Chapter 1742: Chapter 1736: Intentional
Qin Su’e never expected Qin Xue to suddenly stop in her tracks, then turn around to look at her. This not only surprised her but gave her quite a fright.
“Don’t want to talk? Actually, you don’t need to pretend in front of . I know you’re not really insane, so no matter how much you act, you can’t fool .” Qin Xue sneered at Qin Su’e, mocking her efforts at pretending.
“Food, food, eat food.” Qin Su’e stared blankly at Qin Xue, muttering under her breath.
“It seems you really plan to keep acting till the end. Fine then, go ahead. I’ll head back now, no need to stay and watch.” Qin Xue looked at her with disgust—did Su’e really think staying silent would leave her helpless? What childish arrogance.
“Food.” Qin Su’e reached out to block Qin Xue’s way. If she wanted to leave, she’d have to ask for Su’e’s permission first.
“I don’t have food on . Wait a second, let see what I can find.” Qin Xue laughed as she watched Su’e’s antics.
In that mont, Su’e’s act had already been exposed—how could a lunatic know to stretch out their hand to stop soone like that?
Qin Xue glanced around, then spotted sothing useful in a clump of weeds. She began to laugh, sunlight illuminating her face, making her appear beautiful, even angelic.
“Didn’t you say you wanted food? Co here; I’ve found sothing delicious.” Qin Xue extended a hand to grab Su’e’s sleeve, preparing to pull her toward the shrubbery.
At first, Qin Su’e didn’t understand what Qin Xue ant. But when she saw what lay within the grass, she froze completely. This was what Qin Xue called sothing delicious?
Qin Su’e stared at the heap of black, rancid cow dung lying in the weeds. The sight disgusted her. Could Qin Xue seriously intend for her to eat that? How utterly cruel!
“Su’e, didn’t you say you wanted food? Well, look—there it is. Go on, eat it.” Qin Xue clearly ant for her to eat feces; for soone as vile and poisonous as Su’e, it was only fitting that she be shown what real wickedness looked like.
“Food,” Qin Su’e muttered, refusing to take another step forward. The stench was nauseating, making her want to retch.
“Yes, that’s your food. Go ahead.” Qin Xue gazed at her coldly.
“Food, this isn’t food.” Qin Su’e was starting to crack; she couldn’t keep up the act any longer.
“Co on, open your mouth.” Qin Xue picked up a stick, scooped a chunk of dung, and walked toward Su’e, preparing to feed it to her.
“Mm-mm.” As Qin Xue took a step closer, Qin Su’e instinctively stepped back.
“Ha, turns out even a lunatic knows how to discern, huh? Open your mouth. If you’re going to act, you might as well commit to it, right?” Qin Xue thrust the dung closer to Su’e’s face, nearly touching her. Terrified, Su’e let out a loud shriek.
“Qin Xue, what exactly are you trying to do?” Qin Su’e gave up on the charade. Since her act had been thoroughly seen through, there was no point continuing—not when it ant swallowing cow dung.
“Finally dropping the act, huh? What do I want to do? Isn’t it obvious? I want to feed you, of course. Ha.” Qin Xue laughed darkly, her beauty warped into a devilish allure. To Qin Su’e, she seed like a demon escaped from hell. When did Qin Xue beco like this?
“You’ve changed,” Qin Su’e stated decisively.
“Of course. After all your exploitation and countless wounds, if I hadn’t changed, I’d have been reduced to a pile of bones by now.” Qin Xue tossed the stick from her hand and stared disdainfully at Qin Su’e.
If she hadn’t learned from all the suffering she endured, she’d either be foolish or utterly hopeless.
“So everything you’ve done lately was intentional?” Qin Su’e recalled the last ti she’d noticed a shift in Qin Xue. Despite sensing small changes, she still assud Qin Xue was the sa gullible girl as before.
But now, it was clear—last ti, Qin Xue had uncovered her plan to lace the food with drugs. Instead of falling into the trap, Qin Xue had switched the tainted dishes with cunning precision. No wonder Su’e had failed her sche and ended up drugged herself. It was all Qin Xue’s ploy.
