Damn it, always bullying him!
Do they think he’s that easy to bully?
He can fight back too!
Kai Bright smugly stared at Charles Seymour, wanting to see how Charles would respond!
Especially with Sophie right there, let’s see how Charles explains this.
It was Charles who brought up this topic.
Facing Kai’s provocation, Charles calmly replied, "One of the twenty-eight constellations, the sixth in the north. Nad ’Room’ because the star formation resembles a house."
"A house is a place to live, necessary for people, hence the Room constellation is considered lucky. The Mars Room constellation belongs to the fire elent, representing a pig."
After Charles finished, he looked at Kai indifferently.
Kai Bright: "..."
Damn, knowing about constellations is so great?
Knowing more than him is so impressive?
Sophie Wilson couldn’t help herself and laughed into Charles Seymour’s chest. Her brother was really silly, how many tis had he been at a disadvantage with her dear Mr. Seymour?
Still hasn’t learned!
Truly... persistent.
Hmm, she admired her brother’s tenacity.
"Bro, you must have sothing to discuss with Mr. Seymour, you guys chat." Sophie decided to give her cousin so face and chose to excuse herself.
Sophie thoughtfully exited, and then Kai suddenly wanted to reach out and persuade his sister to stay. He really had no business with Charles. Don’t leave, the room suddenly felt cold, and he couldn’t handle it alone!
"What are you here for?" Charles asked.
Although his tone was the sa as usual, flat and emotionless, Kai instinctively sensed that soone was unhappy.
With a little thinking, Kai couldn’t understand why Charles was upset?
He sighed inwardly; how much did Charles cling to Sophie?
Leaving for a while makes him unhappy. He was truly impressed.
"I heard soone wants to corner Sophie," Kai asked. He had his sources, and he’d catch wind of things from ti to ti.
"Solved." Charles nodded.
"Was it Jas Reed doing it?" Kai, upon confirming the news wasn’t fake, got anxious instantly.
Jas Reed must be crazy, huh?
Daring to target Sophie!
Does he think her cousin is a fake?
"I have a plan for Jas Reed," Charles said. "Since you have so ti, investigate soone for ."
"Who?" Kai asked curiously.
Charles got up, fetched a folder from the drawer, and tossed it to Kai.
Kai opened it to find a photo of Ophelia Wilson along with so others, clearly taken together by a hidden photographer, with one man circled in red ink.
"This man hit Albert Fletcher, Ophelia Wilson’s agent’s parents at the ti. Later, Ophelia passed by and rescued them, which led Albert to beco her agent," Charles explained.
"I have already sent this photo to Albert Fletcher, but Albert isn’t very adept at investigations; it’s been a long ti, and he still hasn’t found direct evidence." Charles looked at Kai.
"Understood!" Kai snapped his fingers and flicked the folder, saying, "I’ll investigate thoroughly and deliver the evidence to Albert Fletcher without anyone knowing."
After all, he had worked alongside Charles before and naturally understood Charles’ way of handling things.
"Good," Charles nodded with satisfaction.
"Isn’t your plan to deal with Jas Reed a bit complicated?" Kai asked with concern, "Otherwise, why wouldn’t you even have ti to investigate this?"
Charles glanced at Kai and said matter-of-factly, "I need to accompany Sophie."
