The couple nodded and tiptoed to the bedside, seeing their daughter’s rosy complexion and long breaths, they were finally able to relax. Wen Xin sat by the bed, staring at her daughter and wiping away tears.
Luo Zhenggang gestured towards the door and walked out. Ye Xuan hurriedly followed, closing the door behind them, and asked with confusion, "Uncle, why did you and aunt co?"
"Ye’er’s Instructor called Wen Xin, and she panicked, so I ca with her," Luo Zhenggang said with a smile, patting Ye Xuan on the shoulder, "Thank you for taking care of Ye’er."

"Yes, it’s Mom who’s here." Wen Xin touched her daughter’s forehead, "Don’t be afraid, Ye’er, mom and dad are here with you."
The young nurse chuckled, "Auntie, your daughter is very brave. From the surgery until now, she hasn’t cried out in pain once!"
Luo Zhenggang popped his head in, "I knew Ye’er was the bravest. I didn’t want you to call a bad old man, so I ca along with your mom too, thoughtful enough, right?"
"Dad..." Luo Ye looked embarrassed, "I was just joking. Dad, you’re going back early tomorrow, right?"
Luo Zhenggang nodded, "There’s a eting at nine tomorrow morning; I’ll catch the plane at five."

After Ye Xuan left, Luo Ye chatted with her parents for a while before falling fast asleep again. The couple looked at their daughter’s small face tenderly, their eyes full of reluctance.
