Looking at Fade floating on the altar, Rio shook his head and sighed deeply.
After the battle with Raika, Fade survived even though Raika’s realm of consciousness pletely collapsed with his death.
Fade’s body seemed to have drifted into one of the internal realms of the ’Crown of Endless Realms’ that existed within the crown’s core.
The ’Crown of Endless Realms’ still retains some basic level of consciousness that mythical artifacts usually have, so Rio wasn’t surprised that the crown could create some random realms inside its own core.
What Rio was surprised about was how insanely lucky Fade was even after his luck was plundered twice!
After Raika’s realm of consciousness shattered, this lucky fellow managed to fall into an inner realm of the ’Crown of Endless Realms’ with the life-sustaining altar intact by sheer luck!
Fade survived death by being killed with the shattered realm of consciousness of Raika with the help of sheer luck!
’This guy is really too difficult to kill; I doubt that even I can permanently kill him off with my current control over the ’strings of destiny’...’
Rio shook his head in helplessness and waved his hand to mand the entire realm.
This was an inner realm of the crown, so Rio could control it easily even if he was here with just a part of his consciousness and not his actual body.
With a wave of Rio’s hand, the entire realm trembled and poured its power in the direction of the giant altar.
Glitter-like substance flowed from all directions, and a massive seal was crafted on the giant altar, instantly sealing Fade and the altar pletely.
’Now he can’t run and no one can bring him out of here unless someone takes the crown away from me and manages to use it properly to unseal Fade...’
It’s not that Rio hated Fade or anything; he just didn’t want an unstable element like Fade to be released in the outside world.
Fade’s luck had already been plundered and used by Rio’s enemies twice! It would be foolish to let Fade continue roaming around freely after such a thing.

After pleting the seal on Fade, Rio extracted Fade’s memories to understand his entire point of view, from the moment he went missing to when Raika plundered his luck.
Using Fade’s memory, Rio hoped to understand more deeply about the inner workings of Fade’s system and its functions in detail.
Once done with the extraction, Rio left the strange glitter-filled realm and returned to his body located in the basement of the Silver Mansion.

After taking deep breaths to calm his agitated mind, Rio meditated for a while to recover his mental power again before finally deciding to look through Fade’s extracted memories.
Most of the memories were of how miserably Fade was tortured by Alverto and used like a tool by both Alverto and Raika one after another, causing him to be reduced to a miserable and broken man.
But one memory stood out to Rio a lot.
’His connection to the ’Heavenly Luck’ got broken? So the system of a heaven’s chosen can actually be paralyzed in such a way? How interesting...’
The fact that the connections of the ’Will of Heavens’ can also be broken and severed was a new discovery for Rio and opened new future possibilities for him.

Rio was eager to do these experiments, but he knew that this wasn’t the time.
So he put this matter at the back of his mind and finally decided to get to the main dish of this full-course meal!
With his mana and mind fully recovered to normal,
Rio activated the ’Crown of Endless Realms,’ established a stable connection with the newly merged jewel of the crown that was obtained from the Demon King, and decided to probe the memories stored inside of it.
Before Rio could react, his consciousness shook violently and his entire mind went blank for a second.
Unlike the other times when only a single part of consciousness had traveled through time and space, this time his entire mind and consciousness had traveled!
As if a door to a long-gone age had opened for Rio again, he had found the opportunity to ’Peek’ into the very secrets of the universe in that moment!
Rio’s mind traveled to an ’Era’ when the concept of a ’World Alliance’ was just a myth!
