Clarissa Taylor really didn’t know what to say. Did she just waste her breath?
"Mom, which of these two colors do you think suits Mr. Seymour better?" Sophie Wilson held up two ties for Clarissa to see.
Seeing Sophie so happy, Clarissa swallowed her words back. Never mind, as long as the child is happy. Spending so money is no big deal; she still has money, enough for Sophie and them to spend.
As soon as she thought that, before she could say anything, Sophie had already decided, "Let’s buy both. They’re both nice."
With the decision made, Sophie imdiately went to pay with her card.
After a whole day of shopping, they were quite happy.
In the evening, when they got ho, Clarissa didn’t go to Sophie’s house for dinner. Today was Mason Wilson’s first day at Charles Seymour’s company, and she wanted to ask how it went first.
"You’re back?" Clarissa saw Mason return ho after six o’clock, and she already had a rough idea of the scale of Charles Seymour’s company.

"No matter what, it’s still Charles’s company. Even for Sophie’s sake, you need to help manage it well." As soon as Clarissa saw Mason hesitating to speak, she said it without thinking.
"At least formalize the company, then plan to expand elsewhere." Clarissa said anxiously, "If Jas Reed controls the Seymour Family in the future, he might not spare Charles, and it could even affect Sophie’s company."

The term ’imposter’ swirled around Clarissa’s mouth, but she rembered it was her brother’s daughter, so she ultimately didn’t say it.
"He wants Ophelia Wilson to marry Jas Reed. Together, they are far stronger than the Clark and White Families. If they partner with Peace Corporation, won’t the Seymour Corporation shareholders lean towards Jas Reed? By that ti, even Old Mr. Seymour might be sidelined." Clarissa sighed, that’s the day she feared.
