Being able to protect himself is one thing; how much combat power he has is another. Right now, he’s very curious about Ash’s Aura Power.

Of course, if he sees Ash getting beaten badly, he’ll naturally have Magmar stop, as using an Elite Peak-level Magmar against a child is sowhat shaful for Blaine.
