The one calling Freya Yeager was the company boss, Robert Xander. Robert brought good news to her and Lily Turner: the film's funding issue had been resolved, and he inford them that they could continue working.
"Lily! The film's funding is sorted out. You can continue shooting once you recover." After hanging up with Robert Xander, Freya was quick to share the good news with Lily, who was drinking water at the ti.
While Freya Yeager was on the call with the boss, Lily Turner had been sitting nearby and clearly heard the entire conversation.
What puzzled her now was how exactly the film's funding was resolved. She didn't believe Henry Thompson had changed his mind. He and that woman were still waiting to see her fail.
