"Ho-how could this be?" Jas Reed couldn’t believe his eyes, his right hand nervously clicking through the web pages.
The internet was full of praise for him, all kinds of praise for his deep and unwavering love, blessings for him and Ophelia Wilson to have a long and happy marriage.
When he first said he wanted to marry Ophelia Wilson, many people disagreed, though so admired his courage, they didn’t think highly of the marriage.
But now?
Everyone was actually blessing him and Ophelia Wilson?
Occasionally, a few opposing voices erged, but they were all drowned out.
"What’s wrong with the video? Who hasn’t made a mistake in their lifeti?"
"In this day and age, what’s wrong if you aren’t a virgin before marriage?"
"Hello, you’re a virgin, may your wife remain a virgin even after marriage!"
"Ophelia had no choice, okay? If she didn’t want to secure endorsents to help Jas Reed, why on earth would she do such a thing? You didn’t know, did you? At Old Mr. Seymour’s birthday banquet, Ophelia agreed to shoot ads for many companies with partnerships with Seymour Corporation, and she even lowered her own fees for them."
"Ah! Ophelia is so dedicated, she’s building connections for Jas Reed!"
"Ophelia loves Jas Reed so much, marrying her is a must! If he doesn’t marry her, he’s nothing but an ungrateful white-eyed wolf!"
"Don’t say that, Jas Reed was originally going to marry her, he loves Ophelia very much."
"Jas Reed’s father doesn’t agree though!"
Jas Reed looked at the online opinions, he was completely bewildered, how did it turn out like this?
His initial intention to marry Ophelia Wilson was to gain a good reputation, the image of a devoted lover, to attract Hayley Cole, and now if he doesn’t marry Ophelia Wilson, he’s an ungrateful scumbag?
As for Jas Reed’s doubts... hmm, a certain Mr. Seymour remains quietly behind the scenes of this achievent.
"Oh my... poor Jas Reed will be puking blood!" Sophie Wilson looked at the shift in public opinion online, nearly dying of laughter.
"Co, co, my dear Mr. Seymour, tell , who is this unsung hero?" Sophie Wilson winked playfully at Charles Seymour, teasingly.
Charles Seymour responded with a single, serious word: "Huh?"
"Oh, co on, stop pretending!" Sophie Wilson would have to be crazy to believe him.
She stood up, and pounced on him!
Charles Seymour was pinned under Sophie Wilson, amusent flickered in his eyes, and he gently adjusted her position for comfort.
"Tell , was it you who did it? If you don’t admit it, I’ll have to ’interrogate you harshly’!" Sophie Wilson threatened with all the authority of a queen, pulling at Charles Seymour’s collar.
"Spare , my queen!" Charles Seymour quivered in mock fear.
With a loud bang, there was a commotion outside the door.
Sophie Wilson jumped in fright, quickly looking up and exclaid, "What was that?"
"A pig!" Charles Seymour answered simply and clearly.
Outside the door, Kai Bright, who had fallen to the ground: "..."
Is there still any respect for human rights?
Can we still be friends in good harmony?
"I’m the pig, and you married the pig’s sister, so what does that make you?" Kai Bright pushed open the door and walked in, determined to save face. Don’t assu he’s always been afraid of Charles Seymour!
Anyway, now Charles Seymour is his brother-in-law, what’s there to fear?
Even if sothing happens, he still has Sophie backing him up.
Charles Seymour snorted, "Pigs also co in different breeds."
"So are raised for at, and so..." Charles Seymour looked at Kai Bright, with disdain so clear it made Kai Bright unable to endure it, "Are you suggesting there’s also Marshal Pegasus? That’s a romantic one!"
