Oliver was currently looking through Floralia’s details while walking toward the Tar Guild alongside Floralia and Husk. Today, he planned to officially register her as a new hunter.
As he continued reading through her status window, his eyes widened upon seeing the System Suppression section.
’Extrely Powerful? Nyx and Queen were only labeled as Overwhelmingly Powerful. Does that an Floralia is even stronger than both of them?’ Oliver thought inwardly in shock.
The more he looked through Floralia’s skills, the more absurd they appeared. Especially, Master of Flora.
"This Master of Flora skill, can you tell all the flora types you can control?" Oliver looked toward Floralia curiously.
"There’s no fun in revealing everything now. Just wait until you witness my beautiful performance in battle." Floralia smiled teasingly.
Oliver rolled his eyes helplessly.
"Now then, as part of the usual ritual of becoming my monster, I’ll give you a nickna."
"A nickna?" Floralia tilted her head curiously.
"Here it cos..." Husk muttered in annoyance. He already knew exactly where this conversation was heading.
"Yes." Oliver nodded proudly. "From now on, I’ll call you Flora. Do you like it?"
"Flora, huh? Not bad. Then I’ll give you a nickna too. Ermmm... how about... Olive?"
"O-Olive?!" Oliver imdiately looked horrified. "What am I? Olive oil?"
"Kakakakakaa!!" Husk instantly burst into laughter before rolling around on the ground.
Oliver slowly narrowed his eyes toward him.
"Hahaha... how does it feel to taste your own dicine, Olive? Hahahaha!!" Husk continued laughing uncontrollably.
"Tch! You really don’t need to laugh that hard at ." Oliver sighed dramatically. "Fine. If you want to call that, then go ahead. But don’t call that in public, okay? It’ll ruin my image as an idol." Oliver proudly declared while shalessly self-proclaiming himself.
"Alright!" Flora smiled brightly.
"Now then, if you want to beco a tar and hunter, you’ll need to show people your monster. So if soone asks about your monster..."
Before Oliver could even finish speaking, Flora lazily waved her hand. Instantly, a Predatory Bloom Hydra appeared beside her from the ground.
The creature possessed a giant carnivorous rafflesia-like head while vines ford the rest of its body. At the mont, its size was only around one ter tall.
"Is this size okay? Or should I make it bigger?" Flora asked casually.
"This is perfectly fine!" Oliver imdiately answered without hesitation.
Flora then dismissed the monster as they slowly approached the crowded part of town.
"Good. Looks like you already understand what you need to do." Oliver nodded in satisfaction. "Now pull up your hood. We’re getting close to the crowded area."
Flora imdiately raised the hood over her head, carefully covering her ears. Even so, her beautiful face and long pink hair were still clearly visible.
They walked past the market area, which was currently crowded with people buying and selling goods. So rchants displayed fruits and vegetables. Others sold at and fish.
anwhile, several food stalls were already open and filled the air with delicious slls. The entire marketplace was lively and bustling with activity.
As Oliver walked through the area, many townspeople greeted him warmly. However, the mont they noticed Flora walking behind him, their voices imdiately stopped.
They had never seen soone as beautiful as her before within this small town. Soon, whispers and rumors quickly began spreading throughout the marketplace.
Oliver finally arrived at the Tar Guild. It had already been several days since he last ca here. There were not many people inside at the mont since most hunters were usually out doing quests or raiding dungeons around this ti.
"Oii, Oliver! You’re finally here. Where have you been?" one of the hunters shouted while approaching him. It was Salem, a tall man with dark skin and a neatly trimd beard.
He had arrived in this town around two years ago and had partied together with Oliver nurous tis before.
"Hey, Brother Salem. I just had sothing important to do these past few days."
"Hahaha! Don’t hide it from . I already know you were doing so secret mission from the Count, huh? I’m seriously jealous." Salem laughed loudly.
"Then why did you ask in the first place?" Oliver narrowed his eyes.
"Hahaha--kiuk!" Salem suddenly froze mid-laugh after finally noticing Flora standing behind Oliver. At that mont, Flora was curiously looking around the guild with sparkling eyes.
"Hey, Oliver...who’s that woman? She’s really beautiful." Salem whispered while staring at Flora in shock.
"Err... she’s actually-"
"I’m actually Olive’s wi-"
"She’s my cousin! Yes. My cousin!" Oliver imdiately interrupted before sothing nonsense escaped from Flora’s mouth.
’This girl...she is going to ruin my peaceful life!’
He then imdiately grabbed Flora’s hand before she could say anything else.
"Sorry, Brother Salem, we need to go first, alright? See you around."
Salem remained standing there dumbfounded as Oliver hurriedly pulled Flora away. A few monts later, Salem imdiately began whispering excitedly with the other hunters nearby.
"Hey, did you guys see Oliver’s cousin?"
anwhile, Oliver approached the reception counter and requested to register a new hunter. The staff mber politely asked for several details before eventually leading both Oliver and Flora into another room.
Inside the room stood a massive orb mounted upon a stone pillar at the center.
A Knowledge Orb.
