Dian was sitting on his throne. In front of him, there were several panels that showed him the current condition of the human civilization as well as the situation in the Cerulean Planet.

Other than that, there were also developnts from lifestyle to information relaying technology which made it easier for one to communicate.

Human social science was also developed. Due to the Auxiliary Card Dian had added before, the human also had a realization about their own stages of developnt.

The improvent the overall developnt had brought to the situation of the civilization’s strength was imnse and that was why Dian took his attention there.

Another issue Dian had to pay attention to was the information he had learned from the [Forum]. There, countless information ca and went fast. Dian had to shift through that even now. That was why he split so of his attention to learning things presented in the [Forum].

As for how he could split his attention, he was a Planet Master and splitting his attention was sothing he was truly capable of doing. After all, to beco a master of a planet required extre attention to detail and the Planet Master System provided that assistance in helping the Master manage the planet.

‘I am just wondering but what is the purpose of the Planet Master System? Is it to assist soone like in managing the planet? Or is there sothing else I don’t know about?’

Dian was wondering such a thing when another figure appeared in front of him. Not exactly in front of him but so distance away so that Dian would not be disturbed by his presence.

“I was wondering about when you are going to show up, Ghylea.” Dian smiled when the figure appeared in front of him.

The thing that he wanted to accomplish was sothing he had announced to Leif and Ghylea. All of them were preparing for this mont and not slacking off in the slightest.

Ghylea, who appeared to be an undead from the skeleton of a human, said, “All the preparation is done. The issue is that we are lacking the use with which to trigger the transformation.”

Dian nodded after hearing what Ghylea had said. Naturally, the last step of the preparation required the cooperation of the Star Child.

Regarding Star Child, Dian had read about it in the Planet Master Service Center as well as the [Forum].

They were the concentrated manifestation of the planet’s fortune as well as civilization seed. Combining those two would create a Star Child.

Star Child was the ga changer of civilization. They were the ones who could point out a way for civilization to move in a certain direction. So of them could be famous but most of them were not. Only the Planet Master knew exactly who the Star Child was, so this beca the trump card for a Planet Master who had a civilization.

Because of that, the preparation that Dian had prepared needed the presence of the Star Child.

As for who would be the fuse, Dian naturally chose the second one.

“The Second Star Child will be responsible for that. This will also cause him to see a bigger world. I have already contacted the people of both sides so you only need to contact the people that are part of you to cooperate.” Dian said.

Tatsumi heard about the news that the consciousness brought. He did not know what he should do since he was the one who had to go.

He remained silent throughout the journey. Tatsumi was accompanied by Kudungga but he kept thinking about the news all along the ti.

Kudungga could only watch as Tatsumi disappeared from the Library of Consciousness, returning to the realm of the living.

Dian, who watched the entire thing, could only hope that the young man would not be discouraged by such a thing.

Then he sent a whisper to Tatsumi who was on the verge of waking up.

“Just do what you have been doing. I will be waiting for you.”

Tatsumi then woke up hearing about sothing that a familiar voice said. He was surprised to hear that because he was sure that the voice belonged to…

“Father God…is this what I am supposed to do?” Tatsumi murmured before he started light exercise.

Dian was glad that Tatsumi at least knew what to do. Then Dian focused his attention to the entrance to the Undead Secret Realm, where there were people transporting items to the secret realm.

Dian decided to send part of his will, forming a black cloud near the entrance, which was noticed by the people around.

Gasp could be heard as the people there knew that the mont the clouds ford a figure, it was a signal for them to receive so sort of direction.

One of the people wore a white coat with black lines streaming down the coat. Dian also recognized the figure as the leading scientist of the Transcendent Research Institute in the Thebes Independence Kingdom.

“Father God, what is your instruction this ti?” he asked.

Dian knew that most people had a weak connection to the Library of Consciousness and that was why when he had to announce sothing important, he would appear in front of so people directly.

Dian’s thundering voice echoed out as he spoke, “Prepare the Malicium and Etherium to be transported to the Undead Secret Realm.

“Second, invite the people that I will describe to you imdiately. There should be no mistake.”

Dian then told the leading scientist the description of several people from the Hinon Federation. The leading scientist realized that the people the Father God wanted were within the Federation, but he was sure that progress could be made on the matter.

“Alright. It will be done.” The leading scientist then went to the nearby available phone and contacted the relevant people to make arrangent.

After that Dian dispersed the black cloud as he had done relaying information to this part of the world.

Dian was operating the panel where it showed the current situation of the planet itself. In one layer of space, one could see a black sphere.

This sphere was located at the center of the planet’s core, which was crucial to the planet’s existence. When Dian peeked at what was inside the black sphere, he could see the city that was built with bones and material that was within the black sphere.

For human civilization, they called the black sphere the Undead Secret Realm.

At this ti, another figure ca and Dian had been waiting for him.

“All the people on my side are ready.” Leif ca to the scene as he carried with him the news Dian had wanted to hear.

Currently, Leif was responsible mainly on the Heavensend Continent. The mont that part of the world was ready was the mont Dian could start with what he intended to do.

Leif asked, “I am curious. What are you going to do?”

Dian smirked. Of course, since Leif was his subordinate, he could at least trust that Leif would not ss things up. Especially since the dwarves were living in harmony with humans, Leif beca energetic in his work which was also beneficial to Dian.

“When a Planet Master reaches the second rank, they can imbue the planet with spirituality using the transcendent energy source. That is exactly what I am going to do.” Dian explained.

“What!? Is that true?” Leif was surprised.

No, Dian frowned as he sensed that Leif was surprised to the point where it was like an exaggeration. It ant there was sothing important that he did not know but Leif probably knew.

But Dian could not question it since they only had a relationship of a leader subordinate one. Furthermore, this kind of relationship would not allow Dian to know what the subordinate already knew just by being their leader.

Basically, he could not read the mind of his subordinate. He had to form a bond like the humans did with each other.

That feeling to Dian was strange since he did not have even a single being called a friend. But he still made an effort to announce so things or listen to the words that the two ca up with.

But from the looks of it, he needed to have so sessions with them.

“After all this, we will have a question-and-answer session. You two…” Dian said calmly, but Ghylea and Leif could hear the underlying tone.

They felt that if they had a physical body, it would shiver uncontrollably.

“Alright. No need to be so tense. We still have the matter at hand to be handled.” Dian clapped his hand and made the three of them focus on the current matter.

‘Looks like we should tell him all we know.’ Leif shook his head while managing both the people in the Qin Empire as well as the delivery of the Etherium to the Undead Secret Realm.

Ghylea was also focusing on the part of the Necropolis where his undead children were located. They were responsible for escorting the materials to the deepest part of the Undead Secret Realm.

Dian himself was focusing on the overall planet itself. Especially concerning the spirituality of the planet, he had to be prepared for any eventuality.

On one of his perceptions, he could feel the movent and pulse of the core of the planet. It rhythmically moved in a certain manner that Dian barely knew ant as a communication to him as a Planet Master.

Then he could also feel the living being as well as the materials in the planet. The living being moved in their own accord while the rest followed.

Dian realized sothing after countless years of watching and observing. He could feel that the planet was ready for the process of imbuing spirituality into it.

‘Perhaps the reason Leif is so shocked is because the spirituality of a planet is of utmost importance. Or it could be that a dramatic transformation will occur once I have successfully done so.’ Dian thought while managing various variables that could affect the process.

When he thought, he also delved himself into the feeling of being the master of a planet. It could not be more familiar to him since he witnessed the planet's creation.

The rotation, the movent of the planet in the space, moving in circles around the violet sun in the far distance. That was how Dian felt the planet.

‘This is the most familiar thing to . I cannot be bored when such things happen. But now, I have also borne the responsibility of taking care of the civilization that grew up on the planet.’

Dian also felt the presence of another thing beyond reality and causality. It was the place where the Library of Consciousness was located.

There, nurous consciousness felt sothing important was going to happen. No matter how idle they were, they had to look at a certain direction. The direction where the Cerulean Planet was located.

They all are partially correct, but the strength of the civilization in a certain aspect needs to be looked closely as it can be the factor of granting a spirituality to the planet. That is why most Planet Masters can imbue spirituality to their planet at rank three and above. The civilization has gained sothing, and that affects the success rate of the matter itself.

Tritis saw the comnt and knew that soone finally got the clue. She realized that the new Planet Master was also new and probably went and tried to do it as soon as possible.

But she had to return to her main objective, which was to find the Planet Master whose civilization was the human race. So far, she did not even find the trace of the Planet Master because she did not get a clue at all.

All she knew was his general location and not the precise one. Due to that fact, Tritis asked many Planet Masters about the appearance of a human in the Universe Market.

Only a few saw it directly and currently, her target was probably back to managing his own planet.

‘This is going to get too long!’ Tritis had to make contact with that particular Planet Master as soon as possible, but did not expect that she would spend a bit more ti.

Even though the flow of ti was different when entering the Universe Market, it did not erase the fact that so ti had passed.

All the Planet Master who saw her had a look of reverence as well as yearning, which was still ongoing as she moved from place to place. Tritis, however was only concerned about the cause of the changed future and wanted to help as much as possible.

Tritis sighed as she could not get more information regarding the Planet Master that managed humans. All she could do was to wait for him to appear in the Universe Market on his own.
