Under Thomas Fisher’s surprised and worried gaze, Autumn York and Alice Turner sat down on the sofa. After sitting down, Alice withdrew her arm from Autumn’s.
"Auntie! What do you want to say to ? You can tell now, I’m all ears." From the mont she found out that this woman was Thomas Fisher’s mother, Alice prepared for the worst, turned slightly, and faced Autumn to wait for her to speak.
No matter what Autumn wanted to say, Alice was ready to listen attentively; after all, Autumn was Thomas’s beloved mother.

In her heart, Autumn gave Alice a thumbs up, quickly putting away other thoughts, and slightly turned to sit face-to-face with Alice.
"It seems you haven’t answered my previous question. Are you the legendary figure in sales, Alice Turner?" Autumn was already certain of her identity, but she wanted to confirm it once more. Hearing it directly from Alice’s mouth would put her at ease.
"I don’t dare to say I’m a legendary figure. I’m just a humble salesperson, but yes, my na is Alice Turner." Alice was curious about how Autumn knew her, but despite her curiosity, she truthfully confird her identity to Autumn.
Upon Alice’s admission, Autumn imdiately felt her eyes light up, and her emotions beca excited. She reached out and grabbed Alice’s hand, "So you really are that Alice Turner. I thought I had recognized the wrong person just now."
Autumn had seen Alice in mobile videos and photos, but this was her first ti eting her in person. Although it was their first eting, she recognized Alice instantly.
A talent she had wanted to recruit, who unexpectedly turned out to be her son’s girlfriend. How could she not be excited?
"Auntie! So you know too?" Alice didn’t know much about Autumn; currently, she only knew Autumn as Thomas Fisher’s mother and nothing more.
Autumn nodded: "Not only do I know you, but I also once had people from the company try to recruit you, but you refused."
Even though this happened over a year ago, bringing it up now still left Autumn feeling a bit regretful, even a bit downcast.
Upon hearing this, Thomas Fisher realized why Autumn was so excited. He got up and walked over, sitting on the other side of Alice, "Alice! You’re amazing!"
Once seated, he gave a thumbs up to her beside him.
He had no clue about any of this. His mom had already taken a fancy to Alice, and Alice indeed was incredible.
"Stop it! Don’t stir things up!" Alice playfully smacked away the thumb raised in front of her and looked sideways at the man who just sat down, before turning her gaze back to Autumn, "Auntie! Please don’t flatter so much. I’m not as impressive as the rumors say."
She had heard the rumors outside but didn’t take them to heart. She wasn’t soone who sought vain glory.
It’s not that she intentionally acted modestly, but she felt that if she valued those empty titles too much, she would stop working hard and doing things earnestly.
"Auntie isn’t flattering you; Auntie genuinely thinks you’re a rare talent." Autumn paused for a mont, then continued, "Now Auntie wants to try recruiting you for our company again. Would you consider coming?"
