After everything was said and done, Ash did explain by not explaining anything about the Onix. He was already getting spamd in Pidgey with people sliding in his DMs, and a certain shaless Professor may have called Ash to ask for the Onix.
Ash sighed and sent Oak the Onix since he was still sponsoring him, and besides, not having Onix for a Gym wasn't going to kill him.
After the Gym, Falkner stopped them to have a bit of a chat about 'that,' so Green and Silver went their separate ways, going off to prepare Silver for the Gym fight now that he knew what he was up against.
Back inside, Falkner sat them down and skipped the formalities, "So, I Spoke to the other Gym Leaders about the legendary beasts to see if I could find out anything from them,"
"Well, did you find anything interesting?" Misty asked
"Yeah, well, yes and no. First off, most of them understandably were just as surprised as I was, but from Gym leader Chuck he said that he encountered Suicune,"
"Huh, Really? But that was only one, we faced all 3 of them...." Brock asked, crossing his arms with his Egg in between them, "How long ago was this?"
"About a month ago, which I found concerning..." Falkner said, crossing his arms
"Why Is that,"
"Well, my father went missing around that ti too," Falkner said, catching them by surprise, "About a month ago, he was flying to et with Chuck, but then he just vanished, and when I asked Chuck, he told my father never arrived."
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that..." Yellow said sadly; she knew firsthand how that felt.
"I'm not going to say it's ok because it's really not, but I can't help but wonder if this has so connection,"
"Well, I might have an idea..." Ash said, getting everyone's attention, "Your father was the previous Gym leader, so that might an they're going after the other Gym leaders... "
Falkner thought to himself, "That would be a good theory, but why would have all three co to this ti when, if this is to be believed, only one went to Chuck and my father,"
As he said this, Misty and Brock stiffened and shakily looked at each other, "You d-d-don't think..." Misty stuttered
"It might be..." Brock answered back
Falkner looked confused, "What are you two talking about?"
Misty and Brock looked back at him, and Brock was the first to speak, "I'm the forr Pewter City Gym leader,"
Then Misty continued, "And I'm in training to beco the next Cerulean City Gym leader..."
Falkner froze, "So both of you are...so that ans..."
Ash cut in, "3 Gym leaders, 3 beasts, seems cut and dry if you ask ,"
They all nodded solemnly, Falkner took a breath, "So these beasts are going after the Gym leaders, but why..."
Misty thought for a second as she stopped and looked at Yellow, who seed to have the sa thought as her, "Maybe it's to test us..."
"What do you an?" Brock asked
"Well..." Yellow said, speaking up, "When we saw Suicune...it didn't want to fight us, it just looked at us like it was looking for sothing ....so maybe Suicune saw what it was looking for in Misty...."
"That's definitely an interesting theory," Brock said, "So they best go after Gym leaders to test them, for what we don't know, yeah this is concerning..."
"I need to call the Gym leaders and the League to inform them about this," Falkner said, getting up, "Again, thanks for your help, everyone, I'd wish you luck, but seeing how you handle yourself, I'd better give that luck to the others instead for when you challenge them,"
Ash smiled, "You bet, and I have a lot more in store, you haven't seen anything yet."

{Jessie, Jas, and owth}
The gang were wearing casual clothes and eating so lunch after doing what they had to,
As Jessie was eating her burger, she looked around, "Hey guys, you ever feel like we're forgetting sothing..."
Jas was feeding Mi Jr. "What do you an, Jessie?"
"I just realized sothing....we were never given an actual assignnt, we were just told to co here..."
Jas and owth froze in place as they realized she had a point, "Wait then....what are we supposed to do?"
owth, in a rare mont of seriousness, "Usually, in any other circumstance, I'd say we enjoy our paid vacation, but Boss Archer isn't as nice as the big Boss...."
"Umm...so what now, should we look to steal Pokemon?"
As they were thinking, four kids walked on the road and almost bumped into them. "Oh, sorry, excuse us," the kid in the front wearing a red cap said.
"Oh, sorry, go ahead, that's our fault," Jas said, stepping out of the way.
A girl with a straw hat and blond hair smiled at them, "Thank you!"
The other 2, a boy with brown hair and a girl with orange, gave them a nod as the four walked away out of town.
"Right, so anyway, what do you think we should do-" Jessie started as they all realized sothing.
"Wait ... .those were the twerps, weren't they..." owth said...
"Yeah, it was...." Jas said.
They all looked at each other, "After them!!!" x3

Shortly after they finished up, the Gang went back on the road to start walking to the next town, with Ash training his Pokemon on the road.
Eventually, they made a stop by a lakeside town where Ash pulled out his phone and was making a call to soone or rather 2 People. anwhile, Brock, Misty, and Yellow were by the lake enjoying the scenery.
Although Brock was looking and across the water, he saw a pretty girl with a pink dress looking out into the water, while Yellow and Misty saw a cute little Marill with a bow playing around, it didn't take a genius to see these two were related.
As they were lost in thought, Ash walked over, "Uh hey guys, I have to go do so stuff back in Kanto, are you guys fine waiting for here for, like, I dunno, 3-5 hours?"
"Really? I an, I'm fine with it were by a lake, and that's all I need, but I don't know about Brock-"
"I'm completely fine with this, in fact, Ash, take your ti, take 8, no, go ahead and stay overnight, I'll be just fine!" Brock said with heart in his non-existent eyes as he stared out at the girl across the water
Misty pulled his ear, "Just what are you playing at, lover boy,"
Ash shook his head and looked at Yellow, "How about you, are you ok with staying here?"
Yellow nodded, "Yeah, I'm ok, but what are you going to do?"
"It's complicated, if you want, after I co back, I'll give you the full breakdown, but for now, I need you to take care of Pikachu for , he hasn't recovered fully yet," Ash said as he handed her the Pikachu roll.
"Ok, leave it to , Ash!" Yellow said
Ash nodded as Abra appeared on his shoulder, "Alright, well, everyone, try not to get lost in the forest,"
Then Ash teleported out with Abra, leaving the three alone, Misty let go of Brock to go find and play with the cute Marill. anwhile, Brock ran over and found the girl to introduce himself to her, and surprisingly, the girl, who was nad Wilhona, had a small blush on her face.
Yellow didn't know what to do, so she went over to the edge of the forest where there was a nice tree to go and draw in her notebook and maybe fish a little.
As she got to a nice spot next to the lake and a nice shade from a tree, suddenly, from the forest, a big robot-looking thing ca out and broke the nice tree she was going to sit at.
From the top, it opened, and a platform raised up two people and a cat, it was Jessie, Jas, and owth.
Jessie: Prepare for trouble
Jas: And make it double
Jessie: To protect the world from dev-
owth: Wait! Cut the music!
owth interrupted the chant mid-way, making Jessie and Jas fall over, "Hey, what's the big idea, owth we always do the chant!" Jas yelled
"Yeah, you better have a good reason or so to help I'm going to-," Jessie started but again was interrupted.
"Look, it's just the smallest twerpette!" owth pointed at Yellow
Jessie and Jas stopped and saw that, indeed, there was only Yellow
They looked at each other, and Jas called over, "Hey, twerpette!"
"I have a na, it's Yellow!" Yellow said, holding her ground but was worried because this wasn't the first ti Team Rocket had appeared, but this was the first ti she was alone.
"....FIne, Yellow," Jas corrected himself, "Whers the Twerp with the Pikachu, red hat, and all that,"
Yellow blinked owlishly, "Oh Ash, he left, he said he needed to go do so stuff,"
"....so he isn't here..." Jessie asked as if wanting to confirm, and Yellow nodded her head.
*sigh* "This was a waste of ti," Jessie said.
Jas nodded and looked down, seeing the Pikachu roll, "Hey twe- Yellow, what's that?"
Yellow flinched, "Ohhh...it's..a...Plushie!"
They all stared at each other for a mont, then looked back at Yellow, "I believe her," Jas shrugged.
"Umm...so are you guys...going to like to do sothing evil again?"
"But of course we are Evil...we just need to find out what we're going to do..." Jessie announced, and Jas posed behind her
Suddenly, Cubone and Mi Jr. jumped out from behind them and nuzzled into them.
"Mi~ Mi~"
"Bone~ Bone~"
"H-hey, you two, not right now, not in front of the twerpette!" Jessie said.
Yellow saw this and chuckled; she could understand what they were saying, both the little babies were disagreeing with them, saying they weren't evil.
"Uhh, well, I guess this is a waste, I guess we should go and see if we can find sothing else..." Jessie said.
"I think there was a herd of wild Sentret over by the mountains," Jas said, looking at his book.
Yellow saw this and smiled, "Hey, you guys aren't that bad..."
Jessie, Jas, and owth froze in shock, "W-what!"
"Y-you don't know what you're talking about, twerpette!"
owth nodded, "Y-yeah, we're going to let you off the hook this ti, but next ti, we won't be so nice," he said as he went inside and, turned the robot around, and started moving away.
Yellow smiled and waved at them, "Bye! Take care!"
Jas unconsciously returned the wave, "Bye Yello- wha, no, I an not goodbye, I an-" he was cut off when Jessie pulled him into the robot, and they ran away.
Yellow chuckled, thinking that maybe those guys weren't as bad as she thought.
