The bedroom door opened, and Frank Mitchell, dressed in a bathrobe, was holding a towel in one hand and wiping his dripping wet hair with the other.
His expression was slightly cold, and his scrutinizing gaze fell on Sophie Sullivan.
He looked her up and down carefully.
Only when he saw that she was still wearing the clothes from yesterday did his expression relax sowhat.
"You’re here?" he asked casually. Frank Mitchell walked over to the tea table, poured two glasses of wine, and handed one to Sophie.
She glanced at it but didn’t reach for it. "You said Thomas Shannon ca to Country J. Are you sure about the information?"
She looked anxious, and a hint of panic in her beautiful eyes suggested she truly feared Thomas Shannon’s arrival.
Frank Mitchell held the wine glass and sipped a few mouthfuls before chuckling. "Are you doubting my sources?"
"No, I just want to get rid of Thomas Shannon as soon as possible." Sophie sat down on the sofa, her arms crossed over her chest.
She bit her lips slightly, glancing at him from ti to ti. Finally, she couldn’t bear it any longer and growled, "What the hell is this? Are you still in the mood for drinking now? What we should do now is figure out how to get rid of Thomas Shannon!"
Frank Mitchell sat down and, through the wine glass, looked at her blurred face with great interest. "I’m curious, what deep hatred do you have with Thomas Shannon? Other than overpowering you, he seems to treat you quite well."
After all, for her sake, Thomas Shannon had ruthlessly sacrificed Alia Shaw.

Upon hearing this, Sophie sneered disdainfully, casting a sidelong glance at Frank Mitchell. "Good to ? If you think living without dignity and being wantonly humiliated is his way of being good to , then I have nothing to say."
"Humiliation?" Frank Mitchell sipped his wine and laughed out loud. "It seems that your body must have sothing extraordinary to make Thomas Shannon addicted to you."
"Frank Mitchell, don’t forget that I ca here to cooperate with you this ti!" Sophie stood up angrily, her misty beautiful eyes revealing two raging flas. "I overestimated you. Turns out you’re afraid of Thomas Shannon too."
Having said that, Sophie turned and walked away.
Frank Mitchell’s eyes darkened. Afraid? Was he afraid of Thomas Shannon? How ridiculous!
BANG!
The wine glass slamd hard on the tea table, making a crisp sound.
Frank Mitchell glared angrily at Sophie’s retreating figure, then got up, rushed over in a few strides, and tightly seized her waist from behind.
Her body was suddenly embraced, and the next second, her back was pressed against the man’s chest.
Sophie stiffened, and in a flash, she raised her elbow, striking backwards.
Frank Mitchell had anticipated this and easily caught her hand, pushing it outward.
A sharp crack sounded, and Sophie’s entire arm went numb.
"Frank Mitchell, let go!"
Frank Mitchell hugged her, lifting a lock of her smooth hair and bringing it to his nose, inhaling it with a trance-like expression. "Quite feisty. So, Thomas Shannon likes this kind of woman."
The man pressed tightly against her body, and Sophie felt a chill run down her spine, followed by nausea that made her stomach churn violently.
"Frank Mitchell, let go."
"Don’t get upset; before I let you go, we have more important things to do."
Frank Mitchell’s smile was incredibly ambiguous. He lowered his head and blew softly by Sophie’s ear. "Maniac, if you hate Thomas Shannon so much and want to get rid of him, I’ll teach you a thod, a once-and-for-all thod."
