The cara footage panned to the hero of the night, Mr. Raye, the man who singlehandedly saved Bourdillon Hotel from a possibly reputation-damaging incident while taking 2 bullets for his troubles.
The footage showed him shirtless as he took treatnt from Doctors who already removed the 2 bullets from his body.
Unlike the real Daren, with the CH Mask, Mr. Raye had wine-colored hair with thick black beards.
A Synth reporter stood before him with a microphone.
"Good evening Mr. Raye, according to information from the hotel, you were employed just yesterday and they didn’t even know that you were an Ascended. Why did you hide your Ascended status and what made you put your life on the line to fight for the hotel so valiantly?"
"Isn’t that the role of a guard?" Mr. Raye shrugged and smiled.
"There’s nothing deep about it. I’m being paid to work as a guard to protect the custors of Bourdillon Hotel, this is why I reacted when I realized what was happening".
"I couldn’t even think in that mont, I reacted instinctively. All I knew was that a cri was happening and I couldn’t let it".
"Thankfully, I survived". He scratched the back of his head and laughed in a cheeky manner.
"Thankfully, you did". The female Synth reporter nodded.
"You didn’t answer my first question," she reminded. "Why did you hide your Ascended status from your employers?"
Mr. Raye shrugged again. "I didn’t think it would matter. From what I know, so long I’m not the head of security, both Ascended and non-Ascended are paid the sa right?"
"That’s why I didn’t see the need to reveal that I’m an Ascended".
The female Synth reporter nodded again, then she asked. "What of the last thug who’s still missing and at large? What do you have to say about him?"
The mont the question was asked, Daren’s face hardened as he looked straight at the cara. "If you’re watching this, the only thing I can say to you is run. You can run and hide, but you can’t hide forever".

After that, he answered a few more questions before the Bourdillon Hotel executives dragged their new celebrity guard away.
Daren was not yet in the clear though.
After making sure that he was stable and didn’t have any lingering effects from the gunshot wounds, that sa night, Daren was told by the head of security that he was going to et the CEO of Bourdillon Hotel.
’Finally!’ Daren almost danced in celebration.
If after all this effort and he still failed to get access to the core business being done here, it would have affected the team’s core operation imnsely.
But thankfully, everything worked out.
The mont he got the news, Daren did well to show an appropriate amount of surprise, shock, and excitent, then he said.

With them, he was finally led underground to the true enterprise called Bourdillon Entertainnt.
Walking through the large underground enterprise, Daren reacted like this was his first ti knowing about this as he ohhed and ahhed in appropriate fashion, then he was finally led into the room where he t the CEO of Bourdillon Hotel, Mr. Hwang Luo. The man was a Synth.
That night, Daren got his identity card checked again to confirm his background, and the I.D card provided by Lt. Colonel Umar Farouq passed all the tests with flying colors.
That night, Daren finally got introduced to the true Bourdillon Entertainnt where Earl Joe was due to et his mistress in a few days.
That night, he was introduced to the core of the entertainnt company and was employed officially by the CEO as a Senior Guard, increasing his salary by 8 tis just to entice him to do the job properly.
Daren literally kowtowed before the CEO to show his gratitude after seeing his new salary figure, he played his part to perfection.
