The largest building here is naturally the Hulbury Arena, built on energy points, with the Gym Leader Lulina known as "Towering Waves." Besides being a Gym Leader, she is also a popular model with many fans.

The scene shifts.
The Superpower User goes to Hulbury Arena and schedules a challenge. When he exits and re-enters, the tiline smoothly advances to several days later, officially starting the second Gym Battle.

Their strategy is clearly to use ranged attacks to take down Hypno.
The Superpower User also straightforwardly opts for a switch, sending Starmie up, who, despite being a Psychic Attribute Pokémon, manages to master flying abilities even without Electromagnetic Levitation.
