Gungnir is infected with both at the mont. The Bloody Chariot. The man who earned a title way before Gungnir even amounted to sothing significant in the cultivation world.
If Gungnir's reputation is mystery, the Bloody Chariot has a history that everyone wanted to be a mystery. A lot of them wished they didn't know anything about it. Particularly, the people who held grudges against him.
They wished that they never knew what wrongs Bloody Chariot did to them, their friends and their families. Because they were pushed to the spotlight. They were in the spotlight because of Bloody Chariot's deeds.
The world forced them into a spot, making them look like wimps if they don't try to take revenge, at the sa ti they will turn into at pulp or worse cripple if they did make a move against him.
Bloody Chariot was that nacing when he was on the field. After earning the title and destroying everything that ca in his way. Gaining the favor of the god Zeus, he was given a chance to retire. He ca back to the academy that he graduated from and took up the position of the Grand Elder directly.

Bloody Chariot cleared his throat a bit and said.

And with their profiles, and all the cases that are piled on them…. I must say I am a bit ashad to see that this prompted such a reaction for the other esteed academies.
However, you can rest assured. With here, there will no form of oppression, no form of greed taking over, and certainly no form of impulsive attacks.

Bloody Chariot stood up and smiled at them. The rest of the room is filled with forced smiles, except for the captain. He is delighted inside and out.
This is the best decision he has made. Even though he went to the Bloody Chariot because he couldn't find any other person in the academy, that happened to be a great decision for him.
Ten minutes later, all of them are inside the Zeus Academy in another eting room.
There are four students standing while the rest sat at a long boardroom table. The kids are looking at Bloody Chariot with confused gaze. Because, they have never seen him or heard about him. That's right, they have never heard about the Grand Elder of the Academy. Bloody Chariot is that secluded and kept to himself.
Looking at their confused expressions, Bloody Chariot smiled and said.
"I guess, you don't know . I am the grand elder. The least important one in the Academy. Since, the other grand elders who were supposed to be here are not here, I am going to take up so of the academy's administration duties.
First of all, our friends from the Norse region are here with so complaint that I want to take up with you people.
Before we proceed, I want you to demonstrate your fighting ability."

He snapped his fingers. Four people wearing second grade uniforms entered the room.
