After Simon Forrester and Gavin Gale left, linda Linton also arrived.
The white BMW paused for a few seconds outside the villa gate. The monitoring system detected the license plate number, imdiately opened the door, and the white BMW slowly drove into the villa, parking in its designated spot.
Auntie King got off the car quickly, helped open the car door for linda Linton, and supported her up the steps.
The living room door was open for ventilation, and Auntie King shouted at the door, "Lawyer Thorne, we’re here," as she supported linda Linton inside.
At that mont, Sienna Thornton was about to take the baby upstairs, but seeing linda Linton and Auntie King arrived, she stayed downstairs for a while, just in ti to introduce them to the new childcare worker.
linda Linton greeted warmly with a smile, while Auntie King cautiously observed Charles Quincy.
Charles Quincy felt uncomfortable under her gaze and slightly bowed his head.
Sienna Thornton invited linda Linton to rest in the living room and gestured for Auntie King to follow her upstairs.
Closing the bedroom door, Sienna Thornton lay on the bed to breastfeed the baby, while Auntie King sat on the chaise lounge in the room, watching the mother and child.
"I just think that nanny looks a bit like a seductress," Auntie King said bluntly. "Is it appropriate to have such a girl in the house taking care of the baby?"
"So when the ti cos, I’ll have to trouble you and my mom to help look after the baby during the day."
Auntie King nodded repeatedly: "That’s how it should be! It’s just that I think..." She hesitated, unsure whether to continue.
Sienna Thornton smiled at Auntie King and said, "Go ahead, why are we being so formal?"
"That nanny looks young and pretty... Aren’t you worried she might develop feelings for Mr. Forrester after spending ti with him?"
Simon Forrester is handso and wealthy, because he takes good care of himself, he looks particularly young. Even now, old and unattractive wealthy n have lots of young won chasing after them. With soone like Simon Forrester, Auntie King is understandably worried that he might be entangled by so seductive woman. She didn’t know if Sienna Thornton had thought about this, so she specifically reminded her.
Sienna Thornton continued to smile faintly, her gaze focused on little Victor who was nursing, her face full of maternal satisfaction and happiness.
"Mr. Forrester leaves for the Group at eight in the morning and often doesn’t get ho until after six in the evening. They don’t have much chance to et, so it’s fine."
Auntie King nodded, "Even so, it’s better to be careful."

Downstairs in the living room, linda Linton prepared a platter of fruit and brewed a pot of floral tea, inviting Charles Quincy to join her.
Outside in the yard, the driver Chandler, bored, was helping to trim the flower beds. linda Linton called him in to join them for tea.
linda Linton said, "I and Auntie King have to stay here all day today, only leaving after my son-in-law gets off work this evening. If you have nothing else to do, Chandler, just go ho for now and pick us up around five in the evening."
Chandler felt a bit embarrassed and said politely, "It wouldn’t be good if Chairman Forrester and Dean Thorne found out."
linda Linton had just taken a sip of tea, placed the cup down, and waved her hand: "Don’t worry, go ho. If they say anything, I’ll explain."
Perhaps realizing that spending the whole day trimming flower beds wasn’t very practical and coming into the house wasn’t convenient either, Chandler declined a few tis but eventually took her advice and drove off in the white BMW.
linda Linton called Charles Quincy over for tea.
Charles Quincy watched the BMW disappear down the winding mountain road and asked, "Auntie, where do you live? Is he your personal driver?"
linda Linton nodded, "I live in The Springs Residences, and Chandler is my driver."
Charles Quincy understood, elegantly taking a sip of tea, and after a quiet mont, asked, "Where does your daughter work? I heard she’s starting work in a few days."
"She’s the Deputy Director of the Treaty and Law Departnt at the Ministry of Comrce," linda said with pride when talking about Sienna Thornton’s job, "She’s leading a team to Valois at the end of next month, so she has to report to the office on the first."
Charles Quincy was slightly shocked and didn’t respond.
Previously, she had guessed the lady of the house might run her own business, given her great figure, maybe a yoga instructor or boutique owner, but didn’t expect her to be the Deputy Director of the Treaty and Law Departnt.
She appeared to be so young; did she really have such credentials?
Charles Quincy knew the man of the house was the Chairman of the Forrester Group and was already surprised by how young the chairman looked. Now knowing that his young wife was the Deputy Director of the Treaty and Law Departnt, and seemingly younger than herself, she was even more perplexed.
In her understanding, to reach a position like section chief in a governntal institution, one needed to be at least over forty years old, let alone a director or deputy director...
Pensively, Charles Quincy wanted to inquire further with linda Linton, but at that mont, Auntie King ca down from upstairs, heading straight to the kitchen to tidy up, her eyes simultaneously focused on her and linda Linton.
Charles Quincy swallowed her questions.
Auntie King finished tidying up the kitchen and began cleaning the living room. No matter how busy she was, her eyes and ears kept attending to Charles Quincy and linda Linton.
Charles Quincy sat there for a while, feeling uneasy, not knowing what to do, so she could only sit there blankly, waiting for Sienna Thornton to co down.
Later, linda Linton went upstairs. As soon as she left, Auntie King unabashedly continued to scrutinize Charles Quincy, making her uncomfortable enough to step outside for so air.
After so ti, Sienna Thornton ca down and invited her to sit.
The floral tea had cooled, so Auntie King went to brew a new pot. The fruit platter was cleared away, replaced with beautifully presented pastries.
Charles Quincy looked at the two teacups on the tray, puzzled. In the next mont, Auntie King had brought over a steaming cup of milk, kindly urging Sienna Thornton to drink it while it was hot.
No need to ask — it was clear, seeing how adept Auntie King was with the kitchen appliances, that she had freely co and gone here for a long ti.
Charles Quincy felt a sinking feeling in her heart.
Sienna Thornton invited Auntie King to sit and smiled as she introduced Charles Quincy, "This is Auntie King, who used to take care of and later my mom for many years. She’s like family to us. In the future, she will also help look after the baby. If I’m not around, Charles, you can ask Auntie King if you need anything."

But actually, Charles Quincy understood her underlying aning. She wanted her to defer to Auntie King when the employer wasn’t present, almost as if saying ’Auntie King is your senior’. This made Charles Quincy a bit unhappy.
She felt that she had co to care for the child, not to endure the whims of two older people.
But even though she was discontent inside, she still maintained a friendly smile on her face: "Alright."
