Throh. A Pokémon first introduced in Generation 5. It looks very similar to Sawk, also introduced in the sa generation, both wearing white outfits resembling martial arts dogi.
However, Throh is completely red, and its build is stockier and heavier, radiating a sense of imnse power.

Throh's heavy body also leaned back, staggering three or four steps before stabilizing itself.

Bartel's eyes widened in disbelief.
Mankey's Brick Break went toe-to-toe with Throh's Superpower!!!
Could it be that this Mankey isn't below Level 28? Is it holding an Everstone and actually at Elite level?!
While Bartel frantically guessed Mankey's level, Mankey was stomping its feet in frustration. The red glow around its body grew brighter.

Acrobatics. A Flying-type move that deals damage with nimble movents. If the user is not holding an item, the move's power is doubled.
Mankey's equipped Bloodthirster (System Item) did not count as a held item in the traditional sense, so Acrobatics triggered the double damage effect.
The two Pokémon clashed again.
Throh reached out to grab Mankey.
If Mankey were caught, the guaranteed critical hit from Storm Throw would deal massive damage.
It could even heavily injure Mankey in one hit.
But just as Throh's hands were about to close around Mankey, the monkey flashed aside, dodging the grab at a bizarre angle.
Having evaded Storm Throw, Mankey slipped to Throh's side and unleashed an Acrobatics imbued with Flying-type energy.
"Throhhh!!!"
Throh cried out in pain as its massive body tipped to the side.
"Mankey!! Low Kick!!! —"
Seizing the mont while Throh was off-balance, Kenji issued another command.
Mankey seized the opportunity, pursuing Throh and sweeping its leg low against Throh's ankles.
Low Kick. The heavier the opponent, the greater the power.
Based on Throh's weight, Mankey's Low Kick would hit with a base power of around 80.
THUD!!!! —
Mankey's sweep connected. Throh, already unstable, lost its footing completely and crashed heavily onto the ground.
With a dull thud, Throh fell, kicking up a cloud of dust.
When the dust settled, Throh lay on the ground, eyes swirling. It was unconscious.
"Throh is unable to battle!! Mankey wins the round!!!"
So strong!!!
Defeating Throh easily in just two moves made Bartel even more convinced that Mankey must be holding an Everstone.
Its actual level must be higher than Throh's.
Otherwise, it couldn't have defeated Throh so effortlessly after matching it in a head-on collision.
"Return, Throh."
Bartel recalled the defeated Throh into its Poké Ball and took another ball from his belt.
