They flew high up into the sky, their hands intertwined until, eventually, it seed like they had reached the moon itself.

But only then did Rael realize that what caused his eclipse wasn’t an actual moon, but a simple black barrier that stretched as far as the eye could see.

Surprisingly enough, it wasn’t that high up, as they could still freely breathe, but…

“You knew about it? Why did you tell not to destroy it?” Rael asked, tapping the barrier that felt like glass.

Zafira didn’t answer. Instead, she placed her hand on the black barrier, and the mont she did, the barrier beca slightly more transparent.

And of course, that was when a peculiar sight erged.

Instead of a clear blue sky and the sun, what he saw instead was a giant crack in space, almost like a portal.

On the other side of the portal stood multiple monsters of all shapes and sizes.

Rael’s brows furrowed, and he inspected them.

“Those were my exact thoughts,” Zafira remarked with a giggle. “I figured out I could unveil this thing, but when I tried… yeah. That appeared.”

“So what is it anyways? A dungeon?” Rael asked, narrowing his eyes. “…A seal, maybe?”

She nodded. “Mhm… I think it’s a dungeon. It must’ve opened up when I used the skill, but now it’s just acting like a seal for those monsters inside. I checked it out a few tis during the week, and it seed like the amount of monsters inside kept increasing.”

Rael rubbed his temples. “So if we don’t put a stop to it, these overpowered monsters are going to invade our continent, is that right?”

Zafira was about to agree, but she soon narrowed her eyes.

“Are you suggesting I let you inside?”

Rael shrugged.

“Is that such a bad idea? I’m probably the only one who can deal with those monsters,” he said matter-of-factly. “Plus, I really need the levels right now. Those Five Seat pieces of shit are all stronger than . Even Alene. If not for using her daughters against her, she would’ve easily killed .”

She stared at him for a couple of monts, then let out a sigh.

“You’re level 2,112. Those things inside are Grade 1, with that elite monster even reaching Grade 2… Do you see where I’m going with this?”

“I’m not strong enough to face them, I understand.” Rael nodded. “But I need to reach at least Grade 1 before I et another one of the Five Seats. If I don’t, then we’re all as good as dead.”

Noticing that he wasn’t going to budge on this, she furrowed her brows and floated over to him.

“And if I actually lose you this ti?” Zafira asked. “Last ti you survived because of sheer luck. Now you’re just running into danger again.”

He shook his head.

“It wasn’t luck. I wanted that outco, and I got it. The skill usage was intentional, and so was what happened after.”

“You an bringing that dragon into Celestara?” Zafira tilted her head. “Because you probably saw how that turned out for you, didn’t you?”

A shiver ran down his spine.

rcurius was a lazy bum.

It was a giant fiery plain on one end, then a snowy tundra on the other.

Each region housed its own unique set of monsters.

As for the area they ca through, it was a simple grassy plain that housed all sorts of monsters.

They ranged from low-leveled dungeon rats all the way to the Blue Orc he had seen earlier.

But there was one teeny-tiny issue.

The spatial crack was gone, replaced by a simple pop-up.

“Um…” Zafira scratched her head innocently. “You can get us out of here with a scroll, right?”

Rael rolled his eyes and checked the premium shop.
