"Even Leoniel is surprised to hear that there are Grades to Irregulars."

Looking toward Zestari, Evan added, "Well, I’m guessing Miss Zestari here isn’t so surprised because you’ve already told her before, but I’m pretty sure she was surprised the first ti you did."

At that, Abigail nodded. "Yep, Zestari was definitely shocked when I first told her."

"Haha, called it," Evan said.

Abigail chuckled lightly and asked, "So, what Grade are you?"

"For the record, I’m Grade 3 myself," she added, gesturing to herself.

"Grade 3, huh?" Evan echoed. "Well, I’m not exactly the best at discerning differences, but I suppose that checks out."

He then leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table and his chin on his palms as he continued, "I’m a Grade 7 myself."

The mont he said that, Abigail narrowed her eyes. "I thought the Grades only went up to 6."

"Well, now you know they go up to 7, and trust , we Grade 7s are a lot more ridiculous than you can imagine."

"Is that so?" Abigail muttered, doubt still visible in her eyes.

’I know he’s definitely higher than Grade 4 since he’s out of my perception range, but Grade 7?’

Abigail made a ntal note to ask the EOTD the next ti she saw him if Grade 7s were actually a thing.

"How do you identify the Grades, anyway?" Evan asked, curious about how Abigail was so certain she was Grade 3 and how she could apparently discern up to Grade 4.

Faced with the question, Abigail pursed her lips for a mont before responding with a slight grin, "I’d like to keep that as a trade secret."

Evan blinked lightly when he heard her answer, then burst into laughter before saying, "Trade secret, you say? Well, I bet I can guess what your trade secret is and how you’re able to discern the Grades of Irregulars."

Evan’s claim made Abigail raise an eyebrow lightly as she said, "Well, soone’s rather confident."

With a smile that radiated absolute confidence, Evan replied, "Damn right I am. So wanna bet on it?"

He summoned ten gold coins from his Inventory and placed them on the table in front of him. "Ten bucks says I can."

Abigail glanced at the coins and chuckled, shaking her head as she said, "That’s not ten bucks, Evan, but I’ll humour you."

She raised her hand, activating her own Inventory skill, and placed a similar number of coins on the table before continuing, "Now then, go on."

Abigail seed certain that Evan wouldn’t be able to figure out how she distinguished between Irregular Grades, and Evan, seeing that confidence, wanted to see her expression when he got it right.

He snapped his fingers, and a purple, diaphanous board appeared before them, sothing Abigail imdiately recognised as her own status board.

"Magic? No, it’s not a skill either," she muttered, curious about how Evan managed to display her status board in front of her.

Seeing the curious look in her eyes, Evan shook his head and discouraged her.

"Don’t bother. You won’t be able to guess how I did that."

Evan was using the RHS Archive, which stored the Status Boards of anyone he appraised and allowed him to display them later.

Evan pointed at the health tab of her status board and said, "Miss Abigail Lowe, you’re not the first existence I’ve t who has an infinity symbol on their status board, especially in the health tab. The presence of that symbol ans you possess a special status that’s very rare, even on a universal scale."

eting her eyes, Evan continued, "You’re a Cosmic Superior, aren’t you? You can sense and manipulate ambient cosmic energy, which is why you’re able to tell the difference in Grades between Irregulars. You can perceive how cosmic energy reacts differently to each Grade of an Irregular."

The reactions of the three who heard Evan’s words differed.

Leoniel had an expression that was a mix of curiosity and confusion. Confusion because he had no idea what this cosmic energy Evan spoke of was, and curiosity because he wanted to understand it.

Zestari, on the other hand, was shocked that soone else knew about cosmic energy, sothing she had only heard from Abigail, who herself was stunned that Evan could identify her as a Cosmic Superior.

Evan then pointed at a specific part of the status board, the section before the infinity symbol on the health tab, and said, "The fact that there’s a ½ there ans you’re a Sub-Cosmic Being, not a Full Cosmic Being. If you were fully Cosmic Superior, that ½ wouldn’t be there.

I’ve appraised Complete Cosmic Beings before, so I know the difference."

Abigail was silent after Evan spoke, only snapping out of her light daze when he reached forward and pulled all the coins on the table toward himself.

"I win," he said with a grin.

Abigail raised both hands in mock surrender, shaking her head as she said, "Yep, you definitely win."

Evan’s words were accurate, as she had indeed been using her ability to sense ambient cosmic energy to differentiate between Irregular Grades.

’Still, to think he knows about cosmic superiority despite not being one. You’re a lot more interesting than I expected, Evan Eris.’

While Abigail had that thought, Evan was counting his additional coins and forming a conclusion of his own.

’Cosmic energy, that’s probably what’s preventing Laurene from figuring out what feels off about Abigail. She’s likely using cosmic energy to conceal sothing, and Laurene can’t see through it because she can’t perceive cosmic energy, even with her Mystic Eyes of Truth.

No matter what kind of Mystic Eyes you have, you need to be Cosmic Superior to perceive cosmic energy.’

"I’m curious, though," Abigail said, prompting Evan to lift his gaze to et hers. "You said you’ve appraised a full Cosmic Superior before. How did you encounter them? Where did you encounter them?"

At that question, Evan rubbed his chin lightly, considering whether to answer before deciding to respond truthfully.

"On another world, another Pri World like this one."

"Another Pri World, you say?" Abigail echoed, her curiosity evident in her tone.

Evan nodded in affirmation.

"Yeah, I was there soti last year."

He then leaned forward slightly, lowering his voice as though he were about to reveal sothing important, and continued, "Don’t tell anyone, but soti between December of 1054 and September of 1055, I visited about..."

Evan trailed off, raising his left hand and quietly counting on his fingers before lifting both hands in front of Abigail and finishing, "Six different worlds."

"SIX?!" Abigail exclaid.

Evan leaned back and said, "Yeah. Believe it or not, it’s the truth. You can ask Laurene when she cos back. A lot more happened in Kreah in December of 1054 than the rest of the world knows."

He paused for a mont, sending his newly acquired coins into his Inventory before continuing, "Now, you’re probably wondering why I’m telling you this when we’ve only just t, but the answer’s simple.

You’re a fellow Hero of mine, and that alone gives you clearance to certain information I wouldn’t even share with the national leaders I work with."

Abigail didn’t respond imdiately, studying him in silence for a mont before leaning back in her seat.

"You’re certainly putting a lot of pressure on with that statent. Makes it feel like I’m obliged to share so secrets just because you’re a fellow Hero."

"Well, if we’re going to be working together, information exchange is going to have to happen at so point," Evan replied, shrugging lightly.

"But that can wait for now. Compared to the actual...secrets, the fact that I was off-world for several months is honestly sothing trivial," he added, turning his gaze out the window toward the Ifen Ennore Train Station in the distance, the one their train was approaching quickly.

"We’re getting off at the next station, right?"

"Yeah," Abigail responded, glancing at Zestari, who spoke before she could even be asked, "They’re in position. Ready to open the Gate on demand."

Turning back to Evan, Abigail said, "And there you have it."

Servants of the Elven Emperor were waiting for them at the next station, prepared to cast the Tier 6 Spatial Magic Spell: Gate, taking them from Ifen Ennore directly to Lustea.

Laurene and Eliza returned to the car shortly before the train stopped, and their group disembarked first, moving quickly since all their personal belongings and luggage were stored in their Inventories or Spatial Storage Artifacts with the sa function.

Within minutes of leaving the train, the group was warped through space to Lustea, the capital city of the Elven Empire.
