Mason Wilson and Clarissa Taylor returned ho, and the two found Ophelia Wilson at ho, exchanging glances.
"Ophelia, you’re joining the crew in a few days, have you prepared everything?" Clarissa asked.
"Mom, don’t worry, I’ve got everything ready," Ophelia replied with a smile, "It’s not my first ti joining a crew."
"Are there any familiar faces in this production? It’d be good to have mutual support," Clarissa asked with a smile.
"I know so, but not particularly familiar ones. Don’t worry, Mom, I’ve got an assistant with so it’ll be fine," Ophelia said so sensibly and understandingly, making Clarissa’s heart grow colder.
After exchanging a few words with Ophelia, Clarissa finally returned to her room.
Once in the room, Clarissa saw Mason Wilson, who also wore an unpleasant expression.
"Let’s wait for the results to co out," Mason had naturally overheard the conversation between Ophelia and his wife earlier.
Ophelia clearly knew Sophie Wilson was in the crew too, and she knew Sophie saved her mother, why wouldn’t she ntion this?

If she really knew nothing, given her usual way of handling things, she wouldn’t ignore the lifesaver of her mother.

"Who are you calling?" Mason asked, surprised to see Clarissa dialing.
"I’m asking Kai what kind of person Charles Seymour is," Clarissa said.
"Alright," Mason nodded in agreent.
Even though Kai Bright was a frivolous heir, his character wasn’t bad.
Aside from lacking ambition, he was decent in other respects.
Clarissa called Kai Bright and roughly explained the situation, but there was silence on the other end: "Kai, Kai, are you listening to ?"
"Yes, I am," Kai Bright coughed slightly, his tone a bit odd.
"Kai, just what kind of person is Charles Seymour?" Clarissa curiously inquired.
"Well, he is quite capable," Kai Bright said honestly, "Aunt, don’t worry. He’s definitely not a bad person and won’t covet the Wilson Clan’s wealth."
With Kai Bright’s reassurance, Clarissa felt more at ease.
Aside from being playful, Kai Bright was reliable in handling affairs.
After hanging up on Clarissa’s call, Kai Bright imdiately dialed Charles Seymour, his hands trembling with excitent.
So incredibly thrilling.
As soon as the call connected, Kai Bright excitedly shouted, "Brother-in-law, co on, call brother and let hear it!"
For so many years!
Not easy at all!
