Bonnie stood up, covered her mouth, and went to the cockpit door, banging on it forcefully.

The door opened, and Jack could hear faint conversations inside.

"How's the situation?" Bonnie asked the two captains and first officer.

"Avionics offline, Bonnie, things are going to get very bad," the captain replied.

"Radar failure, navigation failure, antenna failure, attitude indicator failure."

"MAYDAY, MAYDAY, MAYDAY, this is Pioneer 119, please respond."

Hearing the series of bad news coming from inside and the first officer's distress call over the radio, Jack cald down.

Since he saw two familiar faces, it must be a scene from so TV series or a movie; it couldn't be a crash and death right from the start.

Even surviving on a deserted island wouldn't be a big problem for him now, with all his skills at his disposal.

Of course, that was all he could tell himself for now. After all, no one said a plane would necessarily make an ergency landing on land. If it landed at sea, it would be a struggle for survival, and all his skills would be useless without water; he would die of thirst.

"I'm sorry, Jack," ca JJ's voice in his ear.

Jack turned to look at her, not understanding why she was apologizing at this mont.

"I shouldn't have treated you like that these past few days. I really like you, but I don't want to beco…"

Jack reached out and touched her cheek, smiling as he comforted her, "Don't worry, we won't die, as long as you don't let go of my hand, okay?"

Although JJ didn't understand what he ant, she nodded vigorously, not only gripping his hand tightly but also leaning closer to him, hugging his right arm, as if determined to be a pair of lovers even in death.

"Ladies and gentlen, the aircraft is experiencing severe weather and an electrical malfunction. Please remain calm, stay in your seats, and fasten your seatbelts. The captain is piloting the aircraft through the storm zone," the chief flight attendant, Bonnie, announced loudly over the intercom.

"Are we going to die?"

"I'm so scared!"

Various shouts and increasingly loud cries filled the cabin, creating an incredibly irritating atmosphere.

Soon, the plane began to shake violently again and descended rapidly.

Jack heard two n, a police officer and a prisoner, talking loudly beside him.

The prisoner, Luis Gaspare, shouted, "Can you unlock my handcuffs? I can't swim."

Karam, the Interpol officer whose life Jack had just saved, was still shaken; his right arm, nearly dislocated from Jack's pull, was still throbbing with pain. He replied irritably, "Don't even think about it."

"Unlock him, we're less than 500 feet from the sea," Jack said quietly.

He could already see the turbulent waters outside the window.

The plane finally regained level flight, seemingly having escaped the storm zone. Flight attendant Bonnie re-entered the cockpit, spoke briefly with the captain, and then returned to her seat, dejected, and fastened her seatbelt.

The flight attendant's seat faced the business class, and Jack saw her compose herself in just a few seconds, pick up the intercom again, and begin loudly announcing, "Attention everyone, we are about to make an ergency landing. Prepare for impact. Life vests are located under your seats. After landing, please follow the instructions of the flight attendants."

"Imdiate landing, beware of impact!" the other two female flight attendants loudly repeated, silencing the passengers' ramblings such as "We're going to die" and "Where are we landing?"

"Hold my hand tightly," Jack shouted to JJ.

Their arms were tightly linked, hands clasped, eyes fixed on the window. As a patch of green appeared outside the window, Jack felt a sense of relief, but imdiately tightened his grip again.

It looked like a small island, but it was covered in trees, not at all like a place to land.

Jack, lacking a cockpit view, couldn't see directly ahead, but he could sense the plane adjusting its direction and gradually descending. Now it was all up to the captain, hoping his protagonist's plot armor would kick in.

As the plane drew closer to the ground, the scenery outside the windows beca clearer, with vast rainforests gradually obscuring the view.

The captain seed to have found a forest path; trees flashed past on either side, seemingly within arm's reach, yet not touching the plane's wings.

At this speed, even the slightest collision would result in a catastrophic crash.

With a dull thud, the passengers were thrown forward, their seatbelts snapping tight. The engines seed to stop for a mont, then resud their shrill whine — the captain had activated reverse thrust.

Jack buried his head between his knees, his right hand still tightly clasped with JJ's, casting a delayed healing spell every few seconds, like using an invincibility fra in a ga, hoping the spell would instantly heal them should anything happen.

The protagonist's aura seed to be truly at work. Although the entire plane was shaking as if it would fall apart at any mont, it held firm and began to slowly decelerate, gradually approaching the speed of a normal car.

Just when everyone thought they had finally landed safely, the nose suddenly dipped, and amidst the screams of the passengers, the nose landing gear broke off.

The nose slamd heavily onto the dirt road, the enormous inertia causing the entire fuselage to sway sideways. One wing plunged into the muddy ground beside the road and was then snapped off, kicking up countless bits of dirt and roadside vegetation.

A tree trunk, severed by the wing, pierced through the porthole on Jack and JJ's side like a javelin, sweeping past their backs and pinning the Interpol agent nad Karam to the bulkhead.

The prisoner sitting next to him, Luis Gaspare, seed to have suddenly beco a different person, pale with fright, staring in terror at the tree trunk that was only an inch from his nose, sweating profusely.

After a jolt, the plane finally ca to a complete stop. Jack was terrified; he and JJ had almost been strung together, truly becoming a pair of dood lovers. But for gods sake they didn't even had sex together. So, they were alive.

The cabin was now in chaos, filled with cries and wails.

The cockpit door was kicked open, and the captain, covered in blood, erged, shouting at everyone, "Everyone gather at the front! Escape the plane imdiately!"

"Keep quiet! Co to the front of the cabin! Bonnie, open the door and deploy the ergency slides. Everyone else, check for any injured passengers who cannot move. We need to find a way to get them off the plane as quickly as possible!"
