"Yes, Chief." Ye Ainiang quickly sat down in alarm; though not a heavy drinker, he could never go a day without it—an unshakeable habit of his.
The Second Chief chuckled, teasingly, "Little Ye, look at you so spineless, aren’t you afraid Yu Wen and Xiao Luo will laugh at you?"
"Chief, please don’t expose my weaknesses. It’s my only hobby. I’m begging you to let off, okay?" Ye Ainiang pleaded with clasped fists.
He realized that the Second Chief was rely trying to ease the tension for Yu Wenze and Luo Ye, so he cooperated.
The Second Chief relaxed in his seat, "What’s your proposal, Little Ye?"
"Chief, I want to invite Professor Yu Wen and Luo Ye to work in our departnt," Ye Ainiang said enthusiastically.
"This matter can be discussed after the eting, but rember, Luo Ye is a mber of the Fierce Tiger Unit. Do you think your departnt can compete with the Fierce Tiger?" The Second Chief said with a smile, observing Luo Ye.
Luo Ye sat straight, pretending not to understand, inwardly muttering—Old Fox indeed is an Old Fox!
The Second Chief was in charge of economic developnt; the National Computer Center was under his oversight. Ye Ainiang’s proposal naturally aligned with his interests. However, the Fierce Tiger matter was sowhat special, so he couldn’t decide lightly and used this way to stimulate Luo Ye.

"Chief, I understand." Ye Ainiang quickly expressed.
"Regardless of whether Professor Yu Wenze and Luo Ye decide to work at the National Computer Center or the National Security Center, they will both possess privileges in these two departnts. In the future, if they need these departnts, they can directly seek approval from the heads."
