[Two Weeks Later]
Two weeks passed in the blink of an eye.
After saving the Sin of Sloth and, by extension, the entire planet, Kent left everything to his wives and legions and returned to the tower to examine the changes that had occurred and finally plan his journey across the Immortal Realm.
With several months spent inside the tower, Kent managed to get a lot done.
First, he reviewed the Dungeon Tower that, for some reason, had been locked since it awakened. When he unlocked it, he discovered that inside the Dungeon Tower, there were over a hundred dungeons.
Each dungeon was unique, and from his previous experience, each held one of the members of the Eternal Wrath Legion.
Some of the dungeons had blue gates, while others had green and red. But there was one Black Dungeon that, even without knowing what was inside, Kent knew was bad news.
According to the tower, the blue dungeons had a Demigod as the last-floor boss and twenty-four floors. The green dungeons featured gods ranging from Early God to Universal God as the last-floor boss, with 30 floors.
As for the red dungeons, the tower said they had Supremes and Celestials as the last-floor boss. Depending on the number of floors, the last-floor boss could either be a Supreme or a Celestial.
Floors thirty-four to thirty-eight had Supremes as the last-floor boss, while floors thirty-nine to forty-five had Celestials.
As for the Black Dungeon, Tower warned him not to touch it yet, as it held something truly terrible. Also, the Black Dungeon had sixty-six floors and an unknown-ranked last-floor boss.
Before he could learn the contents of the Black Dungeon, the requirements were as follows.
---
1. Bee a god
2. Clear all 240 dungeons
3. Awaken three more Ancient Evils
4. Awaken two of the First Undead Generals
---
Kent knew better than to argue, so he accepted the conditions. His legions and his wives would have their hands full. As for him, he wanted to bee a Sword Immortal as soon as possible, so he would leave to clear the requirements needed to bee a Sword Legend.
To do that, he must join a sect and qualify to participate in the Genesis Sword Dao petition. Luckily for him, the Whispering Wind Sword Sect is in the Eastern Galaxy, so he would rejoin them.
It was where Lord Genesis ended up when he ascended to the Immortal Realm back then, and also where he met Inaya.
But before all that, he planned to head to the Underworld. Nyx had waited long enough.
After leaving the Dungeon Tower, he entered the other tower that had appeared after he ascended. This one was called the Legacy Tower.
Inside were millions of inheritances from legendary figures who once held great power in the universe.
In fact, even the inheritance of legendary enemies like the Grand Matriarch of the Bone Palace, a deadly enchantress who led a legion of Chaos Beasts during the Chaos Era, could be found there.
Kent knew his wives were secured. However, the people living inside the Tower Cities and some members of his legions could benefit from it.
He left Vexthra and the three cosmic Lolis in charge of that and continued his exploration. In the end, he discovered just how powerful the tower truly was.
With the Legacy Tower and Dungeon Tower now opened, his legions could clear them first, and then the warriors of the various races living inside the Tower Cities could use them to train.
Very soon, the Tower City would bee a continent, then expand into a kingdom, then a planet, and, if in the future more people kept migrating, it would bee a planetary system and, hopefully, a galaxy one day.
He couldn’t bring the entire universe into the tower, but he could bring those he wanted inside to live a more peaceful life.
Later, Kent returned to Planet Lumenore, where only a few Elves remained, some working to record their history and legacy before returning to the tower.
Nature City had been expanded to acmodate them. Gaia was also working hard to expand it even further for future Elves.
When Kent arrived there, Kaelith was already waiting for him.
"Big Brother, I have already informed the others. They will be here soon."
With Kent now in the Immortal Realm, his connection to the Beasts he had befriended when he went to the Pill World had been re-established.
However, to surprise them, he told Kaelith to call them over instead.
"I will hide for now." Kent activated a shadow-type technique, and his body turned into shadowy mist before vanishing into the shadow of a tree.
A few seconds later, they start to arrive.
The first to appear was Orvath, the Minotaur Monarch. From inside the shadows, Kent saw that he was now an Immortal Lord. The aura around him clearly showed he had experienced his fair share of battles and killing over the past 300,000-plus years.
Balrion, the Titan, also arrived a few seconds after Orvath.
Then Vey, the Phoenix Queen, arrived as well, excited to see her friends again, especially Kaelith, with whom she had once been partners in crime, even plotting to kill Kent. In the end, he had tamed them.
The fourth to appear was Ignarok, the dragon, and the strongest among them. He had established himself in the Beast Kingdom and was also an Immortal Lord just like the rest of them.
With Zeraphine now in the Underworld with Nyx, the last to appear was Sylvara, the Flame Serpent that Kent had first clashed with when he went to the Flame Sea.
"Kaelith, you bastard, we have been worried sick about you," Sylvara said, her expression showing how happy she was to see Kaelith alive and well.
"The last we heard, you had been imprisoned by your family. How did you get out?"
Kaelith smiled and answered, "I was rescued."
"Rescued?" Ignarok frowned. "Rescued by who?"
"Who else?" a voice came from behind them, causing all five new arrivals to turn and look.
"KENT!" Sylvara screamed, tears rolling down her face as she jumped into Kent’s arms.
Vey followed right after, turning it into a group hug. Kent, knowing he had been apart from his first-ever Beast panions for so long, allowed them to soak his shirt with tears.
He felt both guilty and happy to see them again.
"Big Brother rescued me after one of his subordinates found out I was imprisoned. I don’t know how they knew, but if it wasn’t because of him, I would still be starving inside a small dungeon bound in chains," Kaelith explained, staring at Kent with respect and gratitude as he hugged Sylvara and Vey.
Ignarok sighed. "I am sorry, Kaelith. We knew you had been captured, but we were too weak to e to your rescue."
Kaelith patted the red-haired dragon man on the shoulder. "Good thing you guys didn’t e. My arrest was to get the movement technique my mother had given me and to find out how I managed to awaken all those innate talents.
"They knew I returned to the Immortal Realm with you guys, so if you had e, they would have captured you too."
"Bastards. I will smash their heads in one of these days," Balrion said, clenching his fist as veins popped on his arms. He was a mountain of a man, so naturally, his brute strength was something else entirely.
"Then it is a good thing you guys are here. Big Brother said we will be going for revenge soon."
"Good. I can’t wait to breathe some flames on them." Ignarok also clenched his fist.
Orvath punched the air and muttered coldly, "I will smash their faces in."
Just then, the ladies had had enough of Kent and pulled back.
"You were very cruel to us, Kent. You said we would meet you soon, but it has been 300,003 years," Sylvara said with a pout.
"Yeah, do you know how long we have been waiting? I was so bored I nearly burned my entire family to cinders," Vey also made Kent aware of her frustration.
He just smiled and hugged them again.
