A trio that will make money with each other, though Jas had his own worries about both of them, mostly more about Calo as he lost trust in cartel for reasons... while on the other hand Damien looked like a two sided person, who can manipulate everybody around him, and he is a beast of his own.
What business could he do with him? And if they help each other, an arms dealing side hustle is just more dangerous, especially if a foreign agency gets involved because for so reason so agencies punish arms trading more than drug trafficking.
"I see you already thinking." Damien spoke as he noticed Jas silence. "I love it that you are already looking for what we can do together." He clapped his hands together. "Though the answer is easy.."
"I have answers but you know the last ti you were caught with a tank, Damien." Jas said as he smiled about it a bit, because he clearly rembered that mont, it was all over the news.
"Ohh that was a special delivery and it was a decommissioned tank so it was legal." Damien replied, but his cheeky smile told otherwise and well it wasn’t magic to know that sobody who sells weapons for a living can sell parts to actually make that tank work.
Damien is truly a smart man who knows how to trick the system and did it many tis, buys decommissioned artillery pieces, decommissioned tanks, armored military vehicles, troop carriers, then makes it work and sells for a huge profit to rebels and private militaries. That’s what he actually did with the tank too. It was a decommissioned one but he had the right people, right connection to within a month make the tank actually fire once again and when it worked he sold it.
That is his main profile and his annual 80 percent inco, he buys decommissioned military airplanes, and every single gadget that’s buyable, though half of them are not even modern equipnt but from the 50’s fighter planes and bombers, and so on because rebels buy them to fight because it still flies, still has weapons and still shoots.
"Actually, I heard sothing very interesting, sothing I’ve been thinking about for a long ti." Damien continued still with that cheeky smile. "You know, modern wars are fought with technology, cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, and most importantly, with a piece of carbon fiber or just plastic with rotors... drones. I heard you actually have a 3D printing line.."
I forgot about that... Yeah he forgot about that thing that Hector said to him that they printed guns and conversion kits to pistols.
"Yeah that is true, though we never used nor sold them." Jas answered and there it was the business opportunity which Damien imdiately stuck down on.
"Then I am here and you’re here for !" He literally shouted, surprising all of them. "You have what I don’t, and I have what you don’t. I have international arrest warrants, I’m being hunted by multiple agencies, but you’re not. I don’t have governnt connections back ho, but you do. I don’t have hundreds of n or a production line, but you do. You have everything I lack, and I have everything you lack. We are yin and yang!" He was so passionate that he drove his knuckles into the table, but his comparison to yin and yang was the worst thing he could have said.
They don’t create balance with each other... they knock that balance off and take monopoly instead. It is vengeance, not yin and yang... though who is going to argue with him anyway?
"So you an I give you the production line and manpower to make drones and guns, while you give your knowledge, connection and sell them?"
"Exactly!" Damien shouted again. "You have political power, infrastructure, and a production line, but I have the buyers, those in need of these weapons, I can easily sell them and in the end we share the profit and make the market boom with our products!"
Damien was truly passionate, even his tears fell as he shouted, his breath fast and short as if he had already imagined it all their drones and FPV drones zooming across the battlefield, striking soldiers, drone-dropping bombs, their 3D-printed weapons killing... it was srizing at least for him.
I have enough, I don’t need much more, I already ain’t going to be a billionaire if I go with arms dealing, this would be bad. Jas thought, and it was the right way, the right path, as every single great mafia falls with their greediness more and more and more, but there was a counterweight to it.
Damien is the only one still alive, he is the only one on his level back ho and no more people, if he wants to make an alliance with sobody it’s gotta be him, sobody he knows for an extent, sobody who the governnt knows... well it was not true as he forgot about a na, but for now it doesn’t really matter.
"It would cost a bit to buy factory graded printers and the parts for the drones, the batteries, rotors, and I don’t even know what it needs to be true, but for sure hundreds of kilos of printing material... it is an investnt." Jas once again used the right word to push that if it’s a business between them then Damien needs to pay up.
And that smug smile on his face said it all... he wanted it. "Oh, Don Bellini, my net worth passed the billion mark years ago. Money isn’t a problem. I will buy the parts in bulk, handle the buyers and shipping, and give you a hundred million to set up the production line. Then we can split the profits fifty-fifty."
It was a deal that could make more and more money, crossing the billion mark easily in no ti, sothing Jas couldn’t have done before, back when his morals would have stopped him, thinking about the lives this deal could take, how many lives their weapons and drones would claim... but now it was different.
He was no longer that person.... so he offered his hand to Damien once again stepping into the world of arms dealers.
