Not wanting to keep the makeup artist downstairs waiting, Lily Turner quickly washed up and changed her clothes. In less than ten minutes, she and Alice Turner were downstairs.
By the ti the two sisters got downstairs, the makeup artist had already been pulled into the dining room by Sophia Wood and was currently sitting there eating.
Seeing the two sisters walk in, the makeup artist instinctively stopped eating and looked up at them.
"Sorry to keep you... Hazel?!"
As she entered the door, Lily Turner was about to apologize to the makeup artist, but when she clearly saw who it was, she exclaid.
Hazel Jackson also didn’t know prior who her client would be this ti. Her boss only told her it was a Diamond Level VIP client and repeatedly reminded her not to neglect them.
She hadn’t expected the client to be Lily Turner. Seeing her, Hazel was also extrely surprised and taken aback, "Lily! Is it really you?"
Hazel Jackson put down her chopsticks and stood up to walk toward Lily Turner. Seeing this, Lily quickly stepped forward to et her. "I didn’t expect it to be you either, this is such a coincidence."
All the wedding arrangents were made by Easton Hols, and Lily Turner hadn’t been involved in any of it. She wanted to do sothing for their wedding, but he stopped her, saying she only needed to be as beautiful as a flower.
"Lily! Do you know each other?"
Seeing how familiar Lily was with the makeup artist, Alice casually asked.
Lily reached out and pulled Hazel Jackson over, introducing her to Alice, "Sis, this is the beautiful and kind makeup artist I told you about, Miss Hazel Jackson!"
After saying that, she pointed with her other hand at the makeup artist beside her.
"So you’re the exclusive makeup artist for my sister, eting you is even better than hearing about you. Truly lives up to the na." Alice extended her right hand, smiling as she introduced herself, "Let’s get to know each other anew, hello! I’m Alice Turner, Lily Turner’s sister!"
Though they had exchanged greetings earlier, it was just a hasty hello, and they hadn’t really gotten to know each other properly. Since they were all familiar, of course, she wanted to know her properly.
Hazel Jackson was the makeup artist the company specially hired for Lily Turner. Whether attending events or press conferences, or filming movies and TV dramas, all her makeup and styling were done by Hazel Jackson.
Hazel Jackson was very well-known in the industry, yet she was very down-to-earth. Lily Turner felt extrely comfortable and happy being around her.
Every ti Lily got her makeup done was a particularly relaxing and happy mont for her. Although they only had a working relationship, they both considered each other good friends in their hearts; they just hadn’t said it out loud.
"Hello! Hazel Jackson!"
Hazel extended her right hand and shook Alice’s hand warmly.
"Let’s all sit down and talk over our al." Lily took hold of one in each hand, leading Hazel Jackson and Alice to the table. The three of them sat side by side, looking just like three sisters.
In the past, she could easily skip als when busy, but now she couldn’t be so willful. She had a little baby in her belly now.
After they sat down, Hazel Jackson first asked the question that had been on her mind, "Lily! Why did you decide to leave the entertainnt industry? Is it because you’re getting married?"
