The sand pirates in the purgatory were in absolute chaos, unable to fight back, with his n scattering and fleeing in every direction.

Occasionally, the flash of firearms appeared in the alleys, but sparsely and unford. The blue light folded gently, crossed the street, flew over the rooftops, and then rose again with the aid of the ground effect before abruptly sweeping towards the other wing of the sand pirate army.

The sand pirates who remained there witnessed this scene unfold, saw the blue light flying towards them, scread in unison, and turned to flee.

Mahazar's true trusted aides, amongst the crowd, wanted to stop and organize a counterattack. The leader gathered a group of gunslingers, preparing to form ranks in the street, but with so many people jostling to escape, the group was quickly dispersed.

The leader was enraged, using his curved blade to slash several people, but to no avail, only watching helplessly as the blue light swept in—

Countless white lights appeared behind Fang Hong, like pairs of open eyes, shimring with a cold glint. Gold lines leaped out of the light gate, circled around Fang Hong, and then swooped down, bringing down a light rain into the sand pirates, before exploding into a dazzling flash as flas and air currents sent countless people flying.

Mahazar's trusted aides shot claw hooks to fly onto the rooftops. These were not the most elite guards around Mahazar, but they were roughly level twenty-five or twenty-six, using the claw hook's power to leap into the air, resembling fleas, flying towards Fang Hong.

Fang Hong saw the gleaming curved blades in their hands, pressed the winged backpack lightly on both sides, 'ka-ka' sounded as the backpack detached, thrown behind him. Fang Hong sank downwards, also shooting the claw hook forward, flying past them as they crossed each other.

Mahazar's aides were slightly stunned, about to shoot the claw hook mid-air to turn, but suddenly a blue light appeared in their vision. They turned back, astonished to find themselves colliding into the opened feather stream of the backpack — the blue light was nothing but dense wind elents.

Pushed by the wind elents, they were imdiately flung out horizontally, crashing into the building rooftops nearby.

Whether they were dead or alive, Fang Hong did not know nor care.

Freed from the winged backpack, Fang Hong advanced using the crisscrossing flying claw, swinging between buildings like on a swing. He was already familiar with this move, instinctively increasing his speed. The only constant was the golden light rain, still stretching forward—

He, alone, after throwing the sand pirates' wings into chaos, turned again, flying towards the vanguard of the sand pirate army.

Mahazar finally could not sit still.

The opponent's disturbance might not have caused many real casualties, but it was on the verge of shaking the army's morale. After experiencing the earlier scene, he realized the blind followers had no good intentions, not being benevolent at all, with a shiny sword hanging ominously over their heads.

Though the Kashan Palace was only left with a thin palace wall, the retreating Royal Guards were no ordinary people. He must rely on them for a swift assault to break in, not letting the enemy lead them by the nose.

He suddenly reined in the horse, whistling to his loyal aides and drawing his curved blade, gesturing in that direction.

The surrounding sand lizard knights were elite guards he had gathered over the years, imdiately responding to the order in unison, disregarding whether there were other sand pirates ahead, squeezed their legs, and charged forward along the street. The surrounding sand pirates were knocked down and overturned, forcing Mahazar and his knights to carve out a path.

As soon as he moved, Fang Hong in mid-air was imdiately alerted.

"Ade, Mahazar has moved." Ye Hua's voice echoed from the communication crystal once again.

Fang Hong turned back to see the lizard knights parting the crowd, not spotting the sand thief king, but assud he must be among them.

Seeing this scene, without hesitation, he extended his right hand and shot a claw hook at a nearby high tower, using the flying claw's power, turned on the battlefield once more. This ti, he did not move away but instead flew towards the sand thief king. Before getting close, however, he fired another hook claw, catching another rooftop—

From afar, Mahazar saw Fang Hong flying towards him, without a thought, pulled out his handgun from the dragon saddle, aid in that direction. The lizard knights around him mimicked him, taking out long guns and short guns, aiming at the night sky—, but amidst the darkness, a flash of fire passed, as the smoke rose, Fang Hong had already drawn an arc using the second hook claw.

And flew back from the maximum shooting range of the sand thief king's retinue.

Seeing this, Mahazar couldn't help but feel furious.

He could clearly see Fang Hong's move was a deliberate provocation, but knowing it was a provocation, he still gritted his teeth and issued the order in a low voice: "Catch him for !" If he did not regain his dignity, even after the battle, his authority would be greatly diminished in the eyes of his n.

When people recalled this scene, they would rember not the circumstances but rely the fact that the sand thief king, a lone wolf in the desert, had monts of impotence.
