Alex's group ran through the forest at an extrely fast pace.
When they were only about 150 ters away from Janine, Alex's group started leaving the dense forest and coming to a place with fewer trees and an open view.
Janine's group is eating and resting in this open area. Or they did do that before Alex's group started their sprint.
Because of (Janine's) Crobat's warning, the whole group stopped imdiately and all Pokemon were ready for Alex's attack.
Alex uses the ti as his Pokemon get closer to look at the information of all the Pokemon. at least all the Pokemon he could see.
He didn't have enough ti to look closely at all the information, so he doesn't know anything about almost all Pokemon other than the level.

Alex's group was less than 50 yards apart and they all started preparing their moves.
Gardevoir doesn't prepare any move and her only task is to interrupt [Teleport] from the Alakazam.
She was luckily much stronger than Alakazam which makes this task a lot easier.
Gardevoir said telepathically, "Father, it will take 10 seconds to block a 200mX200m space."
Alex knew that it is extrely difficult to directly stop a Pokemon from using [Teleport] and that it is already extrely fast for a Psychic-type
Pokemon to do it in only 10 seconds.
(If Alakazam had the sa level as Gardevoir, Gardevoir would take longer than 5 minutes.)
Alex only had to prevent all of Janine's Pokemon and Janine from touching Alakazam at the sa ti for 10 seconds so that he can take away this escape possibility.
Janine, to Alex's surprise, doesn't try to run away right away and lets each of her Pokemon use the moves they've prepared.
Once all the Pokemon are within range, they start using any of the long-distance combat moves that they have prepared ahead of ti.
40 Pokemon use moves almost simultaneously and this pleasant landscape beca a chaotic battlefield.
Although most of the moves hit their target, a few moves missed and changed the landscape.
Also, a lot of dust was raised from the ground and Alex couldn't see the situation of most Pokemon on this ssy battlefield.
Alex was standing alone a little farther from the battlefield when he began using his psychic energy to see what was happening through the dust.
To his surprise, he found a human-like silhouette running towards him with ridiculous speed. This silhouette was also only 30 ters away from Alex and in a place where Alex isn't looking.
Janine apparently not only had the superhuman abilities of her father but is also similarly skilled as him in sneaking.
Alex wasn't scared when he saw how fast or skilled Janine was. He was no longer the sa weak human as at the beginning of his journey.

Janine used this mont to get closer to Alex and stab him with a new kunai in her hand. She aid at Alex's knee joint.
Alex's knee joint was [Covering] for most of the part and only a very small part was vulnerable to attack.
But Janine hit exactly this tiny area while Alex was still moving.
Alex was relatively inexperienced in this high-level combat but he wasn't completely without experience either. He was in his old life a relatively skilled boxer and he also had so street fighting experience.
He was much worse than Janine but he wasn't defenseless. after he had his eyes protected, Alex understood what was likely to happen next.
Alex doesn't try to dodge Janie's next attack and uses this instant to organize a heavy punch. Alex's fight plan from the beginning was: a hit for a hit.
He saw Janine co extrely close to his lower body and he felt a sharp pain. Luckily his body was prid with adrenaline so the pain didn't completely paralyze him. (Also, Janine couldn't stab his knee very deeply.)
Alex's right fist flew towards Janine's head with an inhuman speed.
In a normal case, Janine would not have a chance to dodge the fast attacks. Especially after she just attacked herself.
But Janine's other hand started making a weird hand sign just before Alex's punch would hit Janine's head.
Alex suddenly saw smoke and his punch hit a piece of wood.
The piece of wood was completely destroyed by this blow but Janine was not to be seen. Although Alex could perceive that she was only about 10 ters away from him.
Alex showed an annoyed expression when he saw this. 'F*ck, am I here in the Naruto world? what are these bullshit skills?.'
