When Pidgeot landed near Celadon City, Silas had to stand still for over ten minutes to catch his breath. Only then did his rapidly beating heart begin to calm down.
Sure, it looked cool but the side effects were brutal.
After returning Pidgeot to its Poké Ball, Silas followed his usual routine and headed to the Pokémon Center in Celadon City.
He'd always wanted to complain about this why wasn't there an online reservation system yet? Every ti he wanted to challenge a Gym, he had to go to the local Pokémon Center just to make an appointnt.
Whether it was the Bounty Hunter Center or any other official facility, everything was clearly connected to the sa network, yet you still couldn't make reservations online.

Of course, Abra's other common ability, Inner Focus, was more suitable for training and battling, as it ant their psychic powers would be more potent.
Still, Psychic-type Pokémon were already rare let alone Abra. Most people didn't even know that Synchronize could synchronize natures.
Abra was a Pokémon that slept for 18 hours a day. This was because constantly using its psychic powers drained its energy.

Co to think of it, Abra's final evolved form—Alakazam—was one of Silas's dream Pokémon: incredibly powerful and rumored to have an IQ of 5000.
But that was sothing to only dream about for now.
As he walked through Celadon City, Silas noticed it was even more bustling than the previous cities he had visited.
Skyscrapers stood tall on either side of the streets, with people constantly coming and going at the entrances. In the distance, several specialty streets were packed with crowds.
Those included the famous Beauty Street and Perfu Street of Celadon City.
Silas's destination this ti was Perfu Street.
At the entrance stood a man wearing a purple evening gown and a red bow tie dressed very fashionably performing a magic show.
With a snap of his fingers, the rose in his hand transford into a plush Suicune toy.
"Wow~!"
Children in the crowd gasped with excitent, and quite a few young won also cast admiring glances at the handso magician.
Encouraged by the attention, the man grew more animated. With a wave of his hand, he commanded, "Jumpluff, use Cotton Spore!"
The blue, round Pokémon beside him let out a cheerful cry. From its three cotton-like tufts, it released flurries of white cotton into the air, forming the shape of Suicune once again.
The leafy tufts on its head and its round little feet were still trembling as part of the illusion.
"So cute!" The crowd erupted into cheers once more.
Jumpluff truly was an incredibly lovable Pokémon. It could float on the wind and even travel the globe.
Silas, standing to the side, clapped his hands in appreciation too. That was so impressive move control sothing even most Pokémon Coordinators couldn't pull off.
Sure enough, every city had its hidden talents.
As he turned to leave, he still heard the voice of the man behind him,
"Miss, this is my autographed photo. Please, you must accept it."

Walking down the Perfu Street, Silas looked at the signs before finally pushing open the door to a perfu store.
"Welco! You've arrived at Rainbow Perfu Boutique."
A nearby attendant imdiately ca over and greeted him enthusiastically.
The Rainbow Perfu Boutique—just from the na, it was obvious this was an enterprise under the Rainbow Gym.
