He gestured, his delicate brows furrowed tightly, "Cecilia, let’s go."
Sophie Sullivan felt a headache coming on. What on earth was Thomas Shannon up to?!
"Lucifer..."
Sophie Sullivan turned to return to Lucifer’s side, but a man in black nearby quickly stretched out his hand to block her path. "Maniac, you can only enter, not exit."
"What did you say?" Sophie Sullivan thought she had misheard, and her face suddenly turned cold.
Allowed in but not out?
Was Thomas Shannon really trying to imprison her?
"This is the Young Master’s order." The man in black was expressionless, leaving no room for negotiation.
Lucifer laughed, his laughter brazen. "That fellow can only resort to such underhanded thods."
"Master..." Leo, standing to the side, hesitated to speak.
After all, this was Thomas Shannon’s territory. If he were angered and wanted to deal with them, the Master would only be at a disadvantage.
"Leo, shut your mouth! Don’t speak until I tell you to!"
Leo obediently bowed his head, nodding.
Sophie Sullivan glared at the man in black, "I’ll say it one more ti, get out of the way!"
The man in black remained unmoved. Lucifer took out a pistol and tossed it to her. "Cecilia, catch."
Sophie Sullivan, quick-eyed and deft-handed, caught the pistol. She curled the corner of her mouth, weighed the gun in her hand, then gripped it tight, pressing it to the head of the man in black. "Get out of the way."
The n in black glanced at each other, and finally, they stepped aside.
It wasn’t out of caution, nor fear; it was because the Young Master hadn’t ordered the maniac to be hard. So, they dared not act rashly. As long as the maniac didn’t leave, everything was negotiable. But if she tried to leave, she would have to step over their corpses!
Sophie Sullivan went over to Lucifer’s side, and he cradled her face. "Cecilia is still so cool!"
He recalled a shooting competition they once had. He rembered her spirited and heroic figure at the shooting range. In Sophie Sullivan, Lucifer could vaguely see her forr self.
She was like a queen with an innate halo, looking down on everyone from above.
Sophie Sullivan lifted her eyelids and covered Lucifer’s lips with one hand. His words were too sweet...
She seriously suspected that half the credit for her narcissism belonged to Lucifer!
Constantly brainwashing her, making her think her beauty was unrivaled in the world.
"Cecilia..." With his mouth covered, Lucifer raised his eyebrows questioningly, wanting to ask her why.
However, Sophie Sullivan didn’t give him a chance to continue speaking. She drew closer to him and lowered her voice, "Listen, Lucifer, I have to go back to Thomas Shannon’s side now. When my face recovers, I’ll co find you. Until then, don’t act rashly..."
