Hearing Easton Hols say that, Lily Turner didn’t say anything about not changing rooms. She glanced at Alice Turner out of the corner of her eye, and seeing that Alice was not unhappy, she finally felt relieved.

After settling Lily Turner in, Easton Hols found an opportunity to explain to Alice Turner the reason for changing rooms. After hearing his explanation, Alice finally understood the real reason he insisted on changing rooms.

She didn’t ask her sister to stay, just sat up to see her off.

Alice Turner, full of guilt, held Lily’s hand briefly, then turned and left the room.
"Ah!"
Lily Turner suddenly exclaid loudly, startling Easton Hols, who didn’t know what happened. He turned to look at her, "What’s wrong? Is your stomach uncomfortable again?"
When asking, his eyes were fixed anxiously on her belly.
"My stomach is fine, you don’t need to be so tense." Lily Turner raised a hand and patted Easton Hols’s tense face, then said, "I forgot to return the hospital money to my sister just now."
Earlier during dinner, she had thought of it, but after dinner was busy with changing rooms, she completely forgot to return it.

He was genuinely frightened, not just pretending, she really scared him just now.

Lily Turner knew she had startled Easton, and without arguing, she obediently complied.
"Can I borrow your phone for a bit? I want to transfer the money to my sister." She reached out to him, asking to borrow his phone, deciding to transfer the money to Alice.
She was well aware that if she tried to repay her sister in person, Alice would probably refuse, so she might as well do it this way right now.
"You can’t use the phone now. Tell your sister’s account number." Easton Hols directly refused Lily Turner’s request. He could have repaid her in person tomorrow, but knowing her, if the money wasn’t transferred tonight, she wouldn’t sleep at all.
