"Dad, did you hear that? He’s the chairman of Peace Holdings and he didn’t even tell us. He never considered us family!" Ethan Seymour accused angrily.
"Did you ever consider Charles as family?" Old Mr. Seymour was no fool, and he retorted directly, "You keep calling him a brat every day, don’t think I’m unaware!"
"At the beginning, didn’t you eagerly announce the severance of father-son ties in the newspaper? What happened now? Knowing Charles is the chairman of Peace Holdings, you co running to to complain, are you just envious of Charles?"
"Let tell you, if you’re thinking of taking advantage of Charles, no way!" Old Mr. Seymour declared firmly, "Get out, get out... don’t be an eyesore here!"
"Dad, how can you..." Ethan Seymour still wanted to speak, but Old Mr. Seymour instructed the butler to throw Ethan out.
When the study finally quieted down, Old Mr. Seymour rested against the desk and slowly sat down, trembling as he asked, "Charles, why didn’t you tell Grandpa that Peace Holdings is yours?"
"Didn’t Grandpa already know I started a company?" Charles Seymour asked, puzzled.
Is this about just any company?

Old Mr. Seymour almost wanted to scratch the wall.
"Never mind, you go on with your work." Old Mr. Seymour decided to end the call first, he needed to calm down as his heart didn’t feel so good.
"Okay, goodbye Grandpa." Charles Seymour politely hung up the phone, remaining calm from start to finish.
Old Mr. Seymour made an internal call to Old Mrs. Seymour, "Dear, could you bring so blood pressure dicine?"
Old Mrs. Seymour hurriedly rushed into the study with the dicine, "What happened? Your blood pressure went up? What’s going on? Quickly, take it!"
Old Mr. Seymour took the dicine and finally let out a heavy breath after swallowing it, "Ethan ca over just now."
"What did that rascal co for?" Old Mrs. Seymour instantly lost her good mood upon hearing Ethan’s na; she had long stopped considering him a son.
"Did he upset you again?" Old Mrs. Seymour asked angrily, "Does he not want Charles to join Seymour Corporation, leaving everything to Jas Reed?"
Ethan favoring Jas Reed wasn’t sothing new, she could guess his intentions without trying.
"Actually, no." Old Mr. Seymour felt better after taking his dication, and he finally exhaled deeply and said, "He wants to restore his relationship with Charles, but knowing that route is dood, he’s trying to get through via ."
Old Mr. Seymour wasn’t clueless, how could he not understand Ethan’s purpose for coming over?
He was indeed astounded by his grandson’s abilities, but that didn’t an he had lost his basic capability for rational thought.
"Restore his relationship with Charles? Has he lost his mind?" Old Mrs. Seymour couldn’t believe Ethan would do such a thing.
He had disliked Charles for decades, desperately wishing he had never been born.
"He hasn’t lost his mind, it’s because he knows Charles is..." Old Mr. Seymour was just about to reveal Charles’s identity, but recalling his own reaction earlier, he hesitated. Perhaps it would be better to ease into the topic before telling his wife, or else he feared she might not handle it any better than he did.
