a mild, heavy pressure, but nothing his body couldn't easily tolerate. He stepped back out, turned the dial to five tis gravity, and re-entered.
This ti, he felt a distinct strain on his joints and muscles. His movents were slower, and his footfalls sounded heavy against the tal floor.
He stood in the center of the room, thinking. Fifty tis gravity. Zoro and the giants train in that environnt daily. Law recalled the rumors of the Straw Hats fighting three Marine Admirals at Thriller Bark two years ago. Looking at the infrastructure of this ship and the brutal training thods of its combatants, he realized their strength was not a fluke.
Law walked back to the console, turned the dial to ten tis gravity, and drew his sword. It was ti to push his own limits.

The next morning, the Thousand Sunny neared the waters of Dressrosa. The warm, sunflower-scented breeze carried the sound of gulls as the ship sailed toward the coast.
Law gathered the entire crew on the grassy deck, spreading his tactical map over a wooden barrel. He adjusted his hat and looked at the assembled group.
"We are close," Law said, his voice serious. "Here is how we will divide our forces. I will lead the negotiation team to Green Bit. I will take Usopp, Robin, Dorry, and Brogy with . Our goal is to hand over Caesar and secure our exit."
He pointed to the second section of the map. "Kin'emon, Oimo, Kashi, and Brook will infiltrate the main city of Dressrosa to search for Kanjuro. anwhile, Luffy, Zoro, Ben, and Franky will search for the hidden SMILE factory and destroy the SAD tanks. And as for others they will be on sunny protecting it."
"The plan won't work," Ben said, leaning against the railing.
Law stopped, his hand hovering over the map. He looked up, his brow furrowing. "And why is that, Ben-ya? The teams are balanced, and the objectives are clear."
"You are basing your entire strategy on the newspaper report," Ben said, shaking his head. "You believe Doflamingo has formally abdicated his throne and surrendered his Warlord status."
"It was in the morning edition," Law countered, his grip on Kikoku tightening. "The World Economic Journal printed it globally. He had no choice."
"The World Economic Journal is monitored and censored by the World Governnt," Ben explained calmly. "And Doflamingo has a connection that runs deeper than any standard pirate. The Donquixote family was one of the original twenty royal families that founded the World Governnt eight hundred years ago."
Law's expression turned conflicted.
"Doflamingo's father abdicated his position to leave Mariejois and live among the common people," Ben continued. "But Doflamingo remains a forr Celestial Dragon. He knows the darkest secrets of the Holy Land. Because of that leverage, he could have struck a direct deal with the Five Elders. The news of his resignation is entirely false. It was a fabricated report designed to trick us into a trap."
"False news..." Law whispered, his face turning pale as the realization hit him. "The entire world... deceived just to protect one broker?"
"Yes," Ben said. "When you step onto the northern beach of Green Bit at three o'clock today, you won't find an empty eting spot. Doflamingo, his elite executives, a detachnt of Marines led by an Admiral, and CP0 agents or more will all be waiting there to slaughter us. It will be a full-scale war."
"Then we are walking into an ambush," Law said, his mind racing to find a counter-strategy. "What should we do?"
Ben stepped toward the map, tapping the northern island of Green Bit. "We change the board. To Green Bit, we will send a combat unit. It will be you, Luffy, Zoro, Brogy, Dory, Oimo, Kashi, Usopp, and Vivi."
"Usopp and Vivi?" Law asked, confused. "They aren't front-line fighters for an Admiral."
"They have a specific mission," Ben explained. "The Tontatta tribe lives beneath the forests of Green Bit. They are small, fast, and fiercely protective of their land, but they are also incredibly naive. Doflamingo has been enslaving their people to run his factory. Usopp and Vivi must locate the tribe, warn them of the incoming battle, and evacuate them. The clash between an Admiral and Doflamingo will destroy the island."
Law nodded slowly, tracing the terrain. "And the rest of the crew?"
"While you stall the Marines and Doflamingo on Green Bit, the rest of us will hit Dressrosa," Ben said, his eyes flashing with a cold intelligence. "I will take Robin, Nami, Franky, Sanji, Chopper, rry, Sunny, and Bonney. We will slip into the kingdom, locate the SMILE factory, defeat the remaining Donquixote executives left behind, and destroy the SAD supply line. Kin'emon, Momonosuke, and Brook will carry out their search for Kanjuro as planned."
"So our job on Green Bit is simply to survive and keep them occupied?" Law asked.
"Exactly," Ben smiled. "Stall them. Keep the Admiral and Doflamingo focused on you. Once we destroy the factory, Doflamingo's empire is finished anyway. He won't have the leverage to maintain his deals."
Law looked down at the map, analyzing the new variables. The strategy was highly risky, but it was the only logical path forward now that the Warlord's abdication was revealed as a lie.
"I agree," Law said, turning his head toward the captain. "Mugiwara, did you understand the plan? We need to keep the Marines busy while—"
Law stopped.
Luffy was curled up on a grassy patch of the deck, snoring loudly, a small bubble inflating and deflating from his nose. He had fallen completely asleep during the middle of the explanation.
A massive, bright red tick mark violently manifested on Law's temple. He raised his fist, his body shaking with a deep, silent rage as he stared at the sleeping rubber man. "He's... he's sleeping. We are planning a campaign against a Celestial Dragon and a Marine Admiral, and he is snoring."
"Don't worry," Ben chuckled, walking over to the captain. He leaned down and spoke in a clear, carrying voice.
"Luffy. at."
Luffy's eyes snapped open. He vaulted three feet into the air, landing on his feet with his fists raised, looking frantically around the deck. "WHERE?! AT?! WHO HAS THE AT?!"
"No at yet," Ben said, pointing toward the approaching coastline of Dressrosa, where the sun-drenched cliffs of the kingdom were rising from the sea. "But get ready. You are going to be fighting Doflamingo soon."
Luffy stopped, his eyes focusing on the distant island. His goofy deanor vanished, replaced by a wide, fierce, and incredibly eager grin. He slamd his knuckles together with a loud crack.
"Yosh!" Luffy shouted, his voice echoing across the water. "I'm coming for you, Mingo!"
Law adjusted his hat, looking from the grinning captain to the calm, smiling Ben. He let out a quiet sigh. The plan was set, the pieces were in motion, and the gears of the New World were about to turn.
