Kent had no plans to hide his identity anymore.
He had tried to remain in the shadows back when he was in the High World, fearing he would incur the wrath of powerful figures. However, with the power under his mand now, he had absolutely nothing to fear.
His journey as the primordial chaos dragon could not be threaded with fear.
He had to show everyone who he was and what kind of power he held, so announcing his name for all to hear was a plan he had already discussed with his wives before ascending.
As expected, the reveal of his name left everyone stunned, unsure of what to even do.
The person they had hunted for years was now standing before them, and all they could do was stare at him. Even more chilling, with just two kicks, he had killed a Demigod.
Be it the people of Lumenore or the attackers, they were all equally stunned.
However, the third Demigod snapped out of his daze and pointed his spear at Kent. "So what if you are Kent Madson? We have seen many fakes and killed many of them. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if you are also a fake.
"But even if you are real, do you think Lady Hilda sent only the three of us?" Just as he said that, the void exploded, and over thirty Demigods walked out, each oozing an even more dreadful aura.
"We are here for the Sin of Sloth and to reduce this planet to rubble. It would be in your best interest to surrender and let yourself be enslaved. I am sure bringing in the Sin of Sloth and the wannabe Kent Madson won’t be bad."
"Oh, you really shouldn’t have said that," Adina said, stepping back, already sensing a terrifying aura moving through Kent’s body.
For someone who had recently had an altercation with slave traders, Kent’s fuse was easily triggered whenever the word enslavement was mentioned around him.
After moving back far enough, Adina contacted her sisters and informed them to be ready to e over. She knew what was about to happen, and frankly, she wanted to see how strong Kent had bee.
Kent smiled and turned to Princess Euren and Prince Letharion. "Excuse the mess."
Just then, Kent moved, and blood filled the air.
The Demigod who threatened to enslave him was the first to die. He saw Kent move, but he couldn’t move his body fast enough to evade or block his claw.
Kent dug into his chest and ripped his heart out, crushing it before his dying eyes. Then he continued, his body turning into a blur as he moved from one Demigod to the next.
In under a minute, three Demigods died, one losing his head while another was cut in half by Kent’s claw. Kent had no idea how strong he had bee at the moment, but he knew average Demigods—or at least, in his eyes, Demigods who couldn’t fight gods—were nothing but bugs.
So as he killed, he had no fear of death or being overwhelmed. He knew none of the demigods around could challenge him.
Five minutes into the battle, after twelve Demigods died, the rest of the Immortals and Demigods started to panic. A few seconds later, one of the Demigods called for a retreat.
"Retreat..." his voice spread across the entire planet.
"You think you can e and go without my permission?" Kent spoke in a chilling tone, leaving many frozen in their tracks. The next second, despair descended upon them.
"KAIZO!" Kent called out, and the person responded.
"Here I e!" Kaizo dropped from the clouds, his body bathed in golden lightning. The moment he arrived, he called over the legions, and five portals opened in the air.
The Dragon Legion came from one, the Night Riders from another, Eternal Wrath from the third, the Undead Legion from the fourth, and finally, the Beast Legion from the fifth.
Kent had yet to understand what truly happened, but for some reason, while he was away, Kaizo became his first-in-mand. With that authority bestowed upon him, he gained the power to summon the legions.
As they poured out of the portals, the attackers finally understood what despair felt like. Kaizo, already hungry for battle, moved, and his Golem, Titan, followed, their rampage shaking the entire planet.
Kent ignored everyone, and for an hour, he continued to unleash his fury on the poor souls who, up until today, had rampaged across many battlefields undisputed. They had killed millions of warriors and enriched themselves through the pain of others.
Today, they met a legion led by a very dangerous dragon.
By the time Kent stopped, only ten out of the 300,000 warriors sent over by the supreme who called herself Hilda remained standing—well, sprawled on the ground.
He walked toward them and, in a voice that made it clear he was serious, issued his warning.
"I am letting you ten go because I want my warning to be carried as far as you can carry it. Tell the one who sent you here that the Sin of Sloth is off-limits.
"Tell them if they want her, they should e in person and meet their death. Of course, you can also tell them I have no plans of stopping for now, so sending more Demigods and gods would be very helpful.
"And while you are at it, tell the rest of the galaxy that I am finally here in the Immortal World and have no plans of running from them, so those who want to die should e.
"Lastly, let the entire universe know I will e for revenge for daring to hurt my wives on Planet Brymrr. That would be all. You can run along now."
"You heard the man, shoo." Kaizo’s voice was like a dragon’s roar, sending the ten survivors fleeing off the planet. They bolted and soon vanished from the sight of most people.
"Ixeron, did you do it?" Kent turned to Ixeron, the Mind Flayer, his second-strongest Beast panion.
"Yes, Young Lord. I have planted ten false minds within their consciousness, so even if they don’t want to relay your message, I will force them to."
"Good. You guys can go around and help the injured."
They nodded and left, with Kaizo and Kaelith being the only ones remaining by Kent’s side.
"Master, when are we getting revenge for Kaelith?" Kaizo asked, his gaze oozing battle intent. Kaelith, who woke up while Kent was asleep, smiled and tapped Kaizo on the shoulder.
"No need for that, Kaizo. We have more important things to do."
"Kaizo is right. We must get revenge for you, buddy. But first, allow me to summon the others after I handle the issue brewing behind me."
Kent sighed and turned with a smile on his face toward the sight of over thirty-five beauties glaring at him.
"How did you find out?" Vexthra asked, having heard what Kent said to the ten people he spared.
"Uncle Drew told you, right?" Unity asked, her gaze narrowing toward the poor Night Rider captain, who was busy helping the wounded Elves receive aid.
"Uncle Drew didn’t say anything. I overheard everything while I was asleep."
Hearing his reply, the ladies sighed.
"You don’t have to worry about it, Kent. We already have plans to get revenge ourselves," Inaya said, since she herself had already prepared a kill list.
"Inaya is right. We will get revenge ourselves. You should focus on growing your strength," Vexthra also said, reaching for Kent’s hand.
"You already have plans to get revenge for the Eternal Wrath Legion, so focus on that. We will handle the rest."
In the end, Kent had no reason to stop them. But he would keep a close eye on them and ensure everything went according to plan.
