Sam went back to the Olympian region.
Waiting for the night to pass and the morning to arrive along with the aftermath of what he did that night.
The next morning, it is also the day when the pocket dinsion will be over. The fourth pocket dinsion and of course, Sam's extra pocket dinsion will also open that day. Sam knew that things will get really intense once they co out.
Not many people will go to the extra pocket dinsion Sam created.
They would all be anxious about the coins and once the news of the auction cos out, there will be added disruption. He can just sit back and enjoy for now.
The sun soon rose and when everyone was anticipating for the pocket dinsion to open to see if there is another legacy inheritance, three groups of people from the Norse region entered the Olympian region.
The mont they stepped in, the city guard moved. The captain of this city already got the news about the yesterday's incident from the city guard of the Norse region.
He frowned when he saw the person who led the group of the Thor Academy. It seems like because of the two fallen candidates, the Thor Academy took the lead in this whole fiasco.
The Elder is known as Gungnir. Yes, the sa na as Odin's spear. And it wasn't his real na. He is a spear user and people believe that he got blessings from Odin himself. The only problem is that they don't have an academy for Odin in the Academy realm.
And there are few families who actually follow Odin. Sam was also surprised and did so research on it. It turned out that the publicity of Odin is very less. The other gods try to market themselves like crazy. They give gifts to their followers and make them conquer more land to increase their faith.
However, Odin is one of the gods that couldn't care less about the faith. The only few organizations, families and tribes that follow him are very rare to co across. As for how this guy nad Gungnir got in.. nobody knows.
Everyone knows that his spear art is impeccable and he is the only one below the Dean and the Grand elders, who might possess the sa strength as them.
The city guard knew that this wouldn't be easy to handle since this guy was sent.
If things go sideways, he will just attack even if the whole academy and even the city is against him. He cares little for the consequences which is the worst possible thing that could happen to him.
"The city guard of your city inford about the situation. I am very sorry for whatever happened to you and I understand why you are here today.
However, if you can allow it, I will be more than happy to arrange a eting between you and the officials of the academy that you want to visit. We can arrange it in a neutral place like my headquarters for example and we can solve this issue with a proper civil discourse."
Silence followed his plea.
After three minutes of silence, Gungnir finally opened his mouth.
"This is your land. It is your duty to keep it safe. I respect that. I shall give you a chance."
His words were chanical and a bit robotic even. As if he is not used to having a proper conversation at all.
The city guard captain heaved a sigh and directed them to the office.
"Can you please tell exactly what the problem is? I know a little, but I don't have all the details. It will help if you can tell all you can."
Gungnir looked at an instructor who followed them there. The instructor nodded and started explaining.
"Yesterday, four people from the Norse region have been attacked. All four of them died and all of them were first graders.
They were stolen for their coins. The bird puppets that were accompanying them recorded the scenario and brought the news back to the academies. We reviewed the footage and understood the conversation.
These conversations indicate that the attacks all belong to the Zeus Academy.
We tried to investigate a bit and from the sources we had, it is apparent that the suspects indeed belong to the Zeus Academy. They are all first graders. We analyzed a bit more to understand the fighting styles. They match precisely.
So, we are here to capture those kids and get an explanation from the Zeus Academy."
"All four of them are from the Zeus Academy?" The guard captain asked. The other party nodded.
He knew things are not going to end well. The other guard captain from the Norse region didn't give this detail.
Maybe he doesn't know himself.
However, he also felt a bit relieved. Now, the heat is focused only on one academy. Granted that it is a big academy and kind of the leader of the Olympian region, it is still one academy.
And that too, an academy that doesn't have any Dean at the mont. Which ans, he can try to pressure them into agreeing for a very generous compromise that appeals these academies.
After all, killing first graders is like plucking a blade of grass in this Academy realm. How many first graders haven't died in his own watch?
He thought and spoke to them a bit more, asking so questions and went to the Zeus Academy. He first thought of eting Christos, however because of the previous incidents, they are not really on the sa page for most of the things.
As for eting an Elder or the Deputy Dean of Academy, he realized that there is no such person right now in the academy. All of them are gone. Even out of four grand elders only one of them is left. After asking around a bit, he ca to understand where they went.
They are all off to et with the families that support the Zeus Academy from behind. They are all aiming for the next Dean position.
So, the captain can only et the last elder. But even that wasn't easy.
After a couple of hours of Jumping the hoops, he managed to et him. Then only he realized just how much of a shitty position the Zeus Academy is in and how much trouble they are facing. The administration is a ss.
No one is willing to work properly. Everyone is trying to interfere with soone else's work. And the rest of them beca lazy since no one is there to maintain that hold of iron claw and judge their work.
They are all busy sucking up to the three Dean candidates.
Anyway, after eting the grand elder, he bowed and greeted him.
"Greetings, Sir Bloody Chariot."
That is the nickna of the Grand Elder. It can also be considered a hero title. Because it was gifted by the god Zeus himself.
The old man didn't reply. He sat there in ditation.
If not for the slight wrinkles and the huge mound of grey hair tied in a bun, no one would believe that he is an old man. His body has that bronze skin tone, taut with muscles. He sat in a ditative state and his expression is one of peace. Not normal peace. It is the peace that cos with the feeling of having everything under control.
After three minutes, he opened his eyes.
"Greetings, Captain. To what do I owe this pleasure?" His voice was soft, pleasant and soothing even. As if a dew drop is sliding down a leaf. "Sir, there are so allegations on the four students from our academy…." He listed the nas and explained the whole scenario. The old man closed his eyes for a second and said.
"Gungnir is handling this? Why?"
"I don't know, sir. But it seems like the other party is very serious about this. They even brought big enough entourages to start a decent fight here. I don't want to escalate this. I just hope that you can co to my office and we can reach a compromise there."
The old man sighed.
"What state did my academy has stooped to?" He muttered to himself and got up. He wore a long sleeved robe and walked out slowly. The captain followed him hurriedly. He didn't fly and he didn't even run with his power. He didn't even use his spiritual energy.
He just walked like a normal human being. He walked through the streets like he was a commoner. His aura was not present and his expression was calm. He arrived at the office building before entering the eting room.
As soon as he stepped in, the presence in the eting room changed. First it was filled with aura of anger and frustration. Now, it turned into pure caution.
"Greetings, guests from afar."
He even bowed down a little as he greeted the people from three academies.
Gungnir's body is soaked in sweat. He gulped as he tried to the trembling of his hand. Is it nervousness or excitent?
