“Okay.” Qin Xue did not object, she walked directly in front of him and sat on his lap, then picked up her dical book and started reading. She had been so busy that she hadn’t had a chance to read properly recently.

“Okay, as long as you’re teaching, I’m learning.” Chu Molin didn’t ntion anything about his current studies, thinking that if he could learn sothing, that’s a plus. More skills would never be a burden on anyone.

“Alright, let’s start from the first volu. Once you’ve learned this knowledge, I’ll teach you practical operations.” Qin Xue’s spirits lifted. She found that Chu Molin learned things faster than she did. She wouldn’t have to worry so much about his safety if he was able to learn sothing useful.

After finding the antipyretic, Chu Molin placed it on the table, went to the kitchen to get a cup of hot water, and returned to the room. He cooled the water before waking her up to take the dicine.
“Xue’er, wake up. Take your dicine and then go back to sleep.” Chu Molin called to Qin Xue, but she only felt cold, her body felt weak and limp, she didn’t want to move at all.
“Stop bothering , I want to sleep.” Qin Xue felt uncomfortable, Chu Molin kept talking. She said irritably, only feeling annoyed.
“Be a good girl, Xue’er. Take the antipyretic and then go back to sleep. I’ll hold you and keep you warm, okay?” Chu Molin coaxed his wife, speaking in a gentle voice.
“Hmm, okay.” Qin Xue responded in a daze, but she wouldn’t open her mouth to take the dicine and fell asleep again with her eyes closed.
Chu Molin pulled over a stool, placed the water on it, helped her sit up and lean against him, then he put the dicine in Qin Xue’s mouth and held the water to her lips for her to drink.
“Xue’er, open your mouth and swallow the pill with so water.” Chu Molin gently squeezed her chin, forcing her to drink water and swallow the pill. He finally understood that the fearless girl was actually afraid of dicine. He didn’t want her to eat anything she disliked, but she was sick now, and he couldn’t indulge her.
Chu Molin watched over her, spoon-fed her so water, made her swallow the pill, then he wrapped his arms around her and ward her with his body.
