“Alright.” Upon hearing this, Dai Annie wasn’t as excited as she was earlier.
“Hmm, by the way, he’s gone now. When are you coming back, or are you not coming back at all and just staying at Qingyue’s place?” Chen Yang nodded and then asked if Dai Annie was coming back.

Over the phone, Dai Annie thought for a while and said, “I will co back, but it’ll be later because I have plans to go shopping with Sister Qingyue tonight.”

“Okay, I’ll co back as soon as I can, but it’ll at least be ten o’clock.” Dai Annie said warmly.
Hearing ten o’clock, Chen Yang felt a bit helpless. But thinking it was normal for girls to be excited about shopping for a long ti, he didn’t say much.
“Alright then, just rember to call before you co back, so I can brew your dicine early.”

Dai Annie sweetly thanked him and then hung up the phone directly.
Chen Yang smiled, shook his head, put away the phone, and prepared to continue taking Elixir to boost his strength.
But as soon as he put the phone in his pocket, it rang again unexpectedly.
“This girl, did she forget to ntion sothing?”

Feeling guilty, he offered small talk and care as soon as the call connected.
“Hmph, stop pretending! I’m not doing well at all!” Yang Ruoxi replied directly with irritation.
“Not well? What happened, what’s wrong?” Hearing this, Chen Yang imdiately grew worried, thinking that sothing serious had happened to Yang Ruoxi.
On the other line, hearing Chen Yang’s worried tone, Yang Ruoxi couldn’t help but burst into a giggle, “Just kidding, nothing’s wrong. The store’s business is just fine.”

Not lingering on it, Chen Yang directly asked about recent happenings.
After a bit of chat, Yang Ruoxi’s initial annoyance quickly dissipated.
“Hmph, I suppose you’ve still got a conscience. I called you today to invite you out for a movie. Do you have ti?” Yang Ruoxi suddenly asked.
Chen Yang was taken aback, then quickly nodded, “Yes, I’ve got ti.”
“Great, I’ll wait for you at my sister’s place. You can drive over now, by the ti you arrive, it’ll probably be ti for dinner. We can eat together and then go watch the movie!” Hearing Chen Yang agree, Yang Ruoxi’s tone was notably happier.
“Okay then, just wait for a bit, I’ll be right over.” Chen Yang agreed.
“Alright, bye then, see you later.”
With that, Yang Ruoxi hung up the phone.
Not wasting any ti, Chen Yang quickly put his phone away and turned to go inside, to make himself presentable.
Originally, Chen Yang really didn’t intend to go out today. After all, focusing on strengthening his abilities was important at this ti.
But given that he hadn’t seen Yang Ruoxi in quite a while, he found it hard to turn down such an invitation.
So he decided to go.
After tidying himself up a bit in the house, he grabbed his car keys and drove off.
About forty minutes later, he arrived at the Li Family’s villa area, parking outside Li Han’s house.
At the entrance, Chen Yang promptly pulled out his phone and dialed Yang Ruoxi.
“Chen Yang, have you reached the entrance?”

“Alright then, I’m ready too, coming down now.”
“Okay.”
Chen Yang nodded, and Yang Ruoxi hung up the phone.
After waiting in the car for about a minute, Yang Ruoxi walked out from the villa.
As soon as Yang Ruoxi stepped out, she spotted Chen Yang sitting in the car.
The two hadn’t seen each other for so ti, and this eting made both genuinely happy.
Especially Yang Ruoxi, whose smile was as bright as could be.

“No way, you’re usually way faster.”
Yang Ruoxi didn’t dwell on it too much, lightly comnting before spreading her arms with a smile, asking Chen Yang to rate her outfit for the day.
“Chen Yang, how’s my outfit today? Do I look better than usual?” Yang Ruoxi asked with a smile.
Chen Yang had noticed as soon as she walked out that her style today differed from her usual.
Usually, she wore more lively outfits, but today, she had on a crop top and casual pants.
This outfit was both sexy and fashionable, yet still classy.
Overall, it was perfect.
“Hmm, you look great. For a mont, I thought you were so famous star.” Chen Yang complinted with a smile.
“Really? Do I look that good? You’re not kidding, are you?” Yang Ruoxi bead but still questioned Chen Yang.
“Really, why would I lie? Do you not think you look good?” Chen Yang said sincerely.
Yang Ruoxi was just speaking casually, and seeing Chen Yang so earnest, she laughed and let it go.
“Haha, alright, I’ll believe you for now. Let’s get going, I’m starving. We’ll eat first, then catch the movie.” Yang Ruoxi said in high spirits.
“Okay.”
Chen Yang nodded, started the car, and drove out of the Li Family’s villa area.
After leaving the villa area, they found a nice restaurant nearby to have dinner.
Once they finished dinner, it was already late, and upon exiting the restaurant, it was dark outside.
The streets were lit up with neon lights.
“Where should we go now? Which cinema nearby do you want to go to?” As they left the restaurant, Chen Yang turned back with a smile and asked.
Yang Ruoxi patted her belly and naturally linked her arm with Chen Yang’s.
“Let’s look around here. I rember there’s a cinema nearby.” Yang Ruoxi said while scanning around, seemingly looking for the cinema.
Not familiar with the area himself, Chen Yang pulled out his phone to look it up as soon as he heard Yang Ruoxi’s suggestion.
Cinemas are easy to find through phone searches these days.
